First time ordering from Kiki's. I've lived in Vacaville for a while now but I've never really been curious about it. Anyway, I work around the corner from this spot in Dixon - came in on a rainy day after work, so it didn't seem as packed as it normally was. Ordered for pickup. Large order of loaded tots, and 15 wings. No wonder it cost as much as it did. When I got home and opened my trays I was pleasantly surprised at the portions (tots and fries) and the size of the wings. These wings are big boy wings - still a good size to scarf down in one or two bites, but incredibly meaty and significantly bigger than the wings from other spots - Wingstop, Fire Wings, etc. Flavor-wise: much like your standard fare. Decent flavor, but nothing notable. The only thing is that these guys here don't skimp on the sauce. Very generous portions, again. The wings were coated very well. I will be returning to this spot to order smaller portions, because I underestimated these orders severely. read more

Service- great service! We were promptly greeted upon entry and offered assistance with the menu. Ambiance- very cool and hip. Good music. Clean, modern, & orderly. Food- it's good. Nothing wowed me but my fries were piping hot (woo hoo). A chicken tender is a chicken tender. My hubby had the lemon pepper sauce bone in wings and macaroni salad. Love that they sale Red Bulls and Red Bull infusion drinks. Some other reviews complained about the price- I'm not from the area so maybe this is high but it wasn't absurd. read more

We stopped here on our way to Roseville and we wanted to try something new. The place was nice with lots of open seats. We ordered on the kiosk, so many options to choose from. We got the Nae Nae's sliders, those were ok, not a lot of flavor and the bun was a little burnt and you can taste the burnt spots. We got the BBQ style Kiki's tots, those were really good, very flavorful and the tater tots were crunchy. My daughter had the chicken tenders with BBQ sauce and she did enjoy those. Service is pretty fast and they brought our food to our table. I'd like to come back here sometime and try some other items on the menu. read more

Our group tried the medium combo (which I'm going to call a chicken & fry salad), sliders, crispy sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, crispy chicken salad, and chicken nuggets. The portions were generous and the fries were the right amount of crispy. It was a bummer that the soda machine was broken, but they had bottles as backups. Overall, we were very happy with our first visit. I'm not sure when we'll be in Dixon again, but this will be on the top of our list to visit again. read more

Saturday, 9/7/2024 - ate at Kiki's. Address is 115 E Dorset Dr, Dixon, CA 95620. There's a Walmart right across from this Kiki's. I only saw one person in the front taking orders and one in the back making the foods. Both were nice. Upon arriving: Pros: 1) plenty of parking. Free parking. 2) they had Kiki's burritos and tacos. We tried the tacos and they were good. 3) all our foods we got were good. 4) restaurant was very clean. When there was no one waiting to order, the cashier guy would be cleaning the tables and drink area. 5) bathroom was clean. Cons None Conclusion Clean restaurant. Plenty of tables to sit. Staff was very nice. Foods good. Always loved the Kiki's tater totes. Grill chicken salad with the ceasar dressing was good. Ceasar dressing was nice and thick and good! We stopped in here after hearing all the glowing recommendations! We decided to do the chicken sandwich meal with tots and then we ordered the Kiki fries... The chicken in the sandwich was super tender and juicy but the crust was coming off and wasn't very crunchy... I added buffalo sauce to it otherwise it was a bit bland... The Kiki fries were pretty delicious! I think that's a fun order and would be perfect to share with 2-3 people.. the tots were crunch and delicious! I just grabbed water, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was filtered and was good! The staff who helped us were all super kind and knowledgeable! My husband and my last visit to this Kiki's Chicken wasn't the best. We went during dinner time, I think maybe an hour or more before closing. I can't recall everything we ordered, but my meal was subpar. The chicken was very dry and the ranch had a weird taste to it. The fries weren't bad, just a bit soggy. My husband, however, didn't have the same issues with the chicken as I did. Overall, I'm now reluctant to grab a bite to eat here. read more

They have a kiosk to order and if you do you get a free drink... I clearly didn't read when I was ordering but the cash register informed me for future. I ordered 8pc boneless wing combo- 8/10 Garlic fries-10/10 Kiki's fries- 10/10 (rated by my daughter) Chicken tacos- 10/10 Potato salad- 4/10 (bland) We had plenty of food to share- so sharing portion sizes for sure. I for sure had an issue with their menu and prices, my meal 8pcs/10pcs was marked for $9.99 but when I chose the 8pcs it added another $4.00 to bring it up to $13.99 So not what it was advertised. We were not greeted or said goodbye to. Place was 5% full on a Saturday night. White cheddar Mac n cheese came out with cold unmelted cheese on the top and the middle was maybe luke warm so it tasted horrible. After I had it heated up it was okay ish. Basically a microwaved prepackaged bowl. My fiancée got loaded sweet potato fries for $17 and thought it came with chicken like the photos. No chicken at all. $17 for fries with cheese and sauce?! What?! The mango habinero sauce had no heat. The fries reminded me of those petrified onion rings you sprinkle on green beans. Fried chicken's breading was too soggy for me but not bad! The BBQ sauce and ranch dressing were mediocre at best. I've never gotten a milkshake at a restaurant and had it over blended with zero Oreo chunks and a layer of hard Oreo like substance stuck at the bottom. Got a spoon but it didn't help much. It was the most depressing milkshake I've ever had in 40+ years. A gas station machine milkshake would have been better. read more

