It would have been nice if someone was walking around taking drink orders or if there was a designated ordering area when the bar is busy. The bartender was fine, but nothing particularly stood out service-wise. Also, if you're traveling with a dog, this is not a pet-friendly bar. As far as I could tell, they also do not serve food in the historic bar itself, so it's best to come just for drinks and the atmosphere.

Last weekend on our Anniversary we went out & were seated, our order taken - drinks came, & food delivered - she asked if we needed anything else ? And we NEVER SAW HER AGAIN! EVER. We were literal hostages there. Not a refill, no condiments on the table & the food severely lacked seasoning ( I fortunately had salt packets with me) NOTHING. About an hour later By chance a coworker saw us sitting there & we flagged him down - thankfully he got us boxes, printed the receipt & told us that he thought she might be in a break because he couldn't find her. SO SHE DISAPPEARED?! First time ever in my life that I've not tipped on a meal - same for my husband. $111 bill for under seasoned Sysco food (the food was Not good either) the best part?? an additional 4% health & housing surcharge for their employees!!
