Quesadilla- huarache- burrito (not monster menu) michelada!!! This girl is happy!!!

Food was absolutely amazing!!!! Huge portions off the monster menu! We live a bit far but will be back for sure when able.

Friendly staff and food came out quickly, which we took to go. It was a Sunday evening and they had karaoke going. Food was good, just needed a bit more salt all around, especially the rice and beans. Large portions.

It was delicious. There was plenty of shrimp in my cóctel which was nice. I follow Lent so will have to come again to try other items that looked really good. The staff were all very friendly and on top of what we needed. Also there was great music playing and karaoke too.

I ordered the super burrito with carnitas. My friend ordered the loaded nachos. Granted we were the next to last customers, so they were definitely ready to go home. But they were still super friendly! I received my burrito and it had cheese (which I had asked to NOT have) and sour cream on the side (which I had also asked to have). I just let the cheese-thing go since I didn't want them to have to remake the burrito. After I asked the server, she brought out a ramekin of sour cream. The nachos looked good and he ate all of them so that was good. The chips are always nice to have but these chips weren't anything to write home about. They've done a great job decorating. It feels very welcoming and colorful. Like I said we got there at 7:15 and they closed at 8, so next time I'll go in earlier.

I also got the watermelon margarita and that was great too! I have to say my favorite is the chimichanga if I had to choose. The sals and avocado is good too. They ambience is cute with lots of day of the dead pictures and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Service is great too! Definitely check this place out!

Food was pretty great. We came in early for dinner and late for happy hour but HH goes on until…read more10pm here now. Service was decent but they were decidedly busier than they've been in the past. Ambiance felt like we were at...Cattlemen's. More of a sit down and enjoy yourself thing than Buckhorn with an older wooden feel to it. For kicks I started off with a Howdy Beer. Not sure who makes it, how epic it is or is not, nor any subtle notes of anything. It's a $4 can and it came with a nice cold glass. Potato skins, filled with the usual not-healthy-but-delicious goodness of bacon, cheese and green onions were perfect to start out. My Rodeo Burger was just as you'd expect from a steakhouse- wonderful beefy flavor with a rougher (larger?) texture than usual. So not like your average burger. Came with fried onions and sautéed mushrooms but we ordered a different burger (classic) so I put those onions on as well. Swiss cheese and peppercorn sauce made a great bite. Came with a load of fries and we subbed a salad for one of the orders. Didn't have any of the Raspberry Lemon Drop but heard no complaints about it either. They provided us with a supplementary gluten free menu so that was helpful. It's the place right off the freeway when heading to Sac/Tahoe from the bay and it's worth a stop. Dixon High School puts out a coupon book/card each year for a fee. This year the card costs $40 I believe so sure, throw in a bit for the Rams' seasons. Attached to the card came a cardboard ad/coupon page and there were two offers for $10 off of a $50 Cattlemen's purchase. So we used one of those. (Still have one more! Have to be sure to use it in the next 11 months) Left full with TONS of food to take home for a grand total of $49.93. They let it slide so a decent tip was left for our server.

I visited Cattlemen's over the weekend and unfortunately left very disappointed. I understand they…read morewere busy, but our experience was much worse than I expected for the price. We arrived around 7:30 p.m., and I had to ask more than once for water. After ordering, we waited about an hour for our food. By the time it arrived, we had already been waiting quite a while and hadn't eaten for several hours. Unfortunately, several of the steaks came out cold and were extremely salty. The kids' steaks were also incredibly chewy--possibly just the cut of meat, but they were essentially inedible. Most of that food ended up going to waste. The potatoes were also disappointing; they were hard and not enjoyable at all. We did let our waiter know about the issues. He spoke with the manager, and she did remove two of the meals from our bill, which I appreciated. However, we still spent almost $300 on dinner, and it was very frustrating to spend that much money on food that several of us could barely eat. There was also some confusion with the "Dinner for Two" option on the menu. The way the dessert portion and pricing were explained to us was confusing, particularly regarding whether the dessert was included or discounted depending on whether you ordered it. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price. I understand restaurants can have an off night, especially when they're busy, but between the long wait, cold and overly salty steaks, chewy meat, hard potatoes, and the overall cost, I left very disappointed. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.

