Their main product are their 10 ounce boxes with 8 cookies inside. The cookies are of the soft variety and separated into two plastic packs of 4. They do also sell individual cookies and cookie dough as well. They make about a dozen varieties at a time. I like their Capitol Hill variety which is a triple chocolate walnut cookie. Sadly, it looks like this has been discontinued. Maybe they will bring this back again? There is a flavor of the month cookie which just happens to be Double Chocolate with XXXXX Stout beer from Pike Brewing. And three seasonal varieties that are available during a certain part of the year. Currently the offering are their pumpkin cookies (September-December) which is the one of the things that I look forward to around this time. This is like the cookie equivalent of a pumpkin spice latte for me. Typically, I discount grocery store cookies as being not as great as fresh ones. But the cookies from Cougar Mountain Baking does away with this perception and proves that store bought cookies can be good.
