Do not support this location -- unacceptable behavior from store manager…read more I have been a loyal customer of Cenarios Pizza in Dixon for years, back to when I lived in town, Even after moving 45 minutes away, my family still made the drive to support them. Tonight was our last time. Save your money and take your family elsewhere. I called 30 minutes ahead for a dine-in order so my husband and three young kids wouldn't have to wait. When I went to pay at the counter, the store manager--a bald man wearing no name tag--publicly yelled at, berated, and scolded me in front of my children and the entire dining room. He aggressively demanded a tip, shouting that two girls had quit on him because customers don't tip, and said this was "the last time" he'd allow us to eat there. If his staff is quitting, that is entirely on him as a manager--he needs to pay his team a fair wage instead of publicly harassing and taking his frustration out on paying customers. He made these aggressive demands before I even had a chance to pay, on a card reader system that doesn't even have a tip prompt. His shouting was so loud that other families in the dining room overheard and spoke to me afterward about how completely out of line he was, and my 8-year-old son was left asking why a grown man was yelling at his mom. Being degraded and humiliated during a rare family dinner out is completely unacceptable. Do not support a business that allows its management to treat loyal customers and mothers like this. I'll never return here.

The muncheez appetizer has diced jalapeño, cheese and potato mushed together and fried with a side of ranch. They're like a fancy jalapeño popper. It's heart clogging goodness and I regret nothing. Their pizza was surprisingly good. I'm not sure if it was their pepperoni or their sauce but it had a slight zest to it. The interior is clean and spacious. Customer service is quick and courteous. Pricing with online coupons is reasonable. Being a round table fan I'm sad to say that pizza guys has them beat in Dixon. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating.
