I stopped in recently for a coffee and a bagel and it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and informative. The coffee was delicious (iced mocha) and the bagel was tasty. They have a great selection of bagels and they also have a full menu of sandwiches to try. We will definitely be back.

My first time at this place was really good. We ordered to go on a Saturday morning, so of course it was a bit busy and had to wait a while for our order. There is quite a lot of seating inside and out, which was good. The bagel sandwiches were delicious and the matcha was good too. It's a solid bagel sandwich place, but I did notice that it is a bit pricey than other bagel places. I would go again but it's not my go to bagel spot.

Cute bagel shop nestled in Lakewood near White Rock Lake! The decor and ambiance is bright and airy. Lubbies offers cold/hot deli type sandwiches, bagels, and array of schmears, coffee and other things. I opted for a sesame bagel lightly toasted (which came with bagel and white seeds) with the scallion scream cheese. My bagel tasted fermented in a good way as though these were sourdough based bagels. Not sure how true that might be. The scallion cream cheese is not as strong as I''m accustomed to. The bagel itself was light and darker in color. Would I come again, yes! Bagel and cream cost be $5 and change for those interested in costs.

I stopped in around 9:30 on a Saturday - there were a couple of people in line ahead of me, but I was able to place and get my order within 15 mins (including a specialty sandwich). I got the chicken caprese sandwich on pumpernickel and the cherry chocolate bagel w/ a plain schmear - both were AMAZING! The chew on the pumpernickel was perfect, the tomato jam is out of this world, and the entire sandwich is wonderfully balanced. This shop did an amazing job with a sweet bagel since I find some other shops' attempts at a chocolate chip bagel are very dry, but this one was great and the addition of pieces of cherry was... well, the cherry on top :) The shop is very cute and has some seating options, but the joint was jumping and some people found other seating nearby. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!

Cute ambiance and friendly staff and the food was pretty good. My husband did not like his vanilla latte and my chai latte was very pretty but a bit underwhelming as it was served lukewarm. My Chicken Caprese sandwich that I got on a Parmesan bagel was pretty good. The bagel itself was delicious but the tomato jam and pesto made the entire sandwich super soggy but the flavor was still really good. My husband got the Lub Handles sandwich and he said it was just alright. He asked for no pickles and they still put them on so he had to pick them off. Probably won't be back and would rather spend our money elsewhere.

It is worth the visit if you're debating between Lubbie or Panera. Give it a shot! The bagel didn't hit the spot. The ambiance is so cute and worth a photo, but I'd still drive 25 minutes to my favorite spot instead of stopping at Lubbies again.

In and out in under 20min for a to-go order. We got the salmon and lox on sun-dried tomato. All we needed was a drop of the Zab's sauce. Kapow! Lots of delicious side options. Easy to access menus + neat seasonal suggestions. I enjoyed the unique flavored Kombucha options by alive & well. No room for dessert. I will be back to try the ruggelach. Ambiance-wise, the place is tight knit; so good for a one-on-one. Complimentary parking available in strip mall. Enjoy!

really cute bagel shop over in casa linda area. good chewy bagels with a nice shiny exterior. I got the bagel with lox, and they smoke their salmon in house, delicious. good portions for the price point. the only complaint is that there is not a lot of seating inside or out, and the parking lot is a hazard, but that's mostly just due to bad drivers!

Such a cute Bagel Shop! The inside decor is very inviting with cute velvet chairs and floral wallpaper. I got the Salmon Lox Sandwich on the Gluten Free Everything Bagel with Vegan Cream Cheese and it was so good! I will definitely be back!

The staff here is incredibly friendly! The bagel shop was clean, and they offer seating if you'd like to dine in. When I mentioned it was my first time, the staff made me feel so welcome. I'm already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of their menu!

I love whitefish salad but most of the plans in town use the Acme tub that you can get at Costco. I've been wanting to find a real one in town with chunks of fish like you get at Kenny and Ziggys in Houston. I no longer have to drive down 45 for that anymore - I can just head to East Dallas for the amazing whitefish salad from Lubbies. The bagels are good too.

