As another reviewer had mentioned, join the waiting list on YELP! We joined the waiting list on yelp before leaving the house and checked in with the hostess on time (9:30). Upon arrival, the place was packed! Sadly, outdoor seating was closed because it was a rainy day. The line was almost out the door, we were squished inside near the hostess. There was a delay in seating us by 10 minutes, BUT by checking in on Yelp, we bypassed every one who was already inside the restaurant when we arrived! The restaurant is very cute inside! I loved the decor and wall and light fixtures. It is a very cute breakfast date location! There is quite a bit of seating, but the line still gets very long! A popular place for good reason! My husband and I shared The Traditional! It came with 2 eggs, 2 sides (which we chose pancakes), and 3 "meats" (we chose bacon). The eggs were eggsquisite!! I have never had eggs so good! The bacon was also delicious! My husband enjoyed his very much! The pancakes, which they called baby cakes, were the best pancakes I have ever had! I loved the warm syrup it came with! Game changer! We were also surprised to get 4 pancakes. When we saw 2 sides, we thought 2 pancakes. Even though we shared, we were stuffed! We were too full to finish our pancakes, which the waitress so kindly boxed up for us. I also ordered a hot vanilla latte that came with foam art. Super cute and super strong! My husband's bestie ordered the Cowboy omelette, which also came with two sides. He got the hash browns and some toast. The omelette was humongous and stuffed! He enjoyed everything he ordered and had leftovers as well. The portions are definitely shareable, if you like to share. We definitely recommend and we will be coming back! read more

Classic brunch place with really good food! Went on a weekend, so it was busy, but the wait staff was attentive and our food came fast. The coffee was very good, and the diverse menu meant that my goup with a wide range of palates all got something they really enjoyed. I tried the crab cake eggs benedict, and it was very good. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and the flavors balanced well. There were a lot of very appealing things on the menu, so I definitely recommend this place for small groups. I was promptly seated and my Waitress was nice and attentive. Food Review: Meat Lovers Skillet - hash browns smothered with ham, bacon and sausage, and topped with cheese and scrambled eggs, was really good. It was a little cold but full of flavor and cooked good. Grits - very creamy and prepared with sweet cream or something. They were ok, however, I prefer salt to sugar on my grits. This was the best, most fluffy omelet we've had! It was so good yesterday, we decided to come back again. The Bacado and Cowboy omelets are fabulous. We also had the banana Nutello crepes and cinnamon roll pancakes to share a little sweetness with our omelet. All of it was so tasty and fresh! Took my son here one morning for breakfast on his birthday. I was shocked to see how busy they were for a Wednesday at 9:30am. Now we know why. Excellent customer service and really good food. I had the croissant sandwich and it was pretty amazing. I got the grits with it and they were just ok. They needed to be a little thicker and creamier IMO. My son got the birthday pancakes, which he loved and ate all of it. I tried some and it was pretty good. We both got their fresh squeezed orange juice and that was great too. This was near my hotel on just an overnight stay and I gotta say, I'm glad I popped in. I love to find little spots like this that have solid breakfast faire with just a little bit of their own unique spin on it. Don't let the small size of the place deter you from trying it, the food and service totally make it worth it! It was in the middle of the week when I popped in so I didn't have to wait for a table which was nice. Our server met us promptly and go our drinks out to us. I found the menu to have a solid variety of amazing looking options. I wound up with a breakfast scramble that DID NOT leave me disappointed. Overall, very clean on the inside, the staff all appeared to be following COVID protocols, the food was delicious and I found the prices to be reasonable. I was really excited when this place opened up. I have been looking for a really good brunch spot so I decided to take the drive and head into Rockwall for this exquisite experience. We walk in and it was extremely packed there definitely is a way to get in especially around noon on a Sunday so we waited and finally got CJ a nice booth, they cleaned our table after we sat down and the waitress hardly knew English so it was a bit complicated to order however, after she understood what we wanted, the food came rather quickly. Everything was pretty and looked presentable but the eggs came over cooked. The bacon came soggy and my mother's plate had a hair in it. That ruined it for us all. We still paid but our appetites were ruined! We spoke to the manager but nothing was done. No comp no offer to remove the plate from our ticket. He did ask to replace it but could not even answer our question when we asked if the cooks wore hair nets. The pancakes were good, nice size and fluffy. The waffle was delicious with plenty of fruit and glaze on top. The hot chocolate was flavorful, warm and topped with plenty of whipped cream. The French toast came with two thick toast, cooked to perfection and topped generously with fruit. All in all they probably would have had customers for life but since the hair we never went back. It wasn't so much the hair itself it was the way the manager handled it that really threw me off. I understand he was busy. I've worked in heavily congested industries with customers lined up so I know stress! However you always own up for your errors and make it right. That's how I was brought up in business.
