Great pricing, it's hard to find good food (or any food) this cheap lately. They open up early so it's great for early risers. The food is super filling and they have so many side options. Service is always quick. It's not flashy but it's one of our favorite spots for breakfast.

We like to try places. New to us. Breakfast Food was good service was good. We had pancakes (my favorite) 2 light vanilla based pancakes with real butter yum. Eggs cooked perfectly to order and cry bacon.

Two Friday sausage, bacon, and hashbrowns and tortillas. Good deal.

First time here been almost opened a yr , sat down quick service huge portion ,,, eggs over medium is way to make sure whites were cooked and sausage was big good bacon good !!!

Food was ok. Service was lacking. Ran out of drinks and we were not checked on once food was dropped off. It was Mother's Day so that may explain it, although, we've been here before and they've been just as busy and service hadn't suffered. Perhaps they were short handed.

Arrived for breakfast 7:20am to beat the crowd. Brand New business so locals flocking in for now. Finally waitress arrived to take drink AND food order. Passed on basic pancake combo. Checked out the breakfast special: 2 small sausage biscuits & gravy, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and a drink. I added a fried pork chop and a side if grits. Result: Staff was nice. Coffee had a weak muddy taste , creamer smelled off,biscuit/sausage small tasty but not homemade. Not sure what oil used to fry eggs, hashbrowns, and pork chop but very off-putting. The pork chop: frozen, thin, dry, difficult to cut. Needless to say I left with 80% of my food on the plate. The waitress asked "how was everything...

Visit was disappointing, ordered lunch. The menu says roll, but it's a slice of white bread. Sauce for Hamburger steak was cold, tasted like it was spooned from a can. Fried okra was freshly made. The french fries were a replacement for the green beans sent back, they were freshly cooked. The hamburger meat was fine. If they would make some improvements, this place would be Hoppin. The service was great.

My wife and I went to Rowlett Cafe and it was OK.. it the best or worse. I am thinking it is Ala carte. I had a bacon English muffin and my wife had a breakfast burrito. My opinion with the owner, what you need to do with one item then don't give a big plate. Need to use a small plate and it looks like bigger sandwich (an illusion).

Please note that parking in this area is particularly difficult but if you come in the morning, it should be easier to find. Another thing worth nothing is that they are more of a quick standing coffee bar type of place and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for families or kids, so keep that in mind when visiting. Now to the food... They have a small but mighty menu for breakfast and lunch. For my first time I decided to try their The Monte Duro, which is a pastry style "hot pocket" with smoked prosciutto, mortadella, mustard and jam. For drink I decided to go with their Dirty Chai Latte. The drink was absolutely perfection and exactly what I needed in a warm Texas morning. The Monte Duro was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor! Both my friend and I ordered the same thing and we were both obsessed with it.

The staff is not really friendly but the vibes were still peaceful. Mushroom grilled cheese: This was so yummmy!! The bread comes perfectly crispy and buttery. There were tons of mushrooms and creamy flavor. By far one of the best grilled cheeses I ever had. Banana horchata matcha: This drink was very sweet and good for people that dont like bitter drinks. I loved the banana flavor and it reminded me of banana bread. There was also a lot of cinnamon in the drink which made it so tasty.

The space is beautifully decorated with a Thai jungle vibe, which makes for a fun and immersive atmosphere. Ordering is done via QR code at the table, and water is self-serve, so it feels a bit more casual and less service driven. The dinner menu was smaller than expected, with fewer than 10 main entrée options and a heavier focus on desserts and specialty drinks. That said, the Malay shrimp curry was excellent--rich and flavorful. However, for $21, it was a bit disappointing that it didn't come with any vegetables. The Mango Soufflé Pancake was a standout dessert--light, unique, and delicious--but at $20, it's more of a splurge than a casual add-on. One thing to note: there's a 10% automatic gratuity added to all orders (listed as a service charge in small print on the menu).

The interior was so crowded that we got a different vibe this time. The space feels more like a coffee shop than a true brunch spot. Decor is nice, but seating is tight and most tables are small, so not the most comfortable if you're actually trying to eat a full meal. Service is where things fell off for me this time. I noticed there's an added 10% gratuity built into the menu, even though it's a QR code order-and-pay setup with minimal service. You seat yourself, order on your phone, they run the food out, and that's about it. No water unless you ask, and even then it's basic. The forced gratuity didn't sit right given the level of service. Food was a mixed bag. The strawberry tiramisu was way too sweet -- more like a cream cake loaded with jam than an actual tiramisu. The croissant turkey ham, egg, and cheese sandwich was messy but really good. The shrimp creamy gochujang pasta was just okay -- super spicy and pretty heavy. Pro tip: don't double tip since gratuity is already included. Also, if you're planning to eat a full meal, be prepared to wait for a proper table -- most seating is better suited for coffee and light bites.
