Turkey sausage, egg whites, cheddar cheese, on a jalapeño bagel.
Dane S.

I've been a regular customer of Einstein's for a decade. The dining room is large and easily accommodates large groups. The restaurant is always clean. The staff are always friendly. The big thing is the food is always made fresh. They don't have a heat lamp case where frozen or refrigerated premade sandwiches sit for hours. Service and food are always excellent

Food: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Service: 4/5 A good bagel place. Try few of the options before narrowing it down to your favorite one. My recommendations: Jalapeño bagel with chives smear Everything seasoning bagel with jalapeño smear. I was there before 9AM and they were serving hot bagels n with good quality. Fresh bagels! Nice employees both inside and in the drive-thru. There's a place for online order pick up. Also, there's a large shmear section; doggie bagels are available at the register, too. The location feels open. I didn't feel crowded walking up to the counter or getting my drink. There's a lot of open space. It's very comfortable. One drawback: it is in a small strip of businesses that share a small parking lot. I've found it hit or miss on finding parking in front.

I got the All-Nighter sandwich- it never disappoints! Very tasty and filling, but not heavy on the stomach. The customer service here was good - super nice and friendly.

Your Yelper Girl here checking in! Great bagels; however, please ask the customer if we want cream cheese "on the side"! I went through the drive through to order a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a cinnamon raisin un toasted one for the next day. They both came with the cream cheese inside the bagel. I also like to control the amount of cream cheese I put on my bagel. I've been to other Einsteins and they put the cheese on the side which is perfect!

Filthy floors. Not good

I used to come here all the time. How it has gone downhill! The dining area is a mess (see pictures). Service was horrible! Store manager looks to be in over his head... workers are slow, have no awareness (coffee maker in the dining area was overflowing and two female workers just stared at it), and orders were frequently misplaced or just not delivered. One gentleman approached the counter while I was ordering at in his frustration asked where his meal was: he had been waiting 45 minutes and had to get back to work. Another patron was waiting for his son's order and just shook his head at the chaos behind the counter. Willing to come back during the week to see if this was a one-off...

Here we are...days before Christmas and I will be traveling soon...when it comes to what I will miss...it's walking into Einstein Bagel and knowing they always know my name. It's my place and my people. They know what I like and what I am about. The bagels are fresh, the coffee is tasty, it's fast and it's clean. They are always a step ahead of me and I love it!!!!! There are not many places in life where you can get a GARLIC Bagel with ONION and CHIVE cream cheese. Yum yum yum yum singing Christmas tunes.. Thank you everyone at Einstein for being my family away from family. For now...I bid you Adieu...until I see you all again...in 7 days...it's far too long but I must push through.

I really haven't figured out why this location doesn't have more positive reviews. I have never had a bad experience here. The customer service has always been on point. I have not had and abnormal wait time and when I have use the app and gone through the drive-through everything has been as ordered. They have a large variety of bagel flavors and they even have some very cool desserts- like churro flavor with cream cheese. I haven't tried it yet but I sure would like to!!! The coffee is good, nice and hot and you can get cream and sugar as desired. Sorry -I ate my bagel before capturing a picture!!

Very slow, frazzled staff. Manager seems unconcerned about situation. They ran out of plain bagels for goodness sake!!

I had a confusing experience today. When placing my order in store, of two sandwiches, I was asked…read moreto confirm if I wanted lettuce and tomato. I said yes, I want everything as is (included in the description) and to add jalapeños. I was told that sometimes they don't put this on the sandwich, it really depends. I confirmed again that I wanted lettuce and tomato plus jalapeños as I originally ordered. I thought it was strange on the "sometimes they don't put this on the sandwich" ? Well, I got home. There was no lettuce, no tomato and no jalapeños. My husband didn't eat his sandwich due to half of the sandwich being missing.