Staff: 5/5 Food: 4.5/5…read moreAmbience: 3.5/5 ***Intangibles: 10/10*** Decided to break this review down into four parts because I feel each one needs to be addressed as to why I give this establishment 5 Stars. I've been here twice now, and feel this is an honest assessment of what to expect Staff: Extremely courteous and helpful. I've felt welcomed from the very first instance I've come through the door. Food: On both occasions I've had the Fried Chicken and Fried Catfish, along with some French Fries. While I think the Fried Chicken is good, it just doesn't hit me the way I would like. While it is cooked perfectly inside and out, it just lacks something for me. The Fried Catfish on the other hand, is on point. Cooked perfectly again and just wonderful flavor and seasoning. Fries are right up there, too. I haven't tried anything else at this point, but I imagine that there are probably no real disappointments from here. I'm a big boy and portions are more than enough. Ambience: I had to mark this down a bit. While it is not bad, it's nothing special either. Tables and chairs, and a few decorations and TVs. The place is extremely clean which is something you can never take for granted. Intangibles: The Owner...This guy is full of energy and just puts out a real positive vibe. He knows customers by name, and just seeing the repeat customers tells me the place is good. After both visits my interactions with him just leave me feeling good, which is something that's hard to find these days. Definitely a spot that's on my consistent "go to" list now.

We love coming here! It's surprisingly hard to find a restaurant that does both Thai food and…read moresushi, which works perfectly for us because I love Thai food and my partner doesn't. For lunch today, I ordered the chicken yellow curry dinner with jasmine rice, and my partner got the Dang Jane and Tiger Roll. We also ordered a Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea, both with light ice. Everything was yummy, smelled amazing, and tasted fresh. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, service is quick, and both the dining area and bathrooms were clean. My only minor "complaints" are that the Thai iced coffee had noticeably more ice than the Thai tea, and I do wish the curry came with a little more chicken. It feels somewhat overpriced, but then again, I understand that the cost of food, labor, rent, and running a small business has gone up considerably. They seem to be pretty slow whenever we come in for lunch, so we're happy to continue supporting a small local business we enjoy, even if it means making the drive from Vacaville. * I also wanted to comment on some of the reviews mentioning cockroaches. Obviously, nobody wants to see a roach while they're eating, and a restaurant should absolutely take pest control and cleanliness seriously. We've never seen one in all the times we've visited, and the restaurant has always appeared clean during our visits. At the same time, seeing a live roach doesn't automatically mean the entire restaurant or kitchen is filthy. Unfortunately, pests can make their way into restaurants, grocery stores, commercial buildings, and homes, even when pest control measures are in place. One review in particular seemed a little unfair to me. According to the review, they noticed roaches crawling from the wall toward their table, and one eventually crawled across the table and onto the chicken wing plate, where it hid underneath a carrot. The accompanying photo/video appears to show an essentially empty plate with garnish remaining and the roach among it. Personally, if I saw a roach crawling toward my table, I wouldn't sit there and watch it make its way across the table and onto my plate. And if seeing multiple roaches made me uncomfortable enough that I no longer felt comfortable eating there, I would stop eating, ask to cancel my order, pay for what we had already consumed, and leave. The restaurant removed the affected plate, killed the roach, and discounted the wings. That seems like a reasonable response to the specific plate the roach crawled onto. If the expectation was that the entire $95 check should have been discounted, that comes across as a bit entitled to me, particularly if the rest of the food had already been consumed. And I have to admit, I laughed a little at being upset about the roach and then also mentioning that the waitress squashed it and you "heard it crunch." What exactly was she supposed to do at that point, catch it and release it outside? ‍ I completely understand being grossed out and deciding not to return. Three roaches would absolutely be something worth bringing to the restaurant's attention. What I don't think is fair is suggesting that the restaurant did nothing about the situation. According to the review itself, the employee immediately came over, removed the affected plate, killed the roach, and discounted the wings. The $95 total also confused me a little. The food mentioned in the review was Drunken Beef, Shrimp Fried Rice, and chicken wings. Based on the prices I saw, that's roughly $60 before tax, tip, drinks, or anything else that may have been ordered. So there were apparently additional items or drinks that weren't mentioned. For comparison, our meal today, yellow curry dinner, jasmine rice, two sushi rolls, and two drinks, was $65 before tip. Again, nobody has to be okay with seeing a roach in a restaurant, and it's completely reasonable to bring it to the staff's attention or decide you don't want to return. Restaurants absolutely should take sanitation and pest control seriously. I just don't think one or two reported incident should automatically define an entire small business, especially when our own experiences here have consistently been positive. The food has always been fresh and delicious, the restaurant has been clean during our visits, and the employees have always treated us well. We'll definitely be back.

Food was great, and the place definitely looks like a little Bangkok. They have religious articles…read moreand altars all around the restaurant, so if that's not your thing, I would suggest staying away from this place. Statues of their gods are in every corner, on walls, and on tables. Service was excellent -- very friendly and welcoming. Prices were reasonable. One thing I might mention is that after I finished my meal and was just hanging out for a moment, I saw a cockroach on the wall, which is why I am removing a star.
