I don't know what this lady's deal is when all i've done is shown her respect and gave them business ! She has a stick up her ass every time I go to order and I can never figure out why. Not sure if it's racially motivated but I have an inkling. Here are the "Birria Taquitos" she prepared for me. Take from this what you will. Irregardless of this actual disgrace to Birria Taquitos, I decided to put that aside and pick something else on the menu the following day. As soon as I stepped inside I noticed her and we both locked eyes, then I gave her the biggest smile. What did I get in return ? The rudest most direct eye roll I have ever received. I walked out immediately after and haven't been back since. It truly saddens me because this was my go-to place for a short while, but if you value respect, and good quality food, I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Unless you're.. you know, but, thank you for coming to my Ted Talk !

It tasted like a true homemade dessert: creamy, not overly sweet, and topped with a nice meringue. I'm honestly not even a big pie person, so that says a lot. The chocolate pie was also really good. For the main food, I had the taco salad. I liked the crispy bowl, but the meat tasted more like a plain hamburger. I think it would've tasted better if they had added something like a chili soup or something for the salad dressing. We also tried the burger and the country fried steak. Both were good, just not particularly outstanding. Overall, the food was solid, but the coconut cream pie is definitely the star of the show and what I'd come back for.
