True story. We waited in line a good while. We ordered an onion bagel toasted with onion and chive cream cheese as well as an everything bagel toasted also with onion and chive cream cheese. What we got home with was a blueberry bagel and plain cream cheese and an everything bagel with "STRAWBERRY" cream cheese. We were so hungry, we ate most of them and the everything and strawberry , as you can image, it was nasty. Thanks Einstein! read more

Our favorite here is the everything bagel, but others are really great, too, but what's really awesome about this location is the staff. I shop here a lot and I'm running late a lot. They will take my order over the phone and have them ready for me. Today, I needed a lot of help on the phone. As usual, I was cutting it incredibly close to closing time and they went above and beyond. It makes a huge difference for my family this weekend. Thank you so much for your kindness! We will be back! read more

Complete trash. How can a bagel place be so bad?! It sounds too easy to toast a bagel and then leave the cream cheese ON THE SIDE for a take out order. But nope, let's add the cream cheese so that when the order is delayed over an hour, the cream cheese essentially congealed. Also, multiple missing items from the order (including a beverage). How this happens, I'll never understand. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. Not worth the headache. read more

I brought my everything bagel loving teen here for lunch a few weeks back and I forgot to leave a review about this experience. Walk in and 4 people are wondering aimlessly. The one at the first register looks at me weird like she was doing drive thru so I went to the next girl standing near a register and ask "Can I order here?" She's like "Yeah.... you can but orders are usually taken over there" points to other register that I passed. Oooooooook. Walk back to the other register and the woman standing there acted like I had inconvenienced her tremendously. I don't know if they were upset I wasn't wearing a mask but I didn't have one, I was doing yard work and on the way back from Home Depot stopped in for a quick lunch. Not that I'm required to explain myself, but people seem to take not following non-existent rules and implied recommendations is a license to treat customers poorly. So, order from Mrs. Attitude and she says pay over there.. AT. THE. OTHER. REGISTER. !!!!! After feeling like a human ping pong ball I resign myself to accepting their commands for the sake of getting this over with as quickly as possible so I can eat my food. I won't be back unless I'm in special need of being treated like an u welcome cockroach. read more

This location is amazing, this is my 3rd time ever eating Einstein Bros ever! Excellent customer service! Clean place during rush time! Wait wait wait. All you do wait in this location. Drive through is constantly broken. I will avoid this location!

You will wait forever. They don't care about efficient costumer service. Waited in line for 1 bagel for over 30 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. read more

I've been going to Einstein's for years. Often I'll order/purchase a bakers dozen and coffee, and then have one of my bagels toasted to eat while I'm there. Today my daughter and I went intending to do this, and I was told by a very unfriendly employee "we can't toast your bagel - if it's part of the dozen". What????? I've done this for years! Employee responded, "it's corporate policy, you wanna talk to a manager?". I said, "no, I have a toaster at home, I guess I'll go home and have bagels and coffee". We slide down to select our dozen bagels, the first thing we chose was a cheese bagel. Rude employee says, "there's an up charge for that flavor". Again, WHAT?? This is ridiculous, and you're nitpicking me out of wanting to be a customer there. Toast the bagel, let me pick the flavors I want, smile, and act like I'm the customer. Is that too complicated? read more

We come here often and am quite appalled with the new management at this place now. When you place an order for half dozen bagels, they let you toast them right? Now they don't. The guy at the order counter insisted that they can't because of new management. When I talked to the manager, he has this take it or leave it attitude. Well! We won't be going back to this place. read more

I had stayed away from this place for about a year primarily because of the manager who was a detriment to this business. I have, however been missing the product, the delicious bagels. I thought I would try once more to like the place and was pleasantly surprised. The employees were quite nice, energetic and engaging. I bought six bagels and left happy. Based on this one visit, and not seeing the previous inept manager I will be back at least once more. read more

Food was delicious and service was great. They accommodated my substitutes (cheddar cheese on ham, egg and Swiss & also put on Spinach Florentine bagel for me without complaint). And the iced tea was superb! Very fresh and flavorful. I ordered an apple cinnamon bagel and they weren't ready yet, but they brought me one straight from the oven -- it was so delicious!! And there was no one in front of me in line. Seriously, no wait at all!! Maybe the drive thru people can go inside and get better and faster service. read more

Bad bagels in Baker's Dozen. Some were still raw inside. Two were closed with no hole, just raised up in the center where the hole should be - more like very small buns. Another was lopsided with one side being very low, and the other side being very high. Will order in person next time, as I don't trust pick up. read more

I really like Einstein Bros. Consistently good. I haven't gotten the lunch bagels but the breakfast egg bagels are delicious. I've tried a few; the sauce makes it great in my opinion. The store cream cheese has a great flavor. One bit of constructive criticism is that sometimes the "thin" bagel option isn't honored; but sure if it is employee error or not but I'm usually at work by the time I figure it out ‍. read more

