I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.

They then unloaded all of my things and put them in a U-haul. Many damaged items and crushed boxes. I sent pictures to the main office several times. Nothing was done. 3/4's of my items unloaded, the drivers informed me they expect a 10% tip. I refused. (I already tipped them...for the pick up AND the delivery). The three workmen then cornered my son outside and got extra money from him. At my insistence, management did do the right thing and returned that extra money. They damaged my floor lamps, and ruined all 3 lampshades. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. It was a nightmare. Photos are just a sample. There are many, many more.

One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. Our job was simple: move out our furniture into our home garage, basement and bathrooms for us to do the flooring of our home. Marty jumped on the assessment, came quickly and estimated the cost of 3 hrs. After that, he was out of reach. I left him multiple messages about the contract for example to clarify some things and he never called me back. His appointment manager did everything possible to reach him and then she would give me a call back with information. It was just a weird red flag about this company. We didn't pay anything yet but I can't even confirm how it works. He doesn't call at all. Why? No idea. So it happened and we had some damage accidentally during the move out. Minor but kept us vigilant and uneasy about dealing with Marty. Again, I left multiple messages to get clarity on how damages are handled and nothing. The assistant refused to engage in the subject telling me that she doesn't handle contract details. Ok..... they just replaced the rolling leg on the cabinet drawers they broke to appease and it didn't even fit... Fast forward to move (back) in. Massive water damage due to Marty's guys storing things improperly in the tub and not making sure the faucet is securely off. It turned out, it was dripping for a whole week and everything in the tub was soaking wet (name brand purses in luggages, clothing, towels, comforters, pillows...) and moldy. The guys admitted they shouldn't have used the tub at all for storage. It was a bad idea. In all of this, I asked Marty to call me back and I sent him pictures of all the new found damage as we unboxed everything fully (3 days after the move in) and he wouldn't call back. Brushes the whole thing off as if it is not their fault. They reimbursed only a fraction of the cost and ignore every request to contact us. It's very frustrating. Massive losses that can easily add up to more $1500 not to mention the headache of dealing with all the wet contents of the luggage and pillows with moldy smell. I can't unrecommend Marty enough. Please stay away and get a better communicating guy who cares about his client and communicates better.

Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. A $5000 Fortunoff outdoor dinning table support bar snapped and one or the cast iron chair legs snapped in half. 2 out of 3 dressers tops were damaged one was mirrored. Several dishes, glasses, family heirlooms, bed frame, buffet and dinning table gauges along with Several missing boxes and items. Our Weber grill hood was dented along with broken wheels. The cost was $14 k with tips and the unloaders took the broken items that were not seen and propped them up so the damage could not be seen. We did not get the insurance because we thought they were professional movers but they proved us wrong. They also quoted a cheaper price and then raised it a week before the move. Do not use this company. At least 10k worth of damages.