Lovely shop, with great customer service. I was given suggestions and samples. I sampled the jalapeño cream cheese it was so good! I wish I had chosen that for my sandwich. The coffee was great, I didn't have to doctor it up. The sandwich I was disappointed. The tomato jam just seemed like a piece of tomato, no jam consistency and it was overall pretty flavorless. The bagel was tough as well.

You walk in to a little almost what a desert kiosk would be like at the mall with a fountain soda station, and some cucumber lime, horchata, and Jamaica constantly tumbling I. Their tanks. The menu is extensive, from Latin crepes, to sandwiches and salads, to even breakfast items. I opted for some chilaquiles, it was tomatillo heavy and super acidic which made it delightful. The beef was well done and paired nicely to the sauce. I would probably sauce on the side next time but man it was scrumptious. Eddie ordered a salad but somehow got a sandwich, which he enjoyed so much more than he would've a salad. Should we have checked? Probably but he was hungry and he wasn't complaining. Service was quick and delightful. If there's any issues, is that this place is on the pricier side. It was $30 for both our meals plus drinks which came out to almost 40ish dollars without tip, so it turned to $50. Would we come again? Probably on pay day.

It truly feels like you've stepped into a legit Italian market. It's packed--in a good way--but be prepared to rub elbows while you shop. I had the Italian beef, which was delicious--but definitely spicy. I even asked for light peppers and it still brought some heat. So fair warning: if you're sensitive to spice, you might want to pivot to something else. My wife has been missing New Orleans, so she went with the muffaletta. Let's just say it was a much cheaper solution than flying her to the Big Easy. No gumbo on the menu, but the sandwich hit the spot. After we ate, we did a little shopping and grabbed some fresh Italian ingredients imported straight from Italy--which is always a win in my book. Well, talk about a hidden gem. I had this place bookmarked but could not tell you where I heard…read moreabout it. It is basically a little luncheon oasis dropped right in the middle of a gigantic industrial park. On the drive over I was seriously questioning my Yelp choices. It is that kind of location. But trust Yelp and sometimes you are handily rewarded, which we absolutely were. We came after a few hours strolling around at the Botanical Gardens, so we rolled in around 1:30 and there were still plenty of people there. I can only imagine at noon this place is packed, and honestly it should be. My biggest complaint is the menus. There is one above the counter that does not include everything, and then a different, more complete version if you scan the QR code at the table (But 2 different navigations even on the website with slightly different menus). Do yourself a favor and look it up ahead of time so you are not standing there making panic decisions. There is a half sandwich and half soup combo (Not on the board but online menu), which is definitely the move. I got the pozole, which you should absolutely order, and a half grilled cheese on their housemate sourdough. Normally not my go to, but I was trying not to be completely stuffed since we had dinner plans. And they bake their own sourdough, so I had a strong feeling it would be great, and it delivered. Toasty and melty, American and cheddar. My husband got the southwestern wrap, and my friend went with the half club and half tomato soup. She immediately regretted not getting the pozole and the half birria sandwich, which tells you everything you need to know. Also need to mention the snickerdoodle. Not much to look at, kind of humble, but it completely makes up for it with flavor and that perfect soft texture. Go ahead and get the cookie. You are not here to make responsible decisions. Bottom line, it may feel like you are driving into the middle of nowhere, but keep going. This place is worth it.

It's also one of those "if you know, you know" places, and clearly people know, because the to-go orders were nonstop. It is counter service, and I went with a Mediterranean sandwich with chicken while my lunch date got a classic BLT. Both were incredible, super fresh ingredients, excellent flavor, and next level fresh bread/ flatbread. Try the sourdough ! You can tell this place is legit because you see everyone in there from construction workers, people, in scrubs, law-enforcement, executives, all grabbing lunch.
