They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! They are so much fun and made this move for us a GREAT experience! They are such hard workers and you can definitely see it in their work ethic and attitude! All Service Movers assisted me with a small move (one room to a storage unit and back) when I…read moreneeded construction work done on my home. The first half of the move went smoothly, but the return trip was the worst experience I've ever had with a mover. The two movers were late and didn't cooperate to move my belongings. Instead, they preferred each using their own moving dolly, and several items fell from it, causing damage to my property. They dragged the dolly across my hardwood floors, leaving permanent gouges and scratches that they refused to fix, even though they were responsible for the damage. The return movers seemed offended when I asked them to move a couch and place an area rug underneath it. I had already explained that the rug was the only thing I needed them to place in a specific spot. The first movers had no problem moving the same couch to pack the rug for the move. After I signed the paperwork at the end of the move, the mover asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I declined, but he insisted that he moved my couch and rug and that it would be rude for me to not leave a tip. He abruptly walked away, and I had to follow him to get a receipt. I immediately reported the incident to customer service, and the mover called later to apologize. Regarding my damaged items, they only agreed to pay pennies on the pound for them which added insult to injury. They refused to take any responsibility for the damaged floor or the poor customer service experience. To make matters worse, their remedy agreement requires you to remain silent and not share or write any negative comments about them. As a result of this terrible experience, I cannot in good faith recommend All Service Movers or Angi (who provided the referral).

The JVA moving crew were meticulous in packing our belongings- it was dumping rain and they wrapped just about everything we owned to ensure it did not get wet; we didn't even have to ask, they just did their thing! And FAST. The load and unload time was extremely impressive, and the men who worked on our move- Tom, Cale, and Tyler, were so respectful and considerate- totally went above and beyond. What really impressed me was that we had a couple lamps with loose screws and were wobbly. We didn't mention it to our movers, we figured we'd fix them later. When the lamps arrived at our new home, the lamps were no longer wobbly. I asked our mover, Shane, about it and he said they noticed the lamps needed a quick fix so they tightened some screws for us. They did that without being asked. I know that seems so small, but we've never had a moving company go above and beyond like that. No damage, no scratches on walls, and they finished in less time than I was quoted. We hate moving, but these guys really made this day feel easy and smooth. They, thru their excellent loading of the container, were able to fit all my things in the larger container. There was no wasted space which would have been true if a non-professional did it. This saved me a lot of money. They took great care wrapping furniture in blankets and then plastic wrap. I used them in the past for a local move and they were equally wonderful.