This is the first time trying their sandwiches. It was good for the most part and the ingredients were fresh but they put the wrong sauce on it. I did not order buffalo sauce. I told the cashier that I didn't like that sauce so I requested the habanero sauce instead but still ate some of it. I dined in house and got wings to go with sweet chili sauce. When I got home, I opened the box and they had buffalo sauce on them too. The man before me ordered sweet potato fries with his order and got regular fries. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally had the opportunity to get takeout for New Years Eve. Starting off the service was incredible, Eddie was taking our order, he was very friendly and welcomed us immediately creating a comfortable experience. We ordered: * 3 Piece tender combo meal with classic fries * 12 Piece boneless wings * Medium size of garlic fries * Small coleslaw * Sides of: ranch/bbq/buffalo/mango habanero * Chocolate chip cookie and chocolate chip waffle We enjoyed how fresh everything tasted, the chicken was juicy and had a crispy outside. Not to mention just the sizes of the tenders and wings were big so definitely worth it and very very filling. The portion of garlic fries were huge and I loved how it wasn't over powering but just enough of the garlic taste with fresh parm. Even the desserts were delicious! Eddie had recommended warming the waffle up, so of course we took his recommendation, I warmed both in the oven for a few minutes and it made them gooey and soft, the perfect way to end the meal. Everything was incredible from the customer service, to the quality and flavor of food, as well as the price-- for everything ordered + tip around $65 and we had left overs for the next day. I like Kiki's in Sacramento so I was so excited to find out we got one in Dixon where the old burgerim used to be. I ordered through DoorDash and got my order pretty fast. I got the Kiki's tots which was tater tots, chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, and ranch. Super good. I also got some boneless wings, there's an ordering option to get your wings tossed in sauce or in the side. The sauces I chose were jalapeño ranch and buffalo. I got the sauces on the side so I could combine them and have jalapeño ranch buffalo wings, and they were really good. Garlic fries were really tasty too. They were out of potato salad and subbed it out for macaroni salad, which I was pretty disappointed about..... until I tried the macaroni salad- it was REALLY good. I absolutely LOVE Kiki's! Chicken is delicious. We didn't know what to try at first so I ordered a bunch of different items. The loaded tots are my favorite! The tots with chicken, buffalo sauce and ranch are a great combo! The chicken and waffle was delicious if you're into sweet and savory. The macaroni and potato salad are also delicious not too creamy not too dry just right. The grilled chicken salad is amazing. Everything was fresh and hit the spot!! Lastly we tried the lemon pepper wings and they were cooked to perfection! We normally would go to Davis or Vacaville for wings but In my opinion these are bigger and taste better! The sauces were decent to good. We had Kiki's, Buffalo and Blue Cheese (not the best but not horrible). The fries were good, not the best I've had but I'd get them again. My complaint this "Family Meal" is advertised to feed a family of seven. HUH? The sides came in the small (flat) deli cup and weren't completely full either. It surprised me as how does that work for 7 people? Each person get a spoonful? That's the cheapest thing to make side salads as it was big chunks of potato with mayo and macaroni with mayo - so be so skimpy? The pic on the order form is shooting down at the sides, so you can't see the container and the pic of the sides shows a full mounded order. I don't know which seven people are going to be full with one wing, one tender and a tablespoon of each of the sides, but it should be advertised for a family of four maybe. This used to be our go to spot for Tender Tuesdays. You USED TO get excellent service. Now, there is an older guy (with no hair), with such horrible attitude. He always looks upset and bothered. He just stares and its pretty creepy. We order a large Kiki Fries and he brings one fork for a table of 4. We ask him for more forks and he only brings one more for a table of 4. Then, we tell him that we need 4 forks for a table of 4. We get one of the orders of Kiki Fries which we asked and PAID for extra cheese and it literally has less cheese that usual. We tell this guy that we PAID for extra cheese and rolls his eyes and walks away. He comes back with a tiny cup of cheese. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! That was our last time that we visit. This guy wants to charge extra for everything and then they mess up your order and then you get a order of BAD SERVICE all on your platter. This place is going down. My how things change!!! My husband, son and myself love the Kiki fries! So, tonight September 7th my son placed our to go order over the phone about 7:30. The first time no one answered the phone, so we checked what time they close on-line then called back. The kid answered the phone " hello" my son said, hello kiwis? and the the kids oh yeah. My son proceeded to place our order for two orders of their fries and a chicken sandwich he said the total would be 48.00. My husband and I drove over to pick it up after 10 minutes and one of the kids said they didn't start it yet because they didn't know if we were gonna pick it up and that will be 48.00. My husband said you'll get paid when I get my food and the kid proceeded to have attitude and say, we'll that's not how it works!!
