I used to eat here a lot, but over time, the novelty of thin crust pizzas wore off and I started making my own again. I then got lazy and started using the pre made crusts from the grocery store but I'd load it with tons of cheese and pepperoni. Tonight I ordered a couple pizzas as the wife had a rough day and I didn't have ingredients for my own pizzas. The thin crusts I can get over. They really stretch the ingredients on their pizzas. I can see where the sauce used to be, but there's no actual sauce on the pizza. There just enough cheese to hold the toppings together. I think if they tripled the sauce and cheese, they might have a pizza worth bragging about. Next time I'm in the same spot, I'm either going to the gas station for their pizza or I'm going to dollar general to get frozen pizzas. I know either option will taste better. I really don't want to see these folks close, but I just can't justify going there for pizza anymore. read more

The food here is really good the service was also good, it feels nice inside really calm and fancy with music and a big tv. What I really liked was this pizza, it was delicious it had lots of toppings that made it taste fantastic because I had never had a pizza that tasted really good with lots of vegetables. read more

Last couple of times I've been food has been horrible! Stoped at this Palio's location to have a quick late lunch today. It was 3pm and we were the only people eating the whole time we were there. The food was pretty good. Pasts wasn't watery like some of the other low key Italian places i have been. I had the lunch special Spaghetti with the house salad. The meal came with some garlic bread. They serve huge portions. They had the fancy Stubborn sodas in the cola machine. The lemon berry açaí was delightful. Place was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I definently recommend this place for a quick bite if your out in how. Love it! read more

I'm not a Big fan of chain restaurants I've been to Palio's once before at the Prosper location and never went back didn't care for the sauce or the pizza. today after driving back and forth to Bonham twice I decided to give this new location a try.. I'm so glad I did the Pizza was Surprisingly Amazing all the veggies were fresh and cooked to perfection!! The staff needs a lot more training other then that great addition to our tiny community I'm from Gunter so this for me is Heaven!! place was empty, we're the only customers in here. No one greeted or said anything. Was not sure if we were to order at counter or wait to be seated or go sit and someone will be with you. After 3 min went to counter got menus to look it over then someone decided to come over as soon as I sat back down. Then we waited cause one would think if you come to table you will come back. No after 10 min went up to order. 3 - 4 people were working today not one could say anything unless spoken to even then it was like forced conversation. No I flea where manager was but sure did not feel like one was there or anyone here taking charge. read more

We randomly stopped here for lunch on or way from Dallas to Tulsa as it was right off the highway in Howe and had very good reviews. I'm a vegetarian so stopping at fast food is never good. Pleased to say the food was amazing here! I got the calzone and husband got a hot sandwich. Both were very tasty, and service was fast and friendly. So we ordered two pizza's the lady who answered the phone was not very smart, she couldn't spell our street name. She had to ask how to spell it. When we got the pizza only my husband's was right my was suppose to be a Margarita Pizza and she put down a Mediterranean Pizza which I repeated to her twice over the phone. The young lady who brought our pizza was super nice her name is Lindsey. She brought the pizza to me twice which was still wrong. She said that they had to remake a lot of orders since the lady taking the orders did not know what she was doing. The thing that got me was that the manager didn't even have the balls to call me and tell me that they were not going to remake my again and bring it to me. He had a sixteen year old call me to tell me that he just closed and said that they were not going to remake my pizza so need to say I had not eaten that night. I got the number to the other Manager 817-441-0706 and left a message which he called back and I was not able to answer my phone at the time. So I called him back and guess what this asshole blocked my number!!!! So we used my husband's phone and guess what he picked up right away and talked to my husband and he was to return my phone to me and that was supposed to be on Saturday or Sunday and he was to call me husband well as you guessed he didn't call and my money hasn't been refunded either. I think they should make Lindsey the Manager since she is the only who cares and does her job to the fullest. read more

Normally LOVE this restaurant. We eat at the ones in prosper and Plano all the time. Decided to drive to Howe since it was closer and we will never make this mistake again. 30 mins to close and they are mopping the restaurant, putting chairs on tables and turned the bathroom lights off all while we were enjoying our meal. The customer service was terrible. One of the associates even said, this was 45 mins ahead of closing time. "Can we still serve them??" Right before we ordered. My friend Tracy N recommended this place. Although I rarely trust her judgement, i gave it a try. Wow should of stuck with my instinct, she grew up on Pizza Hut and this would be just a step under. Conveyor oven pizza and it taste like it. Don't waste your money. Go to Pizza Hut or Dominoes. read more
