Coffee tastes good but it's weak. Best thing is the breakfast bagels with egg. Lots of "smear" options.

The place is just next to gate 11, and we ordered an egg sandwich and i had a pepperoni chicken sandwich, it warm and right out of oven, taste fresh and good! When we order the guy said it will take 15 mins but end up we got it within 5 mins! Definitely a good place for quick bite! read more

It's a chain so there's not much to say that hasn't been said already. I had a Spinach Florentine bagel with a veggie schmear that was very good. The coffee was decent. They were busy and consequently the whole experience was very rushed. The cashier wasn't rude but was obviously impatient with me. I would have been better prepared but I didn't see the list of schmears posted anywhere! When I asked, the cashier pointed out a list on a little stand placed next to the register. Lots of help that was. Thanks for nothing. This is a teeny little storefront location squeezed into a strip with other businesses. It is strictly a "take it and go" place. There is nowhere to sit and eat. There was barely enough room for all of us who were standing around waiting for our food. Fortunately the wait wasn't long and my order was correct. And lastly, the parking is insanely tight. All the Texas trucks and SUVs trying to maneuver in/out made for some interesting moments. I could barely get into the lot and then afterwards I could hardly get out! Save your car doors and your sanity. If you can park elsewhere nearby and walk up I would recommend it. The bagels were good but they were hardly worth the drama I went through to get them. At an off-peak time things might be better. Your results may vary. read more

I live between Einsteins an Shugs Bagels. There is always a line at Shugs that runs out on to Lemmon Ave. Today I ordered from Einsteins 2 breakfast sammys and i know why the store was empty. They have lowered the quality of ingredients. my sandwich had a slice of fake synthetic cheddar sandwich cheese. For a $9.00 sandwich i expect what the menu provides. this place struggles every time. for starters there is a homeless man yelling obscenities. so it was to my dismay to order two bagels and have to deal with someone cussing me out over not buying them a coffee. I've been here too many times where the line is not long and the wait is more than 15 minutes. i waited 15+ minutes for my order and when i asked about it - the person on the line could not even find the order. i paid $12 bucks for something that should have been done. when i asked the cashier Khalil he blamed it on the line while the manager Sam basically confirmed it was his fault by saying "not it wasn't we, it was you". i don't want to come into a bagel place that consistently shows a lack of communication, lack of direction, and a place where homeless people cuss you out. its ridiculous that this place actually is still open with the horrible service. took them faster to give me a refund than it did my bagel that was never sent in. read more

I ordered a bacon & cheddar on a plain bagel with one egg and the cheddar cheese substituted for cream cheese. What I got was a burnt and stale tasting bagel, with cream cheese spread on one side, and bacon on top. They literally forgot the egg and I was watching them make everything back there. No one really seemed to be paying attention that hard to the tasks they were doing, more just going through the motions and being sloppy. I never write yelp reviews, but this experience inspired me. One of the cups of mini bagels fell on the floor and the cup opened. An employee went and picked it up out the bagels in the cup and back on the shelf. Then did not switch her gloves after touching the floor and used the gloves in the ice machine to make a latte and then touch all the eggs in the egg machine. I tried something different today and ordered the breakfast burrito - Wowza, it was amazing! It was so flavorful and so filling. I will be ordering it again, highly recommend it! This place is super disorganized. There were 5 people on the line struggling to complete orders. I ordered a simple toasted blueberry bagel with strawberry schmear. Ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my food. I also ordered a cold brew which comes in a cup filled mostly with ice... a terrible value! And the flavor of the cold brew is super weak. For the price I paid I expected better quality. I'll definitely never order their cold brew again. My order was correct and tasty at least! After the long wait my bagel finally came out and everyone was friendly and polite, but jeez! What a mess! read more

It was delicious. Had the jalapeno and cheddar with the cream of course and sausage. It literally melted in my mouth. They toasted it too. The parking is kind of tight or busy. But I had to try it. I think it's the same place from up the street and they just move locations. Have to try something else. But I like the jalapenos and chedder one so much. So I will stick beside it. read more

I've been coming to this location regularly since they opened, and the people there are friendly, hard-working, and genuinely seem to enjoy being there. Service is quick and accurate. That's so rare these days (and honestly not typical of my experience at other Einstein locations). So whatever management is doing here, keep it up! read more

New location/staff doesn't have it together yet... always chaotic, unorganized. I have been here three times since they re opened... They messed up my very basic order the first two times and this last time they just gave my food to a homeless guy that said he was me. Staff = clueless Finally got home with my bagel... big surprise! They messed up my order ALL THREE TIMES I HAVE BEEN! I pay extra for two eggs, and I never get it! I am not a coffee drinker but there seem to be 15 people waiting on their coffee drinks due to them messing up the order in the first place or just taking forever. Will give them a year or two to figure it out before I return. read more

The staff is very nice no seating... you have to ask for extra schemer of cream cheese or else you get almost none; there bagels are not good ... who makes the recipe? The corporate overlords have ruined the Nava Lox bagel by making it a sandwich and putting only 1/2 of the normal amount of lox on the bagel. I just ordered one before I saw their sign that Lox would now be a sandwich or I would have ordered something else. as a sandwich, it is soggy, and disgusting but of course, the price didn't go down despite only having 1/2 of the normal amount of lox. Messed up my order order twice, had me waiting 35 minutes for a simple Texas brisket on chocolate chip bagel. First they gave me a jalapeño bagel which I did not ask for. Then they messed up the order again and tried to give me a Santa Fe chicken. To top it off when I left and said Happy New Year y'all no one said it back!! I wish there was a few tables in & outdoors; but we get breakfast and sit in the Turtle Creek park nearby. Sandwiches are great, as ordered, and delicious! 8:30 am we ordered a bakers dozen online and then my husband went to pick it up. when he came home rather than 13 bagels we only had 11 and a couple were not flavors what we had ordered. we also should have received a garden shmear and a plain shmear but got two plains instead. Might seem like a small thing, but it's also a small thing to get the order right so customers get the food they pay for. It'd be good to check your orders before leaving the store. read more