Despite visiting the store three or four times and speaking with different managers, no one ever helped me redeem it. The free sandwich never showed up on my account, and I never got to use it. On my last visit, not only was I told the reward was expired (even though I never had a chance to use it), but I was also treated rudely by the manager. I ordered the Da Vinci sandwich with specific instructions: lettuce and tomato only, no Italian dressing, and no spicy ingredients. Instead, my sandwich was made loaded with jalapeños, pepperoncinis, and hot peppers hidden under the cheese-- totally opposite of what I asked for. It felt intentional and disrespectful. My dad was worried they would mess with our food and I said I'm not worried b/c I thought they would be more professional. I way underestimated the maturity of those workers. The sandwich was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. These are expensive sandwiches, and I expected better quality and service. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a sandwich shop. I won't be returning to the Cedar Park location --if I ever return to Ike's I'll stick to the Round Rock or North Austin stores instead. Really disappointing experience from a brand I used to love.

Wow-where has Cheba Hut been all my life? I had popped in last Saturday to grab a quick bite. The…read moreatmosphere is so inviting /lots of people and lots of seating A concept I've not ever seen before in a toasted sub sandwich shop-or frankly any brand of sub sandwich location. I ordered a 4 inch essentially vegetarian sandwich. They have 4"-8" and 12" subs available and lots of choices-with unique names -mine was called "the Griefo" along with a make your own option. My sandwich had a couple of different types of lettuce, along with cucumber, red onion, and dill pickles (I requested) on a jalapeño cream cheese base. I was given a stand with the picture on it, and was advised the sandwich would be brought to me . After ordering my sandwich, I stepped across to the bar where I chose to sit on the outside barstools. The bar seating was quite full, but it was a beautiful day with a healthy breeze, so I was quite comfortable. The young lady behind the bar was very prompt in coming by to ask me if I would like a beverage and so I ordered a strawberry margarita. (a note.: they do not have frozen drinks at this time). She advised me it was the first time she had made a strawberry Version Of a margarita-but she did a great job and it was on point!!! shortly I was served my sandwich. (I didn't mention that there are options for bread for your sandwich, and I chose the herb and garlic.) I don't know where they get their bread, but it's delicious. My sandwich was stuffed with ingredients and looked and tasted really great!! What a great introduction to this cute little shop tucked away in a strip center off of W. Hero Way in Leander. In fact, it was so good that last night I phoned in an order and the three of us had it for dinner. I did attempt to use the online ordering system, but it kept notifying me that the restaurant was not taking online orders at that time. I knew it would be very risky to call in the order because I have a couple of people here that are very picky and although we found sandwiches for them, they were going to have to be a lot of alterations!!! However , I did call and a man on the other end of the phone took my order. Giving it was very intense making sure that I eliminated all the items that the two picky people in my household don't eat. In all honesty I didn't expect the sandwiches to turn out perfectly as there was a lot of background noise (sounded like everybody was having a great time there!!!). I was told the sandwiches would be ready in about 15 minutes so when I hung up I proceeded to get ready and drove over there. There is a separate area for to go orders so that is where I went. The young lady who was helping me couldn't find my order, but then I thought to tell her I phoned it in and they kept those orders in a different area up by the cash register. Sure enough there it was ready and waiting. The 8" White Widow was made exactly as requested. My son said the chicken breast in the sandwich had the best seasoning and flavor he had ever had. Next was the 4 inch Pacific blue which is a tuna melt(fresh tuna salad with cheddar cheese) and toasted too perfection. It also had to be altered, but was made just as requested. I had ordered the Griefo w/jalapeño cream cheese along with all the veggies-asked for pickles to be added, which they were! We had ordered one of the desserts, a "Gooball" which was similar to a rice crispy, treat with peanut butter, added and shaped into a ball.... how could that not be delicious???? We were more than satisfied with our sandwiches and divided up the Gooball so we all could have a taste. The perfect bite of sweetness at the end of a meal.!! We can't wait to experience their food again!!

I have never been more disrespected at a sub joint. There may have been a simple misunderstanding…read moreregarding the to go order through a new employee, but when I was faced by the apparent chief of the kitchen regarding wrapping my own sandwich in foil because of blah blah bla I don't give bleep about that What a conspiracy of losers -you have lost my business that's for damn sure Place your pronouns on a card before you walk in. Caveat Emptor. Really sorry that this experience ruined our relationship. The subs are good enough but if they come with an attitude... good luck with life. You are dead to me. I was a cheerleader until today Sorry to say goodbye so soon
