Always order pizza here at least once a week since my daughter only likes little caesars pizza. We always get a thin crust pepperoni and crazy bread sticks. This time I ordered the Italian bread which didn't come with a side of marinara. Not sure why only the crazy breadsticks come with a side of marinara but whatever I was in a hurry to buy it so fuck it I left without it. Other than that no complaints about the pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas from this place and they were given to us RAW! Slimy dough and barely melted cheese. YUCK! I called and they told me they'd remake it well done for me. This has been the worst service almost every time I have been in this place which hasn't been much since the last experience I had. The young girl Kim "manager" is hostile. Last time I went was about a year ago a woman called the police because Kim was extremely hostile towards a her and she did it in front of my young kids. They still talk about the mean lady at the pizza place. The "manager" gave my pizza away by accident then told the lady in front of me that she was stealing my pizza. The lady told her I ordered 2 pizzas and the manager said no you didn't I repeated your order and you didn't say 2. I just called in an order before going in and only went there to get dinner for my kids because we were so busy we didn't have time to cook or even go through fast food. My kids were extremely hungry. I went in to pick up my order and another employee couldn't find my order. The manager came out and said no you didn't order a deep dish I took your order and repeated it to you. Which she did. She repeated deep dish. Instead of apologizing she said You never said deep dish. She could have said sorry for the misunderstanding and offer to make one right away. She just argued with me. I asked for corporates number and she said find it yourself! I said what's your name, she said Kim. I said what's your last name and she said I'm not going to tell you. This place should be shut down, they shouldn't have a teenage girl with a power trip running it. I will NEVER go there again! The only reason why there's 1 star is by accident and I can't take it away. read more

Honestly, I would rather eat the dirt off the street than EVER eat here again. They might as well have asked me "Would you like some pizza with your grease?" Not to mention I was treated HORRIBLY, to say the least. A young Middle Eastern lady with glasses literally went out of her way to be so rude to me I left in tears, and it wasn't because of the horrible pizza, which would also be a reason to cry over. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but I have worked in the customer service industry for over ten years and there is honestly no excuse to take it out on your customers, and going out of your way to do so. Not even the price will draw me to this particular location again. I moved to dixon Dec, 2012 and am very close to the little ceasars (awesome right?), unfortunately not. Our very first trip was during the move as it is close quick and cheap. We called to verify that the yelp hours online were in fact correct and verify that they were still open and were told yes they are open until 10pm (25 min away from the call) so I immediately headed that way. Upon arrival maybe 2 min later (tops) around 9:38 the open sign was off however all lights were on so I attempted entering the building which was locked. I watched the girl notice me in the back and walk into what I assume is the storage room. I stood for a minute with no recognition from the employee. I sat in my car and attempted calling the business and SURPRISE, no answer. Very frustrated, I left. However between that first trip and now there have been many nights where the price is irresistible and I can honestly say that every single time I have been a customer at this location, I have had the worst service that I have ever experienced (repetitively). From the CONSTANT attitudes and sense of "your interrupting my coworker and my conversation and text exchanges", to the sometimes crappy and stale pizza (always check your box before leaving) I have always dealt with the occasional stale pizza with all locations however I have NEVER experienced the employees refusing me a fresh pizza with my cooperation with waiting for the pizza. I have had this happen twice here and both times been refused a fresh pizza for a wait and no neither times were near closing hours. Tonight I arrived 20 min to closing and the facility was open but no food was present, after not being acknowledged by the "preoccupied" girls behind the counter I finally asked if they were still open and had pizzas and was given a very heavy, dull "yes, but you have to wait and its only pepperoni or cheese" ok, no problem can I wait for crazy bread (presuming she already had to slide a pizza through) and was told flat out after a long stare "no im sorry" at which point I asked about wings and was told "ya they are just the oven roasted though but if you want I can put sauce on them"..... Please, if it is not TOO much to ask. I wont even continue about the remainder of my visit but I will say that this location would thrive with new owners and it is really sad to actually lose a customer over your service with prices that low! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! first the girl that is working doesn't even say hello, then mid conversation she walks and then comes back and asks What? I asked about the number 1 and if I can replace the bread sticks for wings and pay the difference she just stares at me as if I'm crazy and say NO wings are $5.99. I guess "the customer is always right" doesn't apply here. Bad customer service. I called in my order for a deep dish and when I arrived to pick up, they said they made it on regular pizza. I told them I had asked for deep dish over the phone and the female employee replied, "I repeated your order back to you." Well excuse me, I know what I ordered and it's not acceptable to tell the customer what they did or didn't say. So instead of an apology or any willingness to make the situation better, I had to wait longer for the correct pizza to be made. If the prices didn't keep bringing me back, I'd be taking my business elsewhere. read more
