Delicious delicious food!!! My bf and I moved to the area from downtown Dallas and we are so happy with the amazing quality food here with great prices! Our waiter was very nice also. Will be back often!

The food was priced reasonably and great lunch special. The food was pretty decent. Fair in regards to portion sizes. The only down side was the customer service. There were tables that had not been cleared the entire time were were there. It was kinda gross sitting next to a table that had dirty plates stacked. Then the waitress spilt salsa all over us and the menus. I gave it 2 stars for lack of service and cleanliness.

This place is a little gem of Van Alstyne. Amazing Tex-Mex and the service is always fantastic. We come about once a week.

Outstanding food and menu. From tacos, carne asada and pupusa to jambalaya. Margaritas are perfect and the staff is wonderfully friendly.

I first heard about this spot from a BBQ server in Lewisville (food people know food, so I trust…read more'em). It's a bit of a trek from where we live, but worth the journey--plus, fun fact: they're building DFW's second Bojangles in the same strip mall. (Exciting times, people.) We hit up lunch, which seemed like a great deal. I had a fajita craving, so mixed chicken and steak it was, while hubby, a true Tex-Mex traditionalist, went for a chile relleno. But let's pause for a moment--why is finding real-deal Tex-Mex in DFW such a struggle? (I have questions.) Our waiter, Able, was warm, welcoming, and on it with drinks and a glorious chip trio featuring: A warm black bean dip (our fave) A fresh green salsa A smoky red salsa And then... my fajitas arrived, SIZZLING like they were trying to set off the fire alarm. Huge portion, served with all the fixings--rice, beans, tortillas (not house-made, but miles better than grocery store versions), sour cream, pico, lettuce, and cheese. I barely made a dent in 1/3 of it. Leftovers = tomorrow's best meal, confirmed. Can't wait to return and tackle their $7.99 enchilada plate on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Marking my calendar now. Bathrooms were clean. I would say the booths need to be recovered as some were duck-taped, and they were a little low for this shortie!

We ordered only pupusas, mixed with chicharron and cheese and although the size was generous the cheese was weird, like watery and it barely had chicharron. Repollo and salsa were fantastic, so were the beans and the salsas that came with the chips (not a fan of the dyed chips though). Service was very attentive. Overall not a fan.

They came with mild or spicy salsa (we got both) and curtiso (salvadoran coleslaw), which were both great and complemented the pupusas well. Everything was made fresh when I ordered, and the prices were very fair. We also got a pineapple and a strawberry cookie which weren't too sweet but were massive for a great price. It wasn't very busy and the customer service was good, too. The menu had Spanish and English available, I would absolutely be a regular here if I lived in the area.

We were warmly greeted by the kind lady at the counter and there was even an English menu for Spanish challenged folks like me. We had the Pork and Bean and Cheese Pupusas as well as a Chicken Tamale and Fried Yucca. All of it was served hot and incredibly tasty. The Pupusas come with some pickled cabbage which is a great addition and the fried Yucca came with a cabbage salad which was also quite enjoyable. We also got chips with a black bean salsa/dip that was excellent. We were there on a 93 degree day and the restaurant was cool inside with some fans running to keep the air moving. Parking is limited for the center but the neighborhood across the road has street parking in a pinch. I really enjoyed the experience and will absolutely be back to try some more items.
