I have been twice and my orders have been spot on. I am not sure how new the hashbrown is to the menu, but it is gooey from the cheese inside and tasty. The line was out the door, and there was no way they weren't beyond their max capacity. The line moved pretty quickly, I ordered, and then went outside where I could breathe. I didn't have to wait too long, and the sandwich was incredible. I got mine on an everything bagel. They don't skimp on the portions, I feel like I had 5-6 strips of bacon on mine. My favorite soup is the hodgepodge but the matzo ball did not have a good flavor at this location. This location is not a sit at the table style restaurant but rather order at the counter and get a number. The service is good and employees are nice. I still recommend going to the Preston & Campbell location in Far North Dallas for a better experience I'd say that location is a 5 Star experience.
