Came here with my family; this was my first time, and I have to say I enjoyed the food -- it was hearty. I had the omelette; it was a nice size and filling. The pancakes were also good, not too big, just a good size. Service was a bit slow, but overall okay. I would go back and try other items. Overall, I had a good experience.

Great pricing, it's hard to find good food (or any food) this cheap lately. They open up early so it's great for early risers. The food is super filling and they have so many side options. Service is always quick. It's not flashy but it's one of our favorite spots for breakfast.

Two Friday sausage, bacon, and hashbrowns and tortillas. Good deal.

First time here been almost opened a yr , sat down quick service huge portion ,,, eggs over medium is way to make sure whites were cooked and sausage was big good bacon good !!!

Food was ok. Service was lacking. Ran out of drinks and we were not checked on once food was dropped off. It was Mother's Day so that may explain it, although, we've been here before and they've been just as busy and service hadn't suffered. Perhaps they were short handed.

Arrived for breakfast 7:20am to beat the crowd. Brand New business so locals flocking in for now. Finally waitress arrived to take drink AND food order. Passed on basic pancake combo. Checked out the breakfast special: 2 small sausage biscuits & gravy, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and a drink. I added a fried pork chop and a side if grits. Result: Staff was nice. Coffee had a weak muddy taste , creamer smelled off,biscuit/sausage small tasty but not homemade. Not sure what oil used to fry eggs, hashbrowns, and pork chop but very off-putting. The pork chop: frozen, thin, dry, difficult to cut. Needless to say I left with 80% of my food on the plate. The waitress asked "how was everything...

Visit was disappointing, ordered lunch. The menu says roll, but it's a slice of white bread. Sauce for Hamburger steak was cold, tasted like it was spooned from a can. Fried okra was freshly made. The french fries were a replacement for the green beans sent back, they were freshly cooked. The hamburger meat was fine. If they would make some improvements, this place would be Hoppin. The service was great.

My wife and I went to Rowlett Cafe and it was OK.. it the best or worse. I am thinking it is Ala carte. I had a bacon English muffin and my wife had a breakfast burrito. My opinion with the owner, what you need to do with one item then don't give a big plate. Need to use a small plate and it looks like bigger sandwich (an illusion).

Kinder to guests and food cooked to a safety standard. I got raw fish in the middle. Never again!

Mom ordered the Western omelet with hashbrowns and fruit; I ordered the Farmer's skillet with fruit. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly - not pale and not too crispy, just perfect. The vegetables were fresh and also not cooked to oblivion - they were perfect. Whoever is in their kitchen, really knows how to prepare/saute veggies properly AND my over-medium eggs were also textbook! Our server was friendly and helped us track down the brand of iced tea they serve - again, delicious! Can't wait to bring my hubby here.

For food, I had the chicken fried chicken, which was crispy, flavorful, and pure comfort on a plate. My son ordered the waffles, and they were light, fluffy, and devoured in minutes. A huge shout-out to Maddie, our server, she was AMAZING. She knows the menu inside and out, gave honest recommendations, and brought the perfect balance of spunky personality and excellent service. She truly elevated the entire experience. Great food, great vibes, thoughtful details, and outstanding service. We'll absolutely be back and recommending 30 Brunch House to everyone we know!

Still good, just a bit too crispy. Service: Friendly, but they dropped the ball at the end. Both drinks ran dry, I sat there forever waiting to pay, and my bottomless coffee was not exactly bottomless. A refill or faster checkout would've made a big difference. Prices: I walked out $30+ lighter, just myself. Breakfast/coffee/tip. The vibe is classic hipster cute with nice decor, but it gets surprisingly loud in there. Would return for those waffles, just maybe not on a rushed morning.

When we checked in, we were told the wait would be about 40 minutes. While we waited, we watched five different parties--most with groups of three to five people--get seated before us. I know they didn't have reservations because two of those groups actually asked us how to check in before they were seated. After waiting the 40 minutes we were originally quoted, I went back to ask why we still hadn't been seated. Instead of an explanation or an apology, I was simply told, "It's going to be another 40 minutes." I truly don't want to believe this was a race issue, but I can't ignore how the experience made me feel. If customer service and fairness matter to you, I encourage you to be mindful of how situations like this can come across. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect, clear communication, and consistency. Let be better people!
