I haven't come here in 24 years. Being back in the area I remembered their muncheez appetizer from long ago and had an instant craving. I was not disappointed. The muncheez appetizer has diced jalapeño, cheese and potato mushed together and fried with a side of ranch. They're like a fancy jalapeño popper. It's heart clogging goodness and I regret nothing. Their pizza was surprisingly good. I'm not sure if it was their pepperoni or their sauce but it had a slight zest to it. The interior is clean and spacious. Customer service is quick and courteous. Pricing with online coupons is reasonable. Being a round table fan I'm sad to say that pizza guys has them beat in Dixon. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating. read more

Terrible customer service! We placed an order online last night and when we got there to pick up the pizza around 730pm-8pm, the cashier was on the phone so we waited patiently until she was finished. She saw us when we came inside and 6 minutes later, she was still on the phone. Then another customer came in, a white man and she hung up the phone and acknowledged him first and offered assistance to him. I find this rude, disrespectful and unfair since we have been waiting for a while. On his way out, she shouted and reminded him "don't forget your free soda". On our way out, she didn't offer us the free soda so we asked for it, "do we get a free soda, too"? She responded "uhm ya..sure".. We won't be coming back here and please train this teenager girl to treat everyone with the same respect. Thank you. read more

I'm bummed I forgot to get our cashiers name because she was wonderful! From the moment we walked in she greeted us and was helpful. Even applied a coupon to our order at time of check out. We were on our way back to Sac when we were decided what we were going to eat. We saw tables at a Pizza Guys which is not common in Sac so we decided to check it out. From what we were told it's the only Pizza Guys with dine in area. The pepperoni pizza was on point. Crust was think and tasted amazing. Mango Habanero wings were top tier the other pizza was half and half combo and Texas bbq and we added pineapple. The location looked perfect to go watch the games. Seating area was clean and very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place for families or friends that need a pit stop for dinner. Would come back soon! read more

My pizza and wings order taste okay, but I had a couple of issues with the order. First even though I lived within 3 minutes of their location, they had to deliver another order first, which made my delivery time over 15 minutes from the time the driver left the store. This fact made the order not as hot as it should have been. Second, some pizza slices had little or no meat of them. read more

Well. I'm not a Person to complain But this situation is a must. So After ordering e r"online to get the 25% coupon. I arrived only to be told they were behind one online orders. 20min later finally got my order Once home. Wife said one of the pizzas is wrong and one is over cooked . Ok. No big deal. But the strand hair that I pulled out of my throat. That was a big deal. At that point no children or adults wanted any. So called to talk to complain. Was offered 2 large pizzas for a future visit. Very very decent pizza from these folks. It's not called the Salad Guys for a good reason- the salad bar looks kinda sad. Then again, so is having a salad just before pizza. (it's not that bad actually) Grabbed a couple pizzas (buy one get one with the Entertainment book) and checked-in on Yelp...so I got a little ice cream as well! Would have stayed for the game but the TVs, while numerous, aren't huge. And there was a vocal Cavaliers fan there. :-( I would return. After figuring this place would serve iffy pies, I hadn't tried it for a bit. Too bad because it's decent pizza. Pizza Guys is our go-to pizza place I'm Dixon. Sometimes we order online for delivery and sometimes we just pop-in. They have some nice beers on draft, a decent salad bar and great pizza. My kids get annoyed if I get pizza anywhere else. There are arcade games and an outdoor patio if you choose to eat there instead getting take-out. We have never had a problem with our deliveries, they always arrive on time & hot. read more

Wow! This location is awesome and above the quality of other Pizza Guys locations that I've been to. I ordered pizza because it was a dine and donate night, and I wanted to help the cause! They were amazing to donate 50% of the profits to the families of the two local teenage boys that tragically passed away. My kids and I decided to get Pizza as we were driving by, it was around 6:50 p.m. I knew I had a coupon on my phone not sure if it was a good deal or not; I go up to the counter and ask the guy about buying two pizzas, he states that i have to place my order online. I understand why he would say that, but common cense... I am there ready to buy something. Why would he not offer a different option? Even if it is more money no big deal. This place has been great in the past. Good pizza. But service sometimes sucks. I don't care if you're shift is up in 7 min. You greet the customer when they walk thru the door. And at the very least, let them know someone will be with them in a moment. We ordered take out from this pizza place. The staff was very friendly, but I had to wait nearly ten minutes for my pizza (even though we were there right on time). I think it was because they were preparing to close or something-i'm not sure. The pizza was a let down. You can get a better frozen pizza at Safeway for 6 bucks. Seriously. Pizza Guys pizza is always good...I like the bonus of a 2 liter bottle of soda if I pick up our order. Pasta is pretty yummy, too! Our last visit was great. I witnessed the manager (I believe) happily offer to carry a customer's pizzas out because she appeared to need assistance. I actually like Pizza Guy's pizza better than anywhere else in Dixon. While they are more pricey than some people in town, and their staff isn't exactly the sharpest blades in the drawer, I do like their pizza.
