We went to the Sunday brunch and in the beginning it was OK at first as soon as we paid the bill the waiter "some older gentleman" stop paying attention to us left us to the side paid more attention to everybody else but us and made us feel like we were being "superficial " only because we wanted to get our endless mimosas, which we paid for at the start of the brunch. If I would've know that soon as you paid the bills we were going to pushed to the side I would've waiting till I was satisfied with the drinks. We once spilled a margarity due to the slope of the table addition and they replaced it no problem. Cons Service can sometimes be slow or absent minded For some reason you have to ask for salt and pepper at your table. Can be stingy on extra sauce if you don't ask multiple times. What I don't like most and avoid this place sometimes because of: The kids menu is very expensive. $7 for what is obviously kraft Mac n cheese or once frozen corndogs with a side and no free drink refill on anything but water and soda with that meal. It took 15 minutes to get a waitress to even look up to order a drink. It took another five minutes to get chips and salsa. The drinks were fair and we ordered food when we received our drinks and had their happy hour specials which weren't so special. I wouldn't waste my time going back there. Had such a nice experience at this El Torito! We went during Tuesday happy hour and the bar area was full. My mom was looking forward to the Mexican pizza but it's only available in the bar area so we decided to wait for an open table. The hostess was very accommodating and allowed us to sit in the restaurant and order whatever we wanted. Then we were greeted by Sergio C who was an absolute delight! He was energetic, funny and kind during our entire meal. He should truly teach others how to be good servers in the food service industry. Additionally the food was delicious and the strawberry margarita was decadent! I will definitely be coming back with my family in the future! :) read more

Decided to have delivery and order my normal taco salad with steak. Bad idea. First they gave me chicken, which btw was extremely dry, second the salad didn't have the sour cream or guacamole or Pepitas it usually comes with. As far as chain restaurants go, El Torito is a go to for good Mexican food. I recently visited this location for a girls night out to catch up with one of my cousins. It's our guilty pleasure to get some time to sip margaritas, catch up and eat delicious food. El Torito was the perfect venue for that. This time we had a gentleman by the name of Victorio as our server. He was great. He was very attentive and made us feel welcomed during our visit. He made great the perfect recommendation for a table side guacamole for us to share. It was super fresh and was a great way to start our meal. This location is nice and Victorio made our girls night out a fun one. After our meal we hit up the bar and had a couple drinks to wind down on this Friday night. Our bartender Junior was also really nice. He was knowledgeable about the drink offerings and made us some delicious margaritas. I tried a new watermelon margarita that was amazing. However it was good tasting as far as the current cake which I love so much perhaps on delivery you might think about separating it from the food in a small container because the sweet taste as I ate gave me the sweetest mixed with the rest of my food, regardless you guys rock.
