Best service ive ever had at a repair shop. i brought my ipad air, iphone 6s+ and iphone 7+ all in on the same morning. they seemed to be swamped with orders and i could over hear the woman ahead of me dropping multiple devices i told them my iphone 7 was the only priority and that if it could be finished by the afternoon id be fine getting the other devices the next day. N only did i receive all three devices back in the same afternoon, I even received a call explaining that there had been markings on the LCD of the iPad that I already knew were there! that alone set the bar of trust so high, these guys really go above and beyond for their customers I'd feel comfortable referring absolutely anyone to their store. read more

I was dreading to drive all the way to Best Buy, and I'm really glad I didn't and took my friend Narbeh's recommendation to visit his friends electronics shop! This place is located in a plaza on foothill, next to Subway, so plenty of parking. Worker/owners are very, very nice, approachable and well informed on their electronics products. My family would come here all the time to get their screens fixed, but we never really wondered why they would crack so easily despite having cases on them... I ended up going to another place since I was out of town and they told me the screen that was used was incredibly cheap and low quality. I know other shops tend to say this since it can entice you to go to their repair shop instead, but my boyfriend had noticed the same thing about the screen when he saw it was starting to come off completely. I took what they both said with a grain of salt, until my Dad had a similar problem and went to another shop in the valley, and was told the same thing- that the screen replacement that was used was extremely low quality. I know these places have to make money somehow and aren't expected to use name brand products, but if you claim you'll repair something, it should be done with somewhat good quality-not so that it falls apart just a couple months later. I also got my computer fixed here back in January and it's starting to have the same issue- I checked the "system report" and it seems the parts were already "past their prime", which prompted me to come back and write this review, and warn others as well. I have nothing against the owners, just disappointed. if you can- just spend a little more, go elsewhere, and get a quality job done that will actually last. :( FYI- they sometimes offer discounts if you post a review, so take the other reviews on this page with a grain of salt. read more

The inside of the store was clean. I forget the guy's name but he was informative and quick. My girlfriend paid $119 to get her iPhone screen fixed (faster than 30 minutes). The It was pretty bad but her current screen looks good. The only thing is that people have say her voice gets cut off when she doesn't use earbuds for the call. I took my computer in. It was a well established problem with Toshiba laptops - the cooling system went out. I brought it in and was assured the repairman was in later in the afternoon. I called back and left my computer password, and told them that if there was any problem at all to call me. No call. I called later to see if I could come pick up the easily fixable computer. The computer repairman answered and told me he couldn't look at it, because he had to run a "diagnostic" and needed the charger, because of course a computer repair house doesn't keep such a thing on hand. I explained to him that it was the thermal core, and that the computer was fully charged. He insisted that he had to run the diagnostic and that's that. I walked the computer in that morning STRESSING how urgent it was, and then made a call to remind them to CALL me should there be any issue at all, and yet there was no call. So, while talking to the repairman I finally just said I was on my way to pick up the computer. Actually, I had to go buy A NEW one first because their inability to follow through screwed me over for the morning. So as I'm shopping, I got a call saying, "good news! we fixed your computer!". I thought, well, okay, he actually listened to me, and did the work. So - I happily went to pick up my computer. I paid 80 cash for it. Whew! the day worked out, I could actually get my work done! Maybe even return the new computer I had to buy!! But, No. I turned the computer on, and within 60 seconds the same cooling system message started falshing. Shut off within 5 minutes. In other words, they charged me for the repair, but did not do the repair. And then didn't bother to give me a receipt for the work. Luckily, there's a good computer repairman in the area. He did the work, and for less then what Electronics Beyond scammed from me. These guys should stick to phones - computers clearly are not one of their strengths. I MIGHT be able to chalk up the scam for charging me to gross employee miscommunication - I mean, maybe the store clerk didn't KNOW it had never been touched and just created a number out of the clear blue sky because he believed that's the way to charge customers. He mentioned the thermal issue though ... did WRITE IT DOWN .. but he mentioned it - so I don't know. Guys, was it a mistake taking my money? Or was it on purpose? read more

Awesome. Dropped my Nexus 5 on pavement. THUD. Screen was cracked everywhere. Called a couple of places - Electronics Beyond picked up, quoted a reasonable price that day, and told me exactly when the parts would be in. 4 days later, the parts come in (exactly when they said the parts were going to come in), and I went in to get the phone fixed. They were busy that day, so they told me it would take about 2-3 hours. I leave, come back 3 hours later, and it's ready. No wait. No hassle. Great service, friendly staff, great repair. Called mid-morning on Monday and spoke to George. Asked him if he could fix the LCD and screen on my oneplus one cell phone (a less common phone). He said unfortunately he didn't have access to the parts for my phone. I let him know that I already had bought the part off ebay and just need someone to install it. He said he had never worked on one of these phones before, but he would be willing to see if he or his partner could fix it. I came in about 12 PM, spoke to George, who believed he would be able to fix my phone. So, I left my phone and he said to give him an hour. I said I wouldn't be back by until about 4PM. I called about 3 PM and George said the phone took him a good part of the day, but it should be ready by 4. He said he would call when it was finished. 4 PM rolled around and before he could call my errands took me right past the shop. I stopped in and he was working on another phone. He said the phone is ready. I turned it on checked the phone and it was working great. George also installed a new screen protector for me that I provided. For all this, I was charged $45, an amount I felt was extremely fair (and what George had quoted me over the phone). If I have mobile electronics issues again in the future, I will not hesitate to come back here and have them work on them again. read more

