We ordered the pancake flight which was pretty good. The kids menu is simple but plenty. The basil pesto toast was good however it was quite sweet because of the honey and the toast so get mushy. Our server was great super nice. Their patio is right in the sun way and it got quite unbearable with it right in your face. For those that don't eat egg the menu is quite limited. It's seems I'm unintentionally on a quest to eat at all the Snooze outposts in the area, and maybe eventually, the world. For today, this location feels like home, occupying the space that's equally a mid- to upscale-American eatery and classic dive-y diner. It's a bit dim inside, but clean, welcoming, and absolutely bustling. Especially on a weekend afternoon, I hope you remembered to check in early or are prepared to wait. Be warned that for the acutely attuned, it's a bit of a sensory onslaught. The music is a bit too loud, there's a huge TV over the bar, the serenade of clanging silverware is constant, and the considerable crowd is trying to talk over all of that. It's absolutely a vibe with tons of energy, but come prepared. Of course, the food is fantastic as always. It was a bummer that they were out of the new vegan porridge I wanted to try, but you can never go wrong with a sweet potato smash up made with tofu, and/or the banana bliss pancakes. An excellent breakfast spot! We checked out this restaurant on a Sunday morning because of their menu and the fact that they allowed you to join a waitlist before arrival (saved us about 20 minutes). I stopped in for one thing and left ordering the complete opposite. I was in the area and saw on Yelp, there was no wait so why not. Upon arriving, it looked as if there was a wait due to customers outside but my wait was minimal. I've heard a lot about their pancake flights but the waitress convinced me to get the Sweet Potato Mash Up since I couldn't decide on an omelet. The Mash Up includes two sweet potato halves with pickled onions, asparagus, mushroom salad, avocado, poached cage-free egg, hemp seeds, and drizzled with house-made Sriracha maple syrup and I added bacon. This is not something I'd typically order and when it arrived shortly after, I was a bit disappointed in myself because what did I just do?! Thankfully, it was actually good! I demolished this dish. The various flavors actually went together well and the Sriracha syrup added the perfect touch. So grateful for the recommendation and the amazing customer service. We had been wanting to try this spot for quite some time and I'm so glad we finally did! Service was amazing! We always had refilled drinks and timely attention when needed. I am always looking for a great breakfast/brunch place and am so thankful I found another great one. While there's a location in downtown, it's a bit of a haul so I was excited to see there's a new one that just opened Cedar Park and it's already a hit. A delicious wide range of dishes you'd expect for breakfast/brunch faire...but oh the pancakes! I had the pineapple upside down pancakes...and they were amazing! The size of manhole covers and ooey gooey good. I thought I overstepped by getting two but I housed them. With a side of bacon and eggs too! And the staff? Amazing. Ashley was our sever and she was friendly and funny and engaging through our entire meal. She was great! Highly recommend this place. I've had snooze maybe 5 or 6 times now and it's usually tasty but sometimes there are inconsistencies if im being honest. I haves dined in a couple times at another location and it really depends on who your server is to determine the service you will receive. But in my dine in experiences, it was on the louder side and food does take a little while to come out. Yesterday I got an omelette with 5 eggs, cheese, bacon, onion, spinach. It came with hash browns and toast. The omelette was delicious, however while I was eating it I realized there was another meat in the omelette. I think it was pork sausage which I really don't like to eat whatsoever but I couldn't really pick it out either and by the time I noticed I didn't care. That's still something to note because I have heard this location adding ingredients that weren't requested to people's food. Not sure if they're free styling or what but if I didn't ask for it don't give it. If you wanna give extras just do it on the side. That aside it was really tasty. read more

