Always enjoy coming here for freshly made donuts in the morning! There's always a great variety to choose from

Such a little cute local donut shop in the neighborhood! I ended up stopping by and wasn't really hungry so I got a cinnamon cruller donut. This shop offers kolaches, donuts, crullers, donut holes and specialty donuts. I'll definitely be back to try something (not so basic) haha and earlier as I'm sure there's so much other flavors that weren't pictured.

Jarams has a mix of contemporary and traditional donuts with more donuts being traditional. Many reviews sited the cream brulee as a fav. There is no dedicated parking area, so I ended up parking across the street at Whole Foods and walking over. Despite the numerous good reviews, I have to admit I didn't like these donuts. I was not fond of the glaze or the dough flavor and lack of slight sweetness. The cream brulee had a burnt bitter taste to it that was not wonderful. The glazed, cake, and buttermilk donuts were below average. I've had great donuts in the Dallas area and there would be no need for me to return here.

Finally in the right place at the right time! I kept passing by this artisanal donut shop during closed hours! Today I finally was able to go in and get some delicious donuts! They are so beautiful! And different flavors.. I love berries so of course I got the one with all the berries atop! The donuts are soft, fluffy and hold their shape! The berries were super fresh and the frosting complimented the flavor (not too much and not too sweet!). They have cronuts too! I aim to get one of them next time!

Jarams Donuts is a cool little donut shop in Lakewood with tasty gourmet donuts and friendly service!

One word... CRONUT !!! Yes they serve this elusive delicacy. The sinful Union of a croissant and a donut is truly a delight to eat. Their large kolache goes down easy too.

I'm not sure if it's me turning 30, quarantine life, or just desperate needs for comfort food but I have been on a donut shopping spree for a few weeks now! I never had a sugar tooth...until now. A small tear built up in the corner of my eye when I found out there was a donut spot that served CRONUTS (croissant donuts) a couple of miles from my place. The very first time I tried this magical invention was when I lived in Barcelona in 2015. I've missed the taste of the crispy layered donut ever since I moved back. I was never actively searching for cronut spots near me, but every now and then I'd remember how much I loved them. Jaram's is 5 stars!! They have an incredible selection of donuts, cronuts, cronut holes, croissant-kolaches (OMG), jalapeño filled kolaches, ice cream filled donuts and so much more. They even cater for weddings! What a cute concept. And what a sweet and patient woman that greeted us as soon as we walked in and explained each of the different flavors they offered. Wish I got her name. Listen to me, they even have a COOKIE BUTTER FUNNEL CAKE. I cannot. Great donut shop in Lakewood. Can't wait to take my friends here.

Known for Donut Messages and Funnel Donuts served out of a North Dallas Strip Mall since 2012 it was not until late-2018 that Jarams opened its doors in Lakewood, but ever since that time the small shop has been selling-out by noon thanks to quality Ingredients and creativity. Located at 2117 Abrams Road, limited parking a minor inconvenience at the former Dry Cleaner, it is upon entry that guests are greeted by brightly-lit cases featuring everything from "Average Joe" options to $6.48 specials. Painted purple and yellow, prices a guess until at the register, it was in exchange for $19.54 that five were taken elsewhere to eat, first bites of Blueberry Cake lighter than many despite plenty of Fruit flavor while the Old Fashioned described as a Chocolate Glazed Buttermilk Donut found an otherwise enjoyable cogwheel compromised by its artificially flavored topping. Getting creative with $3.99 Crème Brulee, a carefully piped Ring with crackling sugar and subtle bitterness, Funnel Cake Donuts fortunately justify premium pricing thanks to both size and consistency that is lighter than Cake but more dense than yeasted whether rolled in Spiced Sugar or sandwiching Honey-soaked Apples with sliced Almonds on top.

