I dropped in here for lunch at 12:30pm and when I walked in I realized everyone else had the same idea! There was a little bit of a line which is expected during the lunch hour. I was surprised to see that they had a whole line up of staff, 5 people, that were all working together to make people's sandwiches! Most places like this are understaffed, but this place had a crew! The whole crew you could see were really working hard and quickly to get everyone through the line and keep the line down. I think you can always see when employees are doing their best during a lunch rush. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and I did have to wait for the sandwich to be warmed up but that was expected. The sandwich was ok and didn't really blow me away but it will fill you up if you need a quick lunch! The ambiance of the location looked pretty clean and stocked ready for the lunch hour. read more

Clean establishment. I got the Italian sub which is the #9. It was yummy and I got the 6 inch. I wish I got the 4 inch cause I get full fast. My total was under $16 since I got chips and a water. This Jersey Mike's is disgusting. The workers handle money while handling your food. They also set the meat anywhere on the counter they please and don't wipe it down. When you ask for the manager's information from any of the workers they refuse to give it to you. I went here because I haven't been here in so long so why not? I will go to another location because at this location the staff was rude. I ordered a sandwich and I assumed they would make mine like everyone else and ask what veggies I wanted on my sandwich but that was not done. Supposedly, I was supposed to tell them while I made the initial order. Communicate that then because I'm watching everyone else tell them what they wanted on their sandwiches. This place has the worst customer service in all the Jersey Mike's I've been in. I ordered a BLT light mayo. Simple right? Regular size 11.15. Igor a cold roll really cold bacon (4 slices ) two slices of tomato and enough shredded lettuce for two sandwiches , which was all over my car seat. I don't know of any deli or restaurant that serves cold bacon without a smile or a thank you. I assume that's because I didn't tip. read more

A conflicting review: I love jersey Mikes, but their inability to prioritize walk-in customers is an issue. I was the only person in line and I had to wait 10 minutes to place an order because I was behind 3-4 online orders. This created an awkward waiting period as I continued to try and make eye-contact with the person in charge of cutting the cheese and meats to let them know I was ready. Still nothing. I finally place my order and I have to wait another 8 minutes to have my sandwich dressed, as I was still behind online orders. This is not the first time this has happened, so my previous visit I called in to pick up my order. I was in-and-out, and happy about my transaction, until I got home. My tuna sandwich came with half of its ordinary amount, leaving me frustrated and hungry. But y'all...I LOVE JERSEY MIKES. Mike, if you're reading this..please...please...PLEASE, find a way to prioritize your walk-in customers. As of now, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for a single order, and that's if you're the only person in line. read more

Chicken cheese steak sandwich was fresh and plentiful but now that I've tried it I would order differently. Although I like green and red peppers it took away from the taste so I would omit it next time. There are so many places to get a sub sandwich and Jersey Mike's is a decent place to get one. You won't be disappointed in the generous portion of sandwich meat to toppings. I feel the added oil, vinegar and spices give their sandwiches a "umph". My sandwich was literally soaked with vinegar and oil. No joke. There are 3 sizes for most sandwiches- mini, regular and large. The regular size was just enough for me. I wish their bread was softer (mine was kind of hard to be honest). Be aware- cold sandwiches come with veggie and added toppings. Warm sandwiches only come with what is listed and there is a longer wait for it. Service was nice- no complaints. After you order, you get a ticket to give to the cashier. I wish they were not so much in the cuts (location) for us, but I would definitely come back again. read more

I would have given this sandwich shop 5 stars if it wasn't for a sandwich quality issue when using DoorDash. So let me first share my store visit then my delivery sandwich quality. I have visited this establishment multiple times. I love the turkey and provolone, Mike's way. I personally feel a great sandwich starts with great bread. If the bread is not right the sandwich is horrible. The bread each time is perfect not to thick and never dry and a little chewy. The turkey always tastes great and the fresh lettuce is always applied generously. All other made to order request are added with care. It's just a well balanced healthy meal for a reasonable price. I will not ever buy a sandwich from here using door dash. The last two times the sandwiches did not come as ordered and the bread was super dry and stale tasting. They must use different quality standard for delivery???! I am not sure why, just because the customer is not present does not mean it doesn't matter. Take a look at the delivery sandwiches Jersey Mikes. In fact, go home order for yourself through door dash and test it out- something is wrong. This was my second time visiting this location and honestly something is just really off about it. To me it doesn't taste like the other JM locations that I have visited. On top of that some of the staff are just flat out rude. They have attitudes and seem very impatient and try to rush you when you're trying to order. My last time visiting this location it was 15mins before they closed so I walked in not knowing if they were still accepting orders. I politely asked the girl at the register if they were still making sandwiches. She paused and then replied "we close at 9". Ok well that doesn't answer my question because they were cleaning up and everything so I asked again and she said that they were still making sandwiches. Well when I walked in I already caught the attitude she was giving another customer who was trying to place an order, but I kind of brushed it off. Another worker ended up taking my order and preparing it. The worker who helped me was very friendly vs the first one I encountered. As me and the other customer are waiting for our food the rude worker is constantly talking about how she's ready to go she's got stuff to do blah blah blah.once 9pm hit she yells out "it's 9 o'clock time to go home!" I ordered 2 sandwiches and mines were put into a big bag. The other customer ordered like 4 sandwiches and the rude worker just handed the sandwiches to him. No bag no napkins nothing.