I love coming here!!! I've come for dates with my boyfriend, meetups with friends, and most recently to celebrate a double birthday with a great friend of mine. I always get great service whether I'm sitting at the bar, outside, or at a table inside. I'd like to give special shoutouts to Sierra, Elias, Nat, Erika, Larissa, and the manager Josh for always being on top of things we need, helping each other out, and being genuinely fun to interact with throughout my meal. The food is always on point, too - I love knowing things are made from scratch. I hate going out and paying top dollar for frozen food I could make better at home, but I'm never disappointed here! I love me a nice espresso drink and the lattes are delicious; I love seeing what they have for seasonal options. The pancakes are huge and always made well and I love the creativity and diversity in the flavors. My favorite meal is the Whipped Cottage Cheese Bowl - it's a little bland so I like to add a side of Mike's Hot Honey. I love the Burrata toast too. My boyfriend's favorite is the Spuds Deluxe (loaded hashbrowns). Honestly, you may occasionally need some salt and pepper but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I used to work at First Watch and now prefer Snooze!!! I'm at my table writing this review finished my Strawberry Martini and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Look, I don't even know where to begin when it comes to this place. Not only are they on a wait seven days a week 7 AM to 2 PM but trust me it is 1000% worth it. I have never had a better breakfast all around. As stupid as it sounds, the right toast with the strawberry preserves is what made this breakfast complete. The sandwich I am is what my wife ate and she absolutely loved it! She stated that the pretzel bun was perfect. Solved on the inside crispy bottom perfect bite, and said that the hash brown cake was completely different and unexpected but something she will get all the time.! The snooze signature bacon there's not even a word that describes how effing great this is ..... don't take my word on it put it in your mouth and try it. Trust me you regret it. Unlike a few things you have regretted that I've made it to your mouth. I'm gonna leave it with this. The one thing that took my absolute breath away was the strawberry shortcake pancakes ! This is by far the greatest pancake delectable dish I have ever had in any breakfast establishment!! Obviously personal opinion that I have had my fair share of short stacks, large stacks, silver dollars fluffy, flavored fruit, sweet heat it doesn't matter these pancakes are the bees knees of all pancakes!! I came here a couple of sundays ago after church. We had made reservations so we didn't have to wait long. It was pretty packed but it's worth the wait. We had a nice variety to try. We tried the pancake flight which had a strawberry cheesecake one, cinnamon roll, and I forgot the other one . I ate the strawberry one which just melted in my mouth. So yummy. Tried a pineapple upside down pancake with it and the super greens juice which was so light, refreshing, and a star on its on. it does have some apple juice but minimal as the sugar content is low for this drink. I normally don't expect exceptional food and service from chain restaurants, but this breakfast-and-brunch-centered place is a definite exception. I've been to the Cedar Park Snooze several times with family, and it hasn't disappointed me yet. The swingin' 1960s decor, with signature starbursts everywhere you look (clocks, coat racks, lighting fixtures, booths...), is meant to evoke nostalgic memories of diners, while the kitchen prepares dishes that leave that era's diner food way behind (and the premises look a lot cleaner, too). Entrees -- pancakes, French toast, Benedicts, burritos, etc. -- are mainly priced from $12 to $17 and portions are huge, though you can get smaller plates on weekdays for $10 that should be perfect for most appetites. The pancakes and French toast tend towards the syrupy-sweet (you'll find no syrup bottles on the tables, because no way will you need them) but are unusual and imaginative; my yummy strawberry shortcake pancake was topped with strawberry coulis, fresh strawberries, strawberry mascarpone, almond streusel and vanilla crème, no joke. Various brunch cocktails and mocktails are also on the menu. The server on our most recent visit attended to every minute detail of our order with 100 percent accuracy, and was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. My carb-conscious spouse also had no problem substituting avocado for hash browns on the side of her Denver omelet. I usually love Snooze but this was just a review about being accommodating to dietary restrictions and service. The place was busy on 9/14 around noon which is to be expected, so myself and my friend sat at the bar. I was curious about the Pumpkin espresso martini and asked if it could be made vegan, the bar tender said no, which was strange and I mentioned that because I've always been able to find non-dairy options at other locations. Anyways I was like okay I'll just get something else. Then she came back and