Al pastor taco is the way to go.

I didn't get a pic of my fresh PEACH marg but man oh man these al pastor taco were so flavorful. I certainly ruined my dinner for these. Also, Mario was great - host, bartender, server and owner - holy moly the service!!! This will 10000% be my summer stopping spot each year.

I came here at the recommendation of my coach driver from Durango. He said he hadn't been here himself, but he heard lots of good things. I sat at the bar and had a great experience. Mario is one of the owners and he waited on me. The chips were huge and very good! I also enjoyed the meal and watermelon margaritas that I got. Yummy!

The El pork pastor tacos are the best I've ever had in my life! They have amazing salsa and everything is made from scratch. This is my favorite restaurant in silverton by far. I was here a week and ate everywhere and wished I ate here every day. Mario is so personal and nice too! He had a palisade peach margarita special for the day and it was done better than anything in Palasade!

I am a foodie and this was the best salsa I have ever eaten! Delicious. Excellent service. Every friendly. Fun atmosphere. Outside and inside seating.

Some of the best food I've had this year. Service was fast and friendly. Servers were fluent in both English and Spanish. The tortillas are homemade and everything was cooked to perfection. Combining the altitude with one of their delicious cocktails can be a wild experience. Totally with the trip. The old west decor fit perfectly with the town.

The food is so amazing, some of the best tacos we've ever had!! The rib eye tacos were our favorite and the burrito was great too! Highly recommend

If you're going to operate in a town where you know a lot of your clientele has a two-hour ticking clock before their train leaves, you've got to be on the ball. Seeing how good the cheese board looked, we started with that as an appetizer. We figured it would give us something to munch on while we were waiting for the rest of our food. Not so much. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and my wife ordered the turkey avocado sandwich. After ordering all our food and waiting a long time, I saw another table get their cheese board at the same time as their entrees. I flagged down our waiter to see if we'd get our appetizer before our entrees. He went to check, and the cheese board came out...at the same time as our sandwiches. What's the deal here? Nobody wants their appetizer as part of their meal. For the record, the cheese board was big, good, and filling. My chicken sandwich was great, and my wife liked her turkey avocado sandwich as well. Fries were better than chips. We just needed things spaced out a bit. Our waiter came back by and said, "Wow! You two must've been hungry, as you ate that really fast." Well buddy, we've got a train to catch!