Scrolling through their reviews and seriously saw this Greg guy gave them a bad review because he disagrees with their napkins. That is the most ridiculous crap ever. Also the reason why he gives Yelp a bad name. The entitlement is showing at the speed of 100MPH I've been a long time fan since their location on Preston. I'm happy to see they opened one near my moms place. I grew up just on the other side of white rock. My mom is still around but I'm not. I come by when I come home to visit my mom. I love their creme brulee. The bavarian cream inside with torched sugar on top so it has that crunch. It will be delightful to eat. I can usually eat two by myself.

A Must‑Try Donut Truck at Klyde Warren Park!…read more We stumbled upon this donut truck at Klyde Warren Park while in the area expecting a quick snack, and instead walked away having tried every single flavor they offered. Yes, every one -- and honestly, it was worth it! Each donut was fresh, and crafted with the kind of care you can actually taste. The flavors weren't just different; they were thoughtful, balanced, and surprisingly creative. One of the biggest highlights was the vegan Neapolitan donut. Vegan options can be hit or miss, but this one was so good we had to double‑check it was actually vegan. It had the same rich, indulgent flavor and perfect texture as the regular donuts -- no compromise, no "good for vegan," just good, period. It was one of those rare treats that makes you rethink what vegan baking can be. If you're anywhere near Klyde Warren Park, do yourself a favor and stop by this truck. It's the kind of place that turns a simple donut run into a memorable moment -- and we'd go back in a heartbeat. My kids have already asked a few times, ha!

I ordered the Cafe Con Lèche and Horchata donuts, the Cafe Con Lèche was really good and the Horchata donuts was pretty good, a little too sweet for my taste and since it was pretty hot out the frosting was melting fast and got pretty messy. They had also run out of napkins by this point, but the worker gave us some makeshift food equipment paper to use as a napkin which was nice. Since it's at Klyde Warren park there's lots of tables to sit at near the truck and a public restroom located across the park from the truck. Would go again, but probably wouldn't order the horchata donut.

Yeah it was that much cinnamon!!! The fritter was nearly $5 and the glazed was a little more than $1. I tried to eat it, but wound up trashing it. Amazingly, we got to try them all and with all the salty, savory food we started to look for some dessert to balance out our palate. That's when we stumbled on a stand that advertised cake balls. Yup. CAKE BALLS. We were all pretty full, but still wanted to try them all. I mean, when you're presented with the choice of Snickers, Oreos, Butterfinger, Cinnamon and Sugar, [Fruity] Pebbles, or Cherry Glaze it's pretty hard to single out the best flavor. I ended up getting their 3 most popular ones: Snickers, Butterfinger and Pebbles. There's one thing that you need to know about these cake balls. They're not like any other you've tasted. Usually, cake balls are made from a mixture of cake batter with a lot of icing to keep it moist. Beckett's method is to use a donut hole as the base encased in a layer of their own special frosting with your choice of candy or cereal. It sounds simple and mundane, but I can assure you that these were some of the best cake balls I've ever had in my life. The donut base was pillowy and moist. With the super sweet frosting it melded perfectly into what seemed like a piece of heaven in every bite. The crushed candy was the icing on the cake, per say, adding different flavors and textures to each ball. I really can't explain it more than I have. It was just pure awesomeness. In an environment where pretty much everything is fried it was a welcome surprise to find a stand that served something different. I spoke with the owners and they said they were in the process of relocating their business from Tulsa, OK to Dallas. Their presence in the Big D will allow us to enjoy some of these awesome cake balls year round instead of having to wait until the State Fair runs each year. Happy dance. If you're looking for something different keep your eyes peeled for Beckett's. I'm sure you will enjoy their cake balls as much as I did.

The beignets were made fresh to order and took about 7 minutes to come out. They were hot, soft, and very fluffy, almost more similar to a donut than a traditional beignet. Since most of my beignet experience comes from New Orleans, Louisiana, I definitely had a different texture in mind going in. I personally wish they had been a little crispier, especially around the edges, but they were still decent and enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, good coffee, and fresh beignets, I would definitely try Le Bon Temps again without hesitation.
