Location Just north of UTSW on Inwood Parking Large lot Atmosphere Corner donut shop-clean Service Very friendly Seating A few chairs, tables Menu So photo for selection-donuts, pastries, burritos, croissants, buns with sausage-spicy- wide selection. The blueberry donut was very light-not much substance. The apple fritter was really well cooked. Dry. The bacon and sausage croissant was good-crispy bacon, spicy sausage. The roll and sausage was not good-too much bread for us. Summary Local donut shop-convenient, great service, wide selection, not satisfying flavors for us.

Donut case around 10 am, still plenty of good options!

Everything I've had here has been delicious! The kolaches, raised donuts, cake donuts, croissant wrapped hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches, even the sausage biscuit checkerboard is so good and creative! This is a local family run business and the folks who run this place are incredibly sweet. Though they may seem reserved at first due to the language barrier, they want to make the best for their customers and they're always thinking of new items to bake up. I love seeing what new donuts are in the window, sometimes they'll have fun character donuts which I'm sure kids love. The donuts are so light and fluffy, not heavy and just the right amount of sweet. I definitely could have eaten the whole store twice over. Good variety of drinks in the cold case as well. This is a no nonsense, solid donut spot where you can get the classics done right!

Love this Donut Shop. They aren't the most personable (think Soup Nazi from Seinfield), but there's a reason they act that way. Easily the best donuts in Dallas. Usually the "Best" awards are given to places with fancy, new, modern cakes that are just circle shaped with a hole in the middle. But Gram's Donuts are the best of the BASICS. Sometimes you just want a solidly good glazed donut, made to perfection, hot, and delicious. Gram's can give you exactly that without all the unnecessary frill. I don't even crave the typical fancy donuts you would get at other places, I just crave their delicious glazed or chocolate donuts. For extra sugar and icing, get their perfectly coated Donot Holes!! Word of caution, their donuts are extra coated with icing- but let's be honest if you wanted a healthy breakfast, you wouldn't be having donuts for breakfast. PLUS This is one of the ONLY donut places in Dallas that serve BEEF Kolaches that have no pork! I have been looking everywhere for these! Glaze Donut Single (.78) / Dozen (8.50) Chocolate Donut Single (.80) / Dozen (8.75) Donut Holes Glaze (1.30) Donut Holes Chocolate (1.85) Eclair (1.35) Regular Kolache Beef or Combo with Pork (1.05) Muffin (1.69) Spinach Croissant (2.50) Cheese Danish (1.89) Coffee Small (1.35) / Large (1.50) Still located in a school zone so not the best place in a rush during school zone hours. But they are super quick inside and are very efficient about getting you out as quick as they can.

A Must‑Try Donut Truck at Klyde Warren Park!…read more We stumbled upon this donut truck at Klyde Warren Park while in the area expecting a quick snack, and instead walked away having tried every single flavor they offered. Yes, every one -- and honestly, it was worth it! Each donut was fresh, and crafted with the kind of care you can actually taste. The flavors weren't just different; they were thoughtful, balanced, and surprisingly creative. One of the biggest highlights was the vegan Neapolitan donut. Vegan options can be hit or miss, but this one was so good we had to double‑check it was actually vegan. It had the same rich, indulgent flavor and perfect texture as the regular donuts -- no compromise, no "good for vegan," just good, period. It was one of those rare treats that makes you rethink what vegan baking can be. If you're anywhere near Klyde Warren Park, do yourself a favor and stop by this truck. It's the kind of place that turns a simple donut run into a memorable moment -- and we'd go back in a heartbeat. My kids have already asked a few times, ha!

Out of the 4 donuts I ordered, the Banoffee pie was hands down my favorite. The flavors and textures complimented each other perfectly, and it wasn't too sweet. The other donuts I ordered were decent, but I don't think I'd purchase them again. The classic donut was okay; it was a little too cakey/bready for my liking. Although I liked the flavors of the yuzu & matcha mini, because of the smaller size, the ratio of cream/curd to donut was overpowering. Lastly, again, i liked the flavors of the pistachio cannoli, but it was too sweet and the cream was dry. Overall, I'd still go again and I'd love to try the other flavors. I love the creativity!