I was able to meet two of the three brothers that own and run this place, and they welcomed me and my cell phone problems right in. My screen had gone kaput on my phone. T-Mobile was kind enough to replace the phone since it was only three months old, but they said there was no way to save nor transfer all my contacts, photos or anything else saved on my phone. I was disgruntled, being that I had 1400 numbers saved on there, and retreiving even a fraction of them would be a giant headache. But the fellas at E.B. calmed my nerves and said they would take care of it, and wouldn't you know it? By the next morning they were letting me know they had got everything off the old phone, even without a working screen. What T-Mobile said couldn't be done, these guys did in one evening, and saved me countless hours and irreplaceable photos. Thank you! read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THIS place is expensive, the workers are unprofessionals and they lie to you. Unprofessional because I stopped by twice to their store in the morning and it was 30 mins past their business hour which they should've been open and they were not! (One time another customer was there too and he asked the neighbor store and they said yeah these guys always do this). Next, they lie to you about how long it will take for them to fix your phone and promise to call you when it is ready and they never did and I had to keep calling and asking for an update. They kept saying oh we also need to order this part and that and we don't have it in your phones original color and asked me if I wanted a different color for the back (as both the screen were cracked)..like WTF? no I don't want a different color. After taking more than a week to go get my phone they told me it will be $200 b/c they changed the screen and the back but they told me your phone seems to have taken a lot of damage b/c the home botton doesn't work!!!!! They told me they couldn't do anythign else about it and they still charged me $200. after a few days I realized that my phone wasnt even taking up charge when I was trying to charge it... So I called and told them and they didn't even care to help me out any further after taking so long to replace the screen and the back. I ended up just taking my phone to sprint and upgrading to the new iphone and thankfully they didnt check to see that the home button wasnt working. If I would've gone to apple to elsewhere, I'm sure if they charged me $200 they would've replaced whatever else that needed to be and not do a half ass job. I have a screen crack on my iPhone X now and I was looking at places to take and fix it and I came up on this page again and wana warn everyone about the shitty job they do and how careless they are about their customers! read more

Attention computer geeks--PC or Mac, EB has all the connections/adapters you will ever need for your laptop or desktop. They even have an old school VGA to HDMI adapter (never thought). I bought an HDMI splitter that was cheaper than F**** in Burbank, plus its a convenient in & out store as well. The variety of phone adapters & accessories for your cell is unbelievable. Adapters for home stereos, video, connectors, you name it they have it. Highly recommend coming here first before you fight the traffic going to the big stores. I arrived Saturday 1230pm to see if they could replace the glass on my iPhone 6 plus, after dropping it on asphalt a few times. My phone was functioning fine, and the shattered part of glass wasn't even obscuring the display much. However since the glass pieces were starting to fall out, I thought, "Fine, I guess I'll get it repaired." (Yeah, I'm clumsy AND lazy.) Arthur did an amazing job, even sanding off the bit of the frame's corner that could have given me a (albeit small) cut when I handled it next. The replacement of the glass did not take even 30 minutes. As I sat to wait, however, several customers entered the store one after the other. I've been here before multiple times to fix my phone and they have been great and all of my phones have worked fine afterwards. I went today at 10:45 and their door was locked, I didn't know they opened at 11 am. However, I waited 30 minutes and the owners still had not arrived. There were two other customers waiting and I was told they're notorious for not opening on time or even for 2 hours after opening time. The neighboring stores said the same as well. I found Masterminds iRepairs down the street near Albertsons. The man immediately told me the price it would be for my phone and the amount of time it would take to fix (30 min). I went to Electronics Beyond to get my phone fixed. Roman helped me repair my Note 4's screen and camera and he was very kind and patient. He explained the problem I was having with my phone thoroughly and even repeated himself when I didn't get it. He explained to me that this phone specifically had a 10% success rate without breaking the screen in order to repair it. Not only was he successful at it he did it in a timely manner. I expected it to take some time but he is a real professional, you can tell he has a lot of experience and really has a passion for phones and other electronics. He does a clean job in making sure the phone turns on, all the buttons are in tact, and the screen is cleaned and polished like brand new.
