I've been a regular customer of Einstein's for a decade. The dining room is large and easily accommodates large groups. The restaurant is always clean. The staff are always friendly. Fresh bagels! Nice employees both inside and in the drive-thru. There's a place for online order pick up. Also, there's a large shmear section; doggie bagels are available at the register, too. The location feels open. I didn't feel crowded walking up to the counter or getting my drink. There's a lot of open space. It's very comfortable. One drawback: it is in a small strip of businesses that share a small parking lot. I've found it hit or miss on finding parking in front. read more

The in-store experience here is average and the delivery experience is abysmal. Every time I've ordered delivery from this Einstein Bros location, they've messed something up. In the past they've sent the wrong type of bagel or the wrong type of shmear, forgot to add everything in the order, over toasted the bagels so they showed up burnt to a crisp...it's always a mess. Very disappointing. The in-store experience is marginally better. There is always chaos at this location. I don't know if it's a lack of staff, but the wait times to get your order can sometimes be up to a half hour (for a basic bagel with shmear). It's ridiculous. I do enjoy the food itself which is what keeps me going. But the service leaves much to be desired. read more

It's been a while since I've used a drive-thru, but my experience with this particular EBB's drive-thru was ridiculous. It took about 25 minutes from the time I joined the line to the time I got my meal/paid...so, what is the point of a drive-thru when it probabaly would have take the same amount of time (even less) if I had just parked and ordered inside? At least the food made up for it. I was able to try the cheesy hash brown bagel with onion and chive schmear. I don't think the bagel really tasted like hashbrowns, but it had a nice, sizzled cheese coating on top and they did not hold back on the schmear! If I ever come back to this EBB, it will have to be when I have patience to park because I cannot relive that drive-thru experience again! read more

I used to come here all the time. How it has gone downhill! The dining area is a mess (see pictures). Service was horrible! Store manager looks to be in over his head... workers are slow, have no awareness (coffee maker in the dining area was overflowing and two female workers just stared at it), and orders were frequently misplaced or just not delivered. One gentleman approached the counter while I was ordering at in his frustration asked where his meal was: he had been waiting 45 minutes and had to get back to work. Here we are...days before Christmas and I will be traveling soon...when it comes to what I will miss...it's walking into Einstein Bagel and knowing they always know my name. It's my place and my people. They know what I like and what I am about. The bagels are fresh, the coffee is tasty, it's fast and it's clean. They are always a step ahead of me and I love it!!!!! Waited to order at a register--told to move to other register. Somebody beat me there.no problem. Their order was taken and the employee left the register. Waited. Employee came back and said he would be with us soon. Waited. Then he went to the original register we had waited at and took somebody's order. Then he left. Waited. Then another employee came by and said we needed to move back to the original register we had started from. 4 people were now in that line. We just left after waiting 15 minutes for help. I really haven't figured out why this location doesn't have more positive reviews. I have never had a bad experience here. The customer service has always been on point. I have not had and abnormal wait time and when I have use the app and gone through the drive-through everything has been as ordered. They have a large variety of bagel flavors and they even have some very cool desserts- like churro flavor with cream cheese. I haven't tried it yet but I sure would like to!!! I HATE this location Went in today and immediately noticed 8+ cars waiting in the drive through decided to go in for faster experience Immediately noticed the bagel case was empty , fair cause it was busy. This area needs better bagel places. The bagel sandwiches are ok but usually made poorly and nothing like the pictures. Also, the cashiers we've had here are never friendly. I got the chocolate cream cold brew - literally half a cup of coffee and half a cup of chocolate syrup, DONT ORDER IT. We also dined in and they were out of coffee for almost our entire visit. I ordered a Nova Lox sandwich. After ordering, I was told to go to the other register to pay. I had to wait eight minutes before paying. There were two employees at the register helping an elderly gentleman with his order (there seemed to be an issue with him paying by gift card). While I was waiting, no one ever acknowledged me or told me that they would be with me shortly. I finally paid (with no apology for the wait), and was so excited to get my sandwich. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I got to my car and opened up the box. There was barely any cream cheese on the bagel, very little lox, and there were only five capers on the bagel!!! I'm updating my review of this very good Einstein's...but alas I have nothing to say save that I now have a photo to add to it! I highly recommend the lox sandwich, which comes with a tart NYC-style pickle spear, and the 'pizza bagel', which is surprisingly good. Only a couple nits to mention here. Service is friendly, but I can't call it fast. A 2-person order took around 15 minutes to make and bring out, and that was when the place was 1/4 full and no waiting at the cashier. So, YMMV depending on the time of day. I do notice that most of the negative reviews are around the drive-through so you might want to stick to off-hours for that mode of service. This place scores a 4 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. This location is even slower than most, and Einstein's is never quick. On multiple locations (including today), we have driven away from this drive-thru only to see that our order was incorrect. So, check before you leave. I mean open each item and check it! The food is usually good, but I have found many local business providing better food and service as of late. The management is non-existent. The employees come and go like a rotating door, most of them quit really quickly and it's hard not to see why. I know this because my daughter worked there for four months. She was given no direction, and was accused of stealing drinks. Most customers were angry (for good reason), but management would hide out in back while the employees would have to deal with the angry customers. Another problem is that they are EXTREMELY slow. I waited for over an hour for my food and the order wasn't even correct. The food was never that great, yet it's unreasonably pricey. Whoever owns the franchise really needs to look at the staff of this location! Mainly management! And cover up the trash cans in the back, it's a disgusting site to look at when you're waiting in a slow moving line that offers overpriced crappy food and has horrid management! Our favorite here is the everything bagel, but others are really great, too, but what's really awesome about this location is the staff. I shop here a lot and I'm running late a lot. They will take my order over the phone and have them ready for me. Today, I needed a lot of help on the phone. I waited in line 32 minutes for two plain toasted bagels with strawberry schmear. When trying to complete my credit card transaction I was told that I HAD to leave a tip to complete. HAD TO? Is this usual practice for waiting half an hour...for great service....for what? I'm not even sure it's legal to force someone to pay a tip.
