Last visit Eder took great care of us, but honestly - we've never had a bad meal or experience here. Great service, an enlightened menu, and cool breezes off the water make EJ's a Naples favorite for breakfast and brunch. Jonathan, my server, was attentive without being overbearing. I'm an admittedly difficult diner to satisfy, but EJ's Energy breakfast checked all the right boxes: lots of veggies, healthy proteins, and very flavorful. All I have to say is - You will not be disappointed ! I have tried several brunch spots since moving back to Naples and EJ's Cafe is by far the best I have had . We showed up with a party of 16 ( celebrating a birthday) and Wasn't sure if they would be able to accommodate us because of size . You know what makes this place worthy of 5 stars? The people who work here. Oh sure the food is great too, but the people that wait on you actually seem to like what they are doing which is such a bonus these days when everyone seems angry at everyone else. We came during Sunday brunch. The place was packed but soon enough we had a table outside on the walkway and began to peruse the menu. My go to at brunch is always Eggs Benedict- I could write a book on where to get classic Eggs Benedict in South Florida. And EJ's would be high on the list of those who make a nice hollandaise sauce. The muffin was crispy and browned, the eggs cooked just right and the hollandaise was perfection. My friends had avocado toast which looked good and the omelette. Also quite tasty. My bloody Mary was well poured and all in all it was worth the trip to Naples for breakfast (all right, I didn't JUST go for brunch but it was an incentive!) Now I only wish I could remember the name of the woman who waited on us as she was so friendly I wish she could have pulled up a chair and joined us! While there is garage parking in the complex, if you are lucky, you may get one of the many spots on the street. And if you find humor in watching people who don't know how to parallel park, try to parallel park, this place will also entertain you over and over again. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast outside on a Saturday morning. We were seated promptly and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and cheesy potato casserole. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had and the only complaint about the potatoes, was that there wasn't enough! I do wish you got more food but the price is reasonable. My copilot had the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and enjoyed it as well. Overall, this was a great option because breakfast is available all day while also having lunch items. I originally went to one of Yelp's other highest rated restaurants in the area. They had a long wait so I decided to come here instead. The friendly host/manager took my name and cell phone number and told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I was seated in approximately 35 minutes. My server was Cheyenne. She was awesome! I asked her multiple times about food/drink recommendations and she was honest which I truly appreciated. She was spot on with her recommendations. I tried the strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry mimosas, all recommended by Cheyenne. All of them were good but I liked the Raspberry one the best. They were only $6/apiece which is a bargain in a hot area like this one. For breakfast I ordered the monkey waffle platter which came with a waffle with chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, pineapple, and whipped cream, along with 2 eggs and ham. The waffle was absolutely delicious. It was sweet but not too sweet and had a great texture to it. I used a little bit of the syrup they provided but I didn't really need it - the waffle was amazing on its own. The eggs and ham that came with it were also good. I ordered the eggs over medium and they were closer to over easy but still good. The ham was good. Definitely a solid spot for breakfast/brunch in downtown Naples. So I decided to try this place out because it was relatively close to my hotel, and had good reviews online. We were seated right away and decided to eat outside because the weather was beautiful Our waiter was EDER he was AWESOME! He was attentive, and a great server, I recommend him waiting on you if you happen to stop in. I had to try there banana stuffed French toast and it was so unique I will never eat French toast another away. I'm still craving it till this day. It came with eggs which were cooked perfectly, and I ordered a side of bacon which were crispy and delicious. My guest had the Bayfront scramble and I was digging into their plate as well it was very very good! It had bacon, avocado, onions, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese served with salsa and sour cream. The scramble also included a choice of potatoes, fruit, or grits. She went for the grits. They were so creamy. In addition, to toast, English muffin, biscuit, croissant, or gluten-free toast. As you can tell they have a huge variety of choices! We both enjoyed a hot coffee, and a iced caramel coffee. I will definitely be coming back here for breakfast! Wanted to like this place but there were issues with our visit. Here our experience. Service was good. We went on a Saturday for lunch. They seated us right away. Place was busy. Service was good and friendly. So that was all good We ordered a chicken mozzarella panini and a turkey panini. The chicken panini was not good. It was dry and way too bland. It needed more pesto Mayo on it or some additional seasoning. I've never had to add salt to a sandwich before, but that was the only way to battle the bland chicken. It was a 3/10 The turkey panini was better. It was good and much better balanced for flavors. 8/10. We both got sweet potato fries which were actually very good. 8/10. So the one dish made our visit a disappointment. Perhaps their other items are much better. Too bad we're only visiting for a day, so we'll not have a chance to sample more of the menu. read more

