My wife and I were looking for a place for lunch after coming to Rockwall to purchase a new vehicle. After looking on Yelp we decided to try Eggsquisite Cafe and what a great choice. We were greeted with a friendly smile seated right away and they were about half full. Our food came out quickly hot and everything was awesome. I had the veggie omelette it was big and eggs fluffy with fresh berry fruit with a side of grilled ham. My wife had the traditional breakfast she said everything was very good. Staff was prompt restaurant was clean great selection on the menu. The manager was speaking to every table to make sure everyone was happy. We will definitely come back. read more

Came for a self Breakfast today and it was so delightful! The atmosphere is so refreshing, the staff is delightful, and the food was DELICIOUS!! Raymond was so kind and super helpful since I don't eat beef or pork. So I appreciated that they had chicken sausage and turkey bacon as alternatives! Very nice ambiance and the food was really tasty! We were in town for 4 days and ate here every day. The chicken biscuit is a must, I'm still craving that taste combination! The reason for my 4 star review is the restaurant is tight, it's loud, and there's always a wait no matter how early you get there. And the waitlist is not always well managed. Their salsa is some of the best we've had in a LONG time. I had the Chorizo Benedict, with a side of nummy grits. The flavors in the Benedict were a wonderful combination! Hubs ordered a Denver Omelette and enjoyed it very much. He had a side of fresh fruit that was one of the largest helpings of fresh fruit I've seen in a restaurant. Amazing and worth the wait! We had to put our name on the wait list and provide our phone number. We received a text when our table was ready. It's a tiny little restaurant so they don't really have a waiting area inside, so to speak so everyone either just waits in their car or outside until called. Once inside, we were immediately greeted by smiling faces and every single person who stopped by our table was upbeat and smiling and made us feel right as home (in spite of how crazy busy they were). I cannot say enough about their service. We were welcomed by friendly staff and everyone checked on us frequently to make sure everything was good. When she finally came, my eight year-old daughter asked her for a second order of hash browns. When they arrived, the server just pushed our empty plate of the first hash browns aside to make room for the new hash browns because she was tired of waiting.
