We decided to grab some sandwiches for our paddle boarding trip. It was my first time and I feel like the menu was a little overwhelming. The store was clean and organized. The worker was super nice and efficient. I ordered the Garlic Pesto Turkey as a wrap. They only had one tortilla choice and it was gluten-free. I wish there had been at least a spinach choice. I didn't eat the until we were taking our lunch break on the water. It was good, but definitely not stacked with filling. My husband & I went yesterday. We used to live in Vacaville & regularly went to West Coast Sourdough, so expected a similar experience. Ordering was largely okay, we had a birthday coupon for a free cookie & the worker was trying to tell us it was expired, even though it says it's valid until 9/1. My husband suggested they add the cookie to the order & then use the coupon, & that worked. We got a meal & they informed us the soda fountain was broken, but they had bottled soda. Hello no refills. We ordered a veggie sandwich to split, it arrived & each side only had one small piece of avocado. My husband complained, so they gave us 4 more slices to share. Tomatoes were razor thin, all the produce seemed like the very minimum amount they could give & we could barely taste their house spread. Was bad overall, we normally go to Solano Baking Company, you get more bang for you buck & they actually make a good sandwich. We won't be back to this location. read more

They offered me a cup of water while I waited for my order. Recently opened in Dixon so we gave it a try. I despise Subway, not just in Dixon, but in general, so it's nice to have another option here. Good...not great. Much better than Subway, though. I had the Turkey and Pastrami. Bread and meats were good. Wife had the Chicken Cholula and my Son had the Smoked Brisket. They deemed it good as well. Worth a try. Prices were reasonable. read more

Paid for extra cheese and meat and received less than a regular French Dip that I order from other locations. Workers here have a language barrier that did not allow them to understand my complaint when I called. I asked how much the meat is supposed to weigh in a French Dip and was told 5 oz. for a regular 8 inch. I paid for an extra ounce for each sandwich and upon weighing the meat it was 3.2oz. in one sandwich and 3.4oz. in another. These are the smallest French Dips I have ever received from any Sourdough and Co I've ever been to. I feel ripped off. read more

Hand hygiene should be a must when dealing with food ! the guy working the register today , Navjot is what the receipt says was wearing black gloves on his cell phone and same gloves when I ordered which was fine I assumed he wasn't handling food but then I look over and see he starts to make my order and I'm hoping he changed his gloves and because I didn't see in enough time to say anything I'm tossing my sandwich in the trash which is messed up because I spent over 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches . one was hot and made by another person , and then as I was leaving he was still wearing black gloves and scratching his head . So I decided to splurge today and As much as I love sourdough & Co and I could not wait for it to come to Dixon, I'm a little disappointed in my visit today. I ordered the small 4 inch sandwich, a small salad, and a peach tea in a can . My total was $25.00 When I got to my location, I realize that the side of sourdough bread did not come with butter, which is a little disappointing. Then when I went to eat my sandwich, my sourdough bread on my sandwich was so hard. I could barely bite it. It was almost like it was old, or sat out entirely too long, which is very disappointing to say the least!! my side of bread was super soft so I ended up picking all the condiments off of my sandwich and slapping it on my extra bread. Big fan of their sourdough bread. Plenty of chewiness to the crust but not too much. It's plenty soft + warm + lovely. Plentiful menu of sandwiches and sides. 6" is quite filling, but even their 4" is a generous portion. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority at this location, which I greatly appreciate. Service is attentive + helpful. Customers are greeted with a smile, and bid farewell at the end of the visit. It's nice that politeness is still in fashion. Will return. read more

Serving expired food. We went here on September 27th to get sandwiches and drinks and chips. When we got home, we discovered the drinks and chips were expired. We called them back and they would not do anything about it. They said, "Oh, sorry. Next time we'll check the dates." That's it. No refund, no offer to make it right. The sandwhiches are delicious and always made within a timely manner. The place is fairly new however I've already tried several items from the their menu and have enjoyed them all. I will say that there needs to be a better set up as far as online orders. The pick up area is in the back corner, so you kind of have to awkwardly stand there until someone see's you. When they are busy, its hard to see on the other side of the glass, and also hard to tell who's standing in line to place an order, and who's picking up. read more

Service was good, as was the clam chowder. However the Reuben sandwich was very dry, I had to cut off the crusts as the they were very hard. Went to lunch with my aunt and cousin today and it was good! I had a french dip and they each had the brisket sandwich. You order at the counter and they be it to your table when ready.