This place is really going down in the product they serve, bagels!!!! Go by today because my family wanted some bagels and made my order, I get home and the bagels have cream cheese on the top part but the bottom is completely dry. How does that work, how to you go to the trouble of putting cream cheese on one side and then go nah for the other side. Pathetic, mostly kids working here. read more

This location never has their act together. Every single time I give them another chance, I'm either waiting 20+ minutes for one bagel or they don't have what I ordered in stock, or they've lost my order somehow. I don't know how many times I've wasted my time going there. No one is ever friendly. They don't even try to suggest something else when they don't have what I ordered. They just look at you. I finally just asked for a refund. I told the cashier that I can never come in there and get what I order without either waiting an excessive amount of time or them not having what I ordered. She didn't care. I said this is probably the last chance I'm giving this place. She said ok, that's fine, all snarky. Clearly, there is zero customer service at this location and management is piss poor. I also used to deliver food as a side gig and the wait for the customer's food there is out of control. There's usually 4-5 deliver people sitting around waiting for 15+ minutes on orders that should have been ready before the driver even arrived. It is really unfortunate this place can't get it together. With the low rating on here for this place, I know it is not that my expectations are out of range. read more

Gave them a second chance and they still screwed up our order. My mom and I came to get bagels for my grandparents. We got back to their house and our order was wrong AGAIN. As a Doordash driver, they are constantly late on having orders ready. I would not work here.

I love Einstein Bros. Bagels. But I will not be coming back to this location again. We were waiting for over an hour for our food in the store. When first arriving, we noted that the drivethru was crazy, and opted to have a chance for faster service in the store. After we were already waiting 50 minutes and we were trying to figure out what was taking so long, we found there was only one car in the drive thru. I will not be going back to a place that fails to treat orders equally based on when they were received, but prioritizes wherever they feel, and fails to let the customers know about extended wait times. read more

Had them for the first time recently. Was surprised. Really good breakfast bagel sandwiches!

food was cold. waited over 30 minutes for our food and they werent even that busy. maybe 10-15 people in the store. staff were incompetent.

When you think of Einstein's you think of bagels, right. Well, I went and ordered a Turkey reuben. So it wasn't a smart move. After circling the parking lot three times, I finally found a space. Only two people in front of me at the Ordering area, so the wait is short. It seems everyone was ordering a breakfast sandwich or the bagel dog. It's my turn to order and, off the order taker goes. So the person taking your order is also the one who gets your food then goes to the register and checks you out. So I wait for the next available person. I order my turkey reuben (It comes with a side of either potato salad, cole slaw or chips.) and a chocolate Chip coffee cake. She bags my coffee cake and rings me up. I get my drink and sit at a table to wait. It took only four minutes and my sandwich is brought to me. I taste the potato salad first. The flavor was okay but the texture was more like mashed potaoes than chucks. I open the wrappings on the sandwich. It looks sad. There was a decent amount of turkey and the cheese was nicely melted. I take my first bite. You can detect the kraut and Russian dressing but it doesn't overpower. But the downfall is the bread, not crusty it was mushy and not that brown. The coffee cake is another story. You can tell from the texture of the cake that they did not over mix the batter. Good chocolate and cinnomon flavers and moist cake. Seriously good. If I rate them based on this visit alone, the stars would be lower. Since I come here often for their bagels which are good, I can't bring them down. I will be coming back to Einstein's but I won't ever order a NON breakfast food again. read more

I actually work a few stores down of this place and I can always say I get exceptional service here. I usually place an order over the app because I go on my work breaks and they've never failed me. Clarisse ( I hope I didn't get it wrong) is such a sweetheart, she always helps me customize my drink even after I go pick it up just because the app doesn't allow you to customize beverages which I believe is something that needs to be implemented ASAP! Other than that I appreciate the team here at Einstein bagels for always keeping up the good work. read more

Me: May I get an everything bagle? Manager: just plane like it comes? Me: no Manager: cream cheese toasted? Me: yes please Manager: WELL HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW IF YOU DON'T TELL ME !?? Me: we'll you usually ask Manager: oh okay ( rolling his eyes) Really is this great customer service especially from a manager that's suppose to be an example to his staff?! I think not Seriously when I first moved here I would order my bagle, with cream cheese toasted off the bat but then I would have the order taker say hold hold on ( since they would need to find the button on the machine for each item) meaning I was going to slow I understand the manager was probably overwhelmed and irritated but that's not a way to take it out on a customer. The products here are great just the managers service is unacceptable. Event date: 09/1/2012 read more

We have been regulars here. I stop on my way home from work and my husband stops on his way to work a couple times a week. The last two times he stopped for a prepared bagel it was prepared wrong. The vey last time he stopped he left without anything. One of the employees was blowing her nose and wiping her face and proceeded to prepare food without washing her hands. No gloves changed or hand wiping. Disgusting and unsanitary. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she would address this employee, but it's hard to see such behavior and return. read more
