Full Tilt in Ouray... Busy on September early evening... One waiter was very busy with both bar and food service.. but doing a great job.. Old original Ouray building.. High Tin ceiling.. Fairly good menu options.. Had French Dip and salad.. wife had Shrimp and Chips and salad.. both good options...

Staff is amazing! Very friendly and quick I did get chili and probably one of the best I have had. Super meaty, good tomatoes, and BEANS!! Ambiance on outside patio is cozy and dog friendly

We went on a Friday night. Their first night with the patio open. The ambiance was really lovely and exactly what you'd expect from a quality steakhouse. Service was kind and attentive. Food was great too. We will go back! Space is a bit limited so large groups may be difficult, but I got the sense they will accommodate you if you're patient.

They should win an award for serving the most flavorless burger this side of the Mississippi. Honestly, I've had cardboard with more personality. It was mind-numbing how utterly bland it was... like someone whispered "burger" over a rice cake and called it a day, honestly I think a hockey puck would taste better!! No seasoning, no soul... just sadness between two buns. On the plus side it was an epic view of the mountain!!

I wanted to like the place better. The inside is like a bar, the outside is the place to be. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered a burger and the chicken sandwich. The fries were good. The chicken was tiny, like miniscule and thin. The flavor was good. The burger was bland, totally underseasoned. So just okay.

Fast and friendly service. Atmosphere has an old-timey feel from the building, mixed with classic rock music playing in the background. . We were there at lunchtime on a Tuesday. Not busy at all. We ordered the Bacon Bleu Burger. According to the menu, it gas Gold Canyon Chuck and brisket beef blend, blue cheese, bacon, lettuce, pickles, tomato, and mayo on a brioche bun. After a few minutes, the waitress returned and notified us that they didn't have any bacon. I changed my order to the Southern Chicken Sandwich that, according to the menu, has fried chicken, Cajun aïoli, and pickles served on a brioche bun. The Chicken Sandwich turned out to be excellent. The aioli gave it terrific flavor with a hint of spice. I would give it a 5/5. My girlfriend stayed with her original Bacon Bleu Burger, even though they didn't have bacon. She gave it a 4/5, only because it was missing the bacon. Would I eat here again? Absolutely! Highly recommended!

The wife and I visited here for lunch, on Sunday, October 9, 2022. We had just had some refreshments at the nearby Ouray Brewery. They had mixed me up a couple of perfectly balanced gin and tonics and my wife drank their beers. I opted not to mix hard liquor and beer, so I ordered a Moscow mule ($9). The mule came in a copper cup, and consisted of Ketel One Vodka, Roses lime, bitters, and ginger beer. Unfortunately, I couldn't taste any ginger or lime or the burn of the Vodka. It seemed the tiny portion of vodka had just been added to ice cubes and water. This definitely didn't even resemble a Moscow mule in any way, shape or form. I also ordered the Green chili Philly ($17). The Philly came with ribeye steak, caramelized onions, Hatch green chiles, American cheese on an amoroso roll. I had a side of onion rings with this. The food made up for the lackluster, uninspired Moscow mule. Steak had no fat, thinly sliced, chiles were hot, and they added a nice amount of melted cheese. Onion rings crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. If you visit here, stick to the beers (my wife liked hers) and the food. Stay away from the overpriced, weird cocktails.

I was in Ouray for 4 days and this was the best meal I had all week. Simple but tasty. I ordered the Philly Cheese steak and fries. Cooked well, good portions and friendly service. What more do you need right? I would definitely return if I'm in the area.

Beware!! Living Wage Fee that's automatically charged to your bill.

Food and beer were decent, and the service was average. However, being charged a Living Wage Fee left me with absolutely no reason to return or to recommend this place. Beer and wing restaurants are a dime a dozen.

Always a win at this place. Great food, service and ambiance. There is a porch section during the summer that is very pleasant.

Good food. Quick service. It is a bar with food. Menu is mostly "bar food" aka fried options, burgers. It was a good meal.

Hang over fries are a must! Our table of five ended up ordering three. Nice ambiance. Service was a bit slow, but we were not in a hurry.

Unfortunately, the service was slow and the kitchen was basically out of everything. Pretty disappointing all around.

When we got the bill it was $17 and she said it was $15. I didn't raise my voice or say anything mean towards her. All around she had a bad attitude. We went to leave and walked outside, we were on the sidewalk not even on their property anymore and she yelled at me saying I was very mean to her and the way I treated her. There was no reason for her to come outside to yell at me and then she yelled that I was a bitch. Then we went back inside to talk to management which was her mommy. Her mom the owner was just as rude, very unprofessional, said I need to grow up because I didn't want to pay for their high drinks, which we did pay for their drinks. Yelled at my husband saying how dare he let me talk to her daughter like that. I never raised my voice when we were eating and drinking. She then became very rude and defensive about that. Very bad customer service, horrible management/owner. Instead of apologizing for her daughter giving me the wrong price of a drink and didn't even attempt to take off $2 for it she got just as defensive and yelling at me and my husband. It was supposed to be a nice relaxing day, lunch, drive to Ouray which became a horrible experience and I felt like they were going after me waiting for me to do something. The waitress should have never gone outside to yell at me. We will never go back there and don't recommend this place.

If you can, do it. It completely elevates the experience. The amuse-bouche was the perfect start to the meal, a bright, refreshing citrus bite with goat cheese, prosciutto, and a light acidic glaze. Thoughtful, balanced, and such a great opening note for the evening. Next was the butternut squash ravioli, and honestly, the sauce alone was memorable. Rich without being heavy, deeply flavorful, and one of those dishes you keep thinking about long after the meal ends. We followed that with the ribeye, cooked medium-well, paired with potato fingers. The steak came with a fantastic chimichurri, and the chef even stopped by to recommend a finishing salt specifically for the ribeye. That level of attention to detail, combined with thoughtful table side service, really stood out. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the bar staff. The creativity behind the drink menu is impressive, and the cocktails are genuinely fun, inventive, balanced, and clearly crafted with care. It's no surprise the drink menu has recently won awards, and you can absolutely taste why. What truly made the experience special was watching the kitchen in action. The female lead chef was calm, focused, and clearly guiding the team with confidence. It felt like watching a well-orchestrated dance, and the food absolutely reflected that leadership. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised at all if she ends up with a spot on one of the Top Chef shows. This place is a must stop. Grab the chef's table if you can, enjoy the cocktails, and trust the kitchen. The talent here is real, and it shows.

We were allowed and encouraged to walk around the newly renovated historical building. After seeing the menu , we came back to have dinner after visiting Silverton. The food here is absolutely amazing!!! The charred eggplant with the nice olive oil and sourdough had the right touch - quality olive oil was a nice touch! The porkchop special was definitely a hit. Ravioli was surprisingly delicious! We loved all the food that was served and decided to order dessert. I hope we can make it back and have more of this great food! The Yelp review and rating is super deceiving . I'm glad I didn't decide to visit based on the rating :)