said "Well is it an allergy" I said no but might as well should have bc I get deathly sick with dairy. So she made me one. I asked her what was in the drink as a substitute and she said almond milk but it did taste very much like dairy, I just thought maybe I was just nervous and it was the syrup they put in it. But I'm so sick now and that's pretty much all I ate yesterday so I know the drink must have had dairy. Real mixed bag. The location was cute, new, and clean, and I like that they had a small cornhole area to the side of the building for waitlist guests. Parking is weird...looks like it shouldn't be a problem but spots are actually limited and involve rounding the building either the shorter way with no sidewalk or a longer walk blocked by a slope. Fine for adults but not great for rambunctious littles. Our party of 6 came right around 9:10 and we were glad we joined the waitlist on our ten minute drive because even so there was a ten minute wait for a table. They had an interesting "booth" setup in the middle of the floor with circular tables. It looked fun, but was actually hard to seat 6 with some of us having to be on the edge (and 2 of our six were ages 5 and 8). Food was ok. Monte Cristo toast was DELICIOUS, but it was served with a side salad that was at least 95% arugula and seemed to have zero dressing on it. I don't hate arugula, but couldn't taste anything else. Finally made it into the new Cedar Park location, and I think it is the nicest of the three that I have visited in central Texas. Our server could not have been nicer or more attentive, and the food was terrific and reasonably priced. The interior is very nice and they have a small patio for you to enjoy. Special props for the Bella Bella Benny, I usually prefer my Eggs Benedict extremely traditional, but they have really hit it out of the park with the flavor profile on this one. Pro tip: they have happy hour all day on weekdays so mimosas and Bloody Marys are only five bucks. What a deal! read more

We finally came here, we had tried on previous locations but they were always busy with lines so we kind of stopped trying. We recently discovered they take reservations so we booked one for our Back to the Future weekend for Halloween. The parking lot was pretty large but completely full. We parked behind some store and walked over, Not a great start but everything else was good. The front desk staff were pleasant and offered coffee around the corner. The staff was friendly and fast considering how busy they were. The table was kind of small but that is understandable given the layout. Service: let's discuss because the hostess was rude, I asked if a certain booth was available for my party of 2 (because it was empty and clean) and she didn't stop walking and told me she didn't sit me there because the air vents are right over and it gets cold. Uhm ma'am thank you for telling me that, but I'd like to sit there if it's available, she was visibly annoyed that I chose that seat and put our menus down and walked off before we could even seat down. I do not understand what that was about but as a frequent visitor to Snooze's this was a first for me. Food: now I ordered something new to me, a bowl. I enjoyed it, my bowl came with boiled eggs and they were boiled all the way through as I expected. Here's the tricky part, my sis ordered the same bowl and her eggs were boiled soft, not running but mushy. (Check pics for reference). When we tried to tell our waitress about the eggs she told us she will have them make her some more eggs (her bowl was gone already just those eggs left). The waitress came back to say that the chef said that's how the eggs are made. We obviously had my eggs in my bowl to compare and we said no ma'am my eggs were boiled through. She didn't seem to like that we were questioning that response, so when she left we asked another person for a manager. The manager spoke with our waitress before us and we watched our waitress roll her eyes and look agitated. The manager proceeds to come to our table and tell us the same thing that they boil their eggs soft, so I finally busted out proof with the pictures of my eggs, letting her know that not only were my eggs boiled through but it doesn't say anything about soft eggs in the description, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it because I also do not like my eggs boiled soft. She was shocked to see that I had picture evidence, we don't need to lie about some eggs. She ended up comping my sis bowl and offered to remake another one for a discounted rate. We left without that bowl. I am bummed this was my first time at this location and everyone left a bad taste in my mouth, can't say I will go back to this location which sucks because it's the closest one to my house.