Pros: Great location and views outside near the bay front, variety of menu options, pretty good food Cons: We visited on a Wednesday after Easter and it was incredibly busy around 10am. We waited over 30 minutes for a table and by the time we got our food it was one hour total from the time we received the text that we are on the waiting list. It's a very popular place so plan ahead, we had a less enjoyable experience only because we were stressed that we were going to miss our 11:30 boat tour lol. The food did come out without an extensive wait but don't come here if you have other plans and are in a rush. Had a great eggs Benedict brunch at EJ''s Bayfront this morning. Tried the traditional and the crab cake, both were delicious. The Canadian bacon on the traditional was nice and thick and delicious. Eggs and sauce were perfect as were the home fries and fruit sides. Our Bloody Mary and Peach Bellinis were delicious as well. Definitely recommend checking them out. Small place inside but quite a bit of outside seating which is great in November in Naples! read more

They sold me on their fresh baked cinnamon roll which was soft, warm and delicious. I was able to add tomato, avocado, and spinach to my regular eggs Benedict for a small upcharge. Our server was super sweet and knew all of our questions in an instant, making some great recommendations to help my girlfriend decide what she should go for on the menu. My orange juice really did taste fresh squeezed which i think they do onsite. My eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked with a medium poach where the yolks we're slightly runny. I wasn't much a fan of the cheesy potatoes because it was mostly just fried cheese with shredded potatoes mixed in which I felt was too heavy for a side for my liking. The server can really change the whole dining experience. This is our 4th and probably last time here. Every time we've visited Naples we make an effort to come to EJ's. On this occasion our server never greeted us, didn't offer any recommendations after I asked him some questions (his response.... everything on the menu is popular to eat), didn't bring us an extra plate like we asked, never came to check to see if we needed anything after dropping off the food. Only spoke to our serve twice, to order and to pay. If the place was busy I'd understand but they were not. He just didn't care. After reviewing our options, I found this location. After looking at all the reviews we walked by this place to see what it was all about. The food looked amazing. We decided to eat here. Started with a cinnamon roll which I highly recommend. We then had stuffed French toast. Again, very good. Then we ordered our lunches. Each dish was fantastic. Perfect place for brunch on a Sunday morning before hitting the beach!!! A few minutes away from the beach,, I love this place. The food is good for the price you're paying and the location it's set in, smack in the middle of a cute little shopping plaza. I usually can never find a good brunch place because to me they're kind of all the same but this one definitely had an authentic touch to it haha. First time trying eggs Benny and my friend is a big Benny enthusiast and she loved them! I got the most basic platter but it's a good sign if they can't mess up something so simple. Their drinks! My friend and I both got the same drink (after both agreeing we wouldn't drink, I don't know why we both lie when we know we're gonna drink) We got the Bay Breeze, had to look it up to remember, which is Pineapple, Grapefruit, and wine distilled vodka. It was pretty tasty and not too strong on the alcohol (taste wise) was the right drink for brunch before heading out and spending hours at the beach. We visited EJ's while vising Naples last November. The weather was perfect, so we sat out on their patio. The restaurant seemed very busy, but the service did not lack. My family of 4 ordered Garden benedict, french toast platter with bacon and eggs and one of kids dish. Everything was delicious! Of course my kids devoured their food before anyone else, and my husband and I enjoyed our food. Garden benedict was light and refreshing and little sweetness from french toast complemented our meal. This place was recommended by my sister in law, and it also made a list of best breakfast places in Naples. Parking is along the street which leads into a marina, and EJ's has a very ample outdoor seating area. The area has very ornate buildings that are residential. We sat outside, service friendly and attentive, very clean bathrooms. The coffee was very good. My wife had her usual bacon and eggs with fruit. I had the EJ's omelette. It's corned beef hash, mushroom, onion and cheddar. It was good, not omg. The sourdough toast was a little too sour, and unbuttered which I'm not fond of. The butter packets are always too hard to spread. Also, another single slice serving. The grits were ok, I added butter and salt. The coffee was good.
