The strawberries were fresh, sweet, and firm, while the cream tasted rich and homemade. The chicken and waffles were outstanding. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and well seasoned, and the waffle had a wonderful texture: light and airy inside with a crisp exterior. It was served with syrup and a remoulade-style sauce. They do a proper flaky crust with truly fresh-tasting fruits, honoring their namesake with every bite. The blueberry ended up being my favorite of this batch, but I regret not trying the apple. There are also cookies, bars, and so many other sweets for every craving. I know people say this all the time, but you'd never know they're ALL gluten-free AND vegan.
