Wonderful addition to Cedar Park. The Frontera fundido shrimp has a wonderful charred flavors. Comes with 3 decent size shrimps and the TikinXic was a nice daily special for seafood lovers. Comes with a generous portion of salmon. I am truly impressed with what thought was a "fast food" type of restaurant but I love these seafood options. The tacos both have well balanced flavors. And their salsas especially the Donas are must tries! I also got their seasonal blood orange with basil aqua Fresca and it wasn't my favorite. It's so hard to give less than 5 stars for Taco Deli because I absolutely love the food and the people who work there. However, this particular location has yet to find its groove with timeliness in their service. They take the orders quickly but it takes an EXTREMELY long time for the order to be fulfilled. Right now I've already been waiting 25 minutes for 2 tacos and queso. The last time I came, I ordered on the app. I arrived 10 minutes AFTER the time it was promised and still had to wait another 20 min. They gave me 3 free tacos because of it. And although that was appreciated, I really just need them to be faster. I would probably come more often if they were. I've given them grace because I love made-to-order food and it's always worth the wait. As well the Cedar Park location is newer but at some point the wait has to decrease. It would be great if they could bring over some folks from the Gracy Farms location because they have their prompt fulfillment times down to a science! Hopefully CP will improve soon so I can get their great food closer to home more often. *Edit: Got my food after waiting 30mins. The Shrimp Fundido Tacos were just okay. Stop by after doing some shopping around the area. I got 2 tacos and queso and chips. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but there are seats outside as well. They have different specials depending on the day, and it is posted on the wall right where you get in line. I ordered at the counter and got a number and found a seat inside. The Al Pastor was okay; it was more veggies than meat, and they didn't dice up the onions, and it had peppers on it as well. Which is different than what I had before in the past. The Akaushi Picadillo had more balance between meat and veggies, which was nice. read more

Since they opened near cedar park/leander we've been here many times and have enjoyed their breakfast selections, so we decided to try their lunch specials cuz the ones I was interested in weren't til 11am. So here we are. No pics cuz I had the braised beef Barbacoa that was a greasy mess that blended into my al pastor taco, my apologies. After drying or draining the grease, I found the taco to be very tasty and tender. The al pastor was also good but not quite what I'm accustomed to. Husband had the lomita fundido, el picosito, frontera fundido sirloin tacos. He wasn't fond of the lomita or the sirloin. The beef was sinewy and tough, not eatable and most of the meat in the taco was from that one chunk that was not edible. But I'm still rating with 4 stars since we really enjoy this place and don't want to be too negative for lunch. As always, their sauces are delicious. Their lunch crowd is definitely heavier than breakfast. But they still draw the breakfast crowd such as us. We will always be back. read more

I'm excited the Tacodeli chain has made it to Cedar Park with their first drive-thru design. Ironically the location used to be a Taco Shack, but has been completely renovated and looks good with the cheery Tacodeli colors. This location opens early serving breakfast tacos from 6:30 am and has some unique offerings like their bean & cheese tacos that use refried black beans and jack cheese. There are grab and go tacos ready, or you can always order custom ones from their list of ingredients. My go-to is usually the Tacodeli Bowl later in the day, however. The sirloin is surprisingly tender so that's my favorite, and it comes with all the good stuff like avocado, your choice of rice and beans, lettuce, cheese, and pepitas. As far as service everyone I've seen working there is always eager to be helpful and make sure customers are taken care of, so I appreciate the friendly atmosphere. We had the braised beef barbacoa taco, a cup of street corn (delicious!), and a salmon taco deli bowl. All the food was good, but unexpectedly spicy. Be sure to ask at ordering so you won't be surprised. The beef taco is described with salsa de árbol, which is Spanish for pretty darn hot. It was not too crowded at noon on Tuesday and service was prompt and courteous. They have Maine Root sodas, teas, and a few alcoholic drinks. Music is a bit loud for us, but the noise level is tolerable. Will definitely eat here again. read more

We placed our order at the counter and had to wait a good while to get two tacos. My taco was good but could have been hotter temp wise. My fiancé said his was one of the best tacos he's had; however, they are quite small for what you pay. I ordered the Jess Special and he ordered an egg, potato, bacon, bean, and cheese taco. I'm such a fan of TacoDeli and am so happy to get one in Cedar Park. But I just visited and am disappointed with what was served. I got one taco and what was put in it was only worth a dollar not the $4 spent. It was less than what would have been considered child size. Being a fan, I know how my regular taco looks like and this was like 90% flour tortilla. Being a new location I'm hoping this was due to ramp up. I'll check back in a few weeks to see if they make adjustments to provide their standard and normal amount of food for the money spent. Love the food here but was very put off by the attitude of the server and the poor planning of this place. It's Cinco de Mayo...and they were turning people away because they couldn't accommodate the many guests who were standing and waiting. The young server was so stressed that she took it out on the customer on the phone and we looked shocked. The server also told us to spend our money elsewhere. We did...went to their competitor. Yesterday (Monday mid morning) I tried to order breakfast tacos from Taco Deli. I went to the drive thru, but you must preorder online to use the drive thru. I attempted to preorder online while I was running an errand, but the earliest I could pickup my order was 50 mins out, so I scrapped the idea of getting Taco Deli. This morning I put together my preorder online like a good consumer and when I went to checkout I receive an error message that certain tacos aren't available through the drive thru. What??? Service was fine and it's very clean. However, I came in and ordered 2 tacos to go. The kid seemed confused by the name of the tacos on the menu. I added chicken to one taco got charged and wasn't on the taco. Same taco I explained I can't eat certain things so no pico and he told me it doesn't come on it . I told him it does and to please make sure it's not on the taco... it was on the taco. Strike 2 same taco. Asked for no lettuce on the 2nd taco ... lettuce on the taco.