We tried several different flavors, including the Homer, Dirt, Raised Glazed, Apple Fritter, Banana Cream Pie, Buttermilk Bar, and Oh Captain, My Captain. The Homer was exactly what you'd expect--sweet, fun, and a hit with the kids. The Dirt donut was rich and packed with flavor, while the Raised Glazed was light, fresh, and perfectly executed. The Apple Fritter was one of the highlights, with a great texture and plenty of apple flavor. The Banana Cream Pie donut was also delicious and tasted just like the dessert it's named after. What I appreciated most was the wide selection of unique and creative Vegan donuts alongside classic favorites. Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was fun and memorable.

Open 24 hrs, I arrived at 2 pm on a Saturday and after being overwhelmed with the options, settled on an apple fritter and a glazed. Both were dry and def not fresh. The apple fritter had so much cinnamon, it was bitter and extremely dark. I felt like if the batch called for 1 tablespoons of cinnamon, someone misread it and put 1 cup. Yeah it was that much cinnamon!!! The fritter was nearly $5 and the glazed was a little more than $1. I tried to eat it, but wound up trashing it. I should have returned them before I left the parking lot...

I started with the croque monsieur, and it was exactly what I was craving. The cheese was perfectly melted and bubbly, and that hint of dill on top really pulled it all together. I also grabbed a slice of the lorraine quiche, which was incredibly savory with a crust that was so buttery and flaky it practically melted in my mouth. For dessert, the chocolate kouign-amann was a total standout, super crispy on the outside with those rich, sweet layers inside. I paired it with an iced chai latte, which was perfectly spiced and not overly sweet. They have a small outdoor seating section that is perfect for catching some fresh air while you eat. Some of my friends and I recently went to the State Fair to get acquainted with the finalists of…read morethe Big Tex Choice Awards. Amazingly, we got to try them all and with all the salty, savory food we started to look for some dessert to balance out our palate. That's when we stumbled on a stand that advertised cake balls. Yup. CAKE BALLS. We were all pretty full, but still wanted to try them all. I mean, when you're presented with the choice of Snickers, Oreos, Butterfinger, Cinnamon and Sugar, [Fruity] Pebbles, or Cherry Glaze it's pretty hard to single out the best flavor. I ended up getting their 3 most popular ones: Snickers, Butterfinger and Pebbles. There's one thing that you need to know about these cake balls. They're not like any other you've tasted. Usually, cake balls are made from a mixture of cake batter with a lot of icing to keep it moist. Beckett's method is to use a donut hole as the base encased in a layer of their own special frosting with your choice of candy or cereal. It sounds simple and mundane, but I can assure you that these were some of the best cake balls I've ever had in my life. The donut base was pillowy and moist. With the super sweet frosting it melded perfectly into what seemed like a piece of heaven in every bite. The crushed candy was the icing on the cake, per say, adding different flavors and textures to each ball. I really can't explain it more than I have. It was just pure awesomeness. In an environment where pretty much everything is fried it was a welcome surprise to find a stand that served something different. I spoke with the owners and they said they were in the process of relocating their business from Tulsa, OK to Dallas. Their presence in the Big D will allow us to enjoy some of these awesome cake balls year round instead of having to wait until the State Fair runs each year. Happy dance. If you're looking for something different keep your eyes peeled for Beckett's. I'm sure you will enjoy their cake balls as much as I did.

It had a nice, warm, and welcoming feel, which made it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a quick treat. The staff was attentive and took my order pretty quickly, which I appreciated. My Americano came out hot and had a really good bold flavor. I love adding cream to my coffee, and once I did, it balanced out that strong kick perfectly. The beignets were made fresh to order and took about 7 minutes to come out. They were hot, soft, and very fluffy, almost more similar to a donut than a traditional beignet. Since most of my beignet experience comes from New Orleans, Louisiana, I definitely had a different texture in mind going in. I personally wish they had been a little crispier, especially around the edges, but they were still decent and enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, good coffee, and fresh beignets, I would definitely try Le Bon Temps again without hesitation.
