They did an amazing job! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service today. The 2 guys who came to move us were very friendly, communicative, and careful with all our belongings. What really impressed me was that we had a couple lamps with loose screws and were wobbly. We didn't mention it to our movers, we figured we'd fix them later. When the lamps arrived at our new home, the lamps were no longer wobbly. I asked our mover, Shane, about it and he said they noticed the lamps needed a quick fix so they tightened some screws for us. They did that without being asked. I know that seems so small, but we've never had a moving company go above and beyond like that. No damage, no scratches on walls, and they finished in less time than I was quoted. We hate moving, but these guys really made this day feel easy and smooth. Absolutely never again. A scheduling disaster spiraled into a full-on domino effect thanks entirely to this company's incompetence and lack of basic decency. Yes, I made the mistake of trusting that when someone says they'll show up early, they actually mean it. Silly me, for rearranging my day around their requested arrival time. And what did I get in return? Radio silence. Not even a half-assed "sorry" from the movers. Their stone-cold ghosting was almost comical--like they were auditioning for a role as emotionally detached furniture. Then comes Cody, the manager, who clearly missed the memo on customer service. Instead of a genuine apology or some kind of gesture to make it right, I was met with the usual canned business jargon. No accountability. No offer of a discount. Not even a shred of basic professionalism. This was my first and very much last time using this service. If you enjoy being disrespected, disappointed, and ignored--by all means, book them. My move went extremely well and fast! Alek & Mason were very nice to me and my mom as well as my neighbors. I told them all my stuff was old and bought from FB marketplace and they still handled everything with great care- they took the time to wrap up my furniture to make sure it didn't get damaged or wet from the rain. They were especially careful with items that were really heavy that had to go up 3 flights of stairs. 1 of them even safely relocated a huge spider. They asked me multiple times if everything was where I wanted before they left- I would definitely use them again and my mom is going to use them for her move. read more

FDM did a fantastic job moving us to our new home. They wrapped furniture in blankets and then shrink wrapped the blankets so the whole piece was secure and padded. They were courteous, efficient and very careful with all of our belongings. On the delivery side they were great in changing some of the locations of furniture around until everything was where we wanted it to be. We would definitely use FDM again for our moves. read more

They met us with their truck at the store, loaded the boxes, then unpacked the chairs at our home and removed an existing couch to be donated to Habitat for Humanity. Awesome ppl! Shane and Jesse helped with our move and they were both polite, easy to work with, and effective. They got done quickly. We used them to move furnitures out for a floor remodel. They package up our mattress nicely to keep them clean and both were very diligent when moving furnitures. We'll be working with them for part 2 when the project is done and moving furniture back in. First due movers were on time upbeat and did a great job packing up all of our new furniture (whole house of new furniture) . I was worried about things getting scratched or dented but not after watching them secure the items then load them so they'd be safe in the truck. First class movers. We had Mitch and Jordan for the day. My husband and I are slightly particular about things: for example, we expect communication before arrival so no surprises, and we don't things on casters to be rolled out onto pavement. The fellas did exactly that: called us right before they left the warehouse (0800 on-the-dot) and carried everything to the truck, and no wheeling to scratch up our casters. We had some pretty heavy items, awkward items but they were so careful and there wasn't a scratch on anything. They were very thoughtful, professional, didn't complain and would ask us where we wanted things to be place and what direction we wanted things facing. Had we known we were gonna get guys as great as Mitch and Jordan, we would have booked them for two straight days. They are like the nice, respectful next-door neighbor's kid everyone wants.
