This was my second time at this store, and I decided to right a review after my second visit. On my first visit I purchased a cover for my Samsung Galaxy S4, and on my second purchase, I purchased the Google Chrome Cast. Both visits went smooth and to the point with no gimmicks or extra sales pushing. Both times I was greeted by two different guys, and they are brothers running this business. Both were professional and I felt very comfortable in a relaxed atmosphere. DO NOT GO HERE! Obviously and iPhone is not cheap so when my screen cracked I wanted to take it someone that seemed to have a good rep. I have NEVER been so disappointed! I waited 45 min for the guy to change the screen and paid close to $160. Spent money on lunch at subway next door while waiting. He says it's all fixed and puts my new screen protecter on. After 5 minutes the screen started turning orange and he says he can't do anything about it except have him take it off and get my money back. Well wtf? How do you call yourself phone repair? Because FYI the apple store had no problem fixing it. I wait another hour with a baby on my hip for him to try and fix it but can't. So he won't give me a new screen protector and when taking of my BRAND NEW phone case he used a knife and messed up the whole side! I have never hated a place so much. Went it to get my phone fixed wasted 2.5 hours and left with nothing but damages to my phone case and lost out on my $40 screen protecter. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

I took my iPad here for a cracked screen. When I went to pick it up they ran my credit card while I checked it and the home button wouldn't work. They apologized, said they would fix it and to come back in 2 days. Well, 2 months later, multiple visits and phone calls it is not fixed. First it was a mailing issue to get the part, then it was a miscommunication between Roman and the owner. End story, I have a $159 charge, a broken iPad and they damaged the frame opening it up repeatedly to fix it . This is not a certified apple repair store so according to apple they don't have the right parts and tools to fix it. I'm currently contesting this with my credit card company and they will no longer get back to me though they told my credit card company they'd make it right if I would just reach out to them one more time. My fault because last year I took a different iPad here for the same thing and teh same thing happened but that time they followed through and eventually fixed it. I do not recommend this for apple cracked screen repair. read more

A really nice gentleman helped me with a battery issue I was having and also educated me on what to look for in a quality, certified battery replacement. I came here to to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed since it was lifted and had gone to several other stores where they told me it would be over $50. Saw the reviews of this place so decided hey let me check it out. Sure enough best decision ever! I walk in and I am immediately greeted. I tell them my situation, they take a look at my screen and fix it in less than 10 minutes. When I asked how much i had to pay they said it was nothing since it didn't really require anything. So of course i feel overjoyed and decide well hey I might as well buy a new phone case and screen protector since they did the job for free. They even put the screen protecter on my phone! So now my phone looks good as new once again for much less than what I anticipated to pay. I walked in last weekend and left my daughter's 2016 32g iPad to have the cracked screen repaired. I was told it was $99. Mid week I was told there was bad news...the LED screen was damaged and needed to be repaired...it would cost another $49. I was confused since it was working fine...just had a cracked screen but I went ahead and agreed. Today I called to check in on the iPad and was told there was bad news and I should get another iPad since it was no longer charging. I dropped off a 2 year old perfectly working iPad and suddenly it doesn't work. I immediately took it to Apple and said it stopped charging. After inspecting it, they reported that there was something hard like a cement glue inside the charge port. Now I no longer have an iPad. I am very upset and would not recommend this place. In the future I will use UBreakWeFix in Pasadena. They are slightly more expensive but never had a problem. read more

I came in with a defective iPhone. The audio on the earpiece was not functioning. Chris quickly diagnosed this issue as water damage. He opened the iPhone and removed the oxidize parts. Where to start? Owners are rude and disrespectful to customers. Took in a phone for a simple battery replacement. I was told to come back in 45 minutes. I requested a text notification but he assured me that it would be ready and I should just come by. When I came back, the guy hadn't even started on the repair. Ok, fine. I waited in my car outside and saw him leave the store to chat with his bros for 20 mins and admire his friend's new car, all while the customer waited. When I took the phone home the hardware volume buttons no longer worked. Took it back the next day and he said that incorrectly installed the battery and that it was now fixed. That time, while I waited in my car outside, the guy left his empty store and went next door to Subway to get dinner. Two weeks later, battery is dead and phone won't charge or boot. Going back for a third time, I was told that they would look into it right away. Different guy, and the only one in the store. As I waited outside he left the store and asked his friend whose car they should take. I intercepted him to ask about the phone. He grudgingly went back inside and then told me it was the logic board. When I told him that I went in for a simple battery replacement and now have a phone that no longer works he turned to his co-worked, and mocked my complaint. I don't speak Armenian so I don't know what he said, but the mockery and cartoonish baby-voice was plain enough. When I asked him if he was mocking me he didn't argue but said there was nothing they could do. I told him about my experience the first two times and said that it was poor customer service. Then out of the blue he screamed at the top of his voice that I should get out of the store. I tried to launch the video app on my phone so I could record the scene but of course the phone didn't work. This place seems like a front for something. There is a constant streaming in and out of people who don't appear to have any phone to repair, and the merchandise on the walls is old and dusty. I don't know who they got to write these reviews but if you read closely you'll find a couple of similar complaints. I went to the Electronics Beyond in LCF and it was great, but is now closed, so I tried this one. Never again. Avoid at all costs. read more

Went in there planning to spend $45 to replace my iPhone charging port. Instead the worker cleaned the lint out of the port, and now my phone charges perfectly! Most places would go after the money, but they demonstrated integrity, which is all to rare these days! Needless to say, when I need to do another repair, I will definitely go here!
