    Fairfax with chicken sausage
    Kathy X.

Eggslut is one of those breakfast chains that just hit every time. First of all the cashier is so friendly at this location. I ordered the Fairfax and the egg was perfectly fluffed and cooked, I did add a chicken sausage which I felt like was a little too salty for my liking. They unfortunately ran out of the truffle hash brown bites, and it was only 12:30 PM, however, I ordered the slut instead, and that is always really yummy too.

I figured this shop would be overrated because it's so popular but it's sooo good! I was browsing the menu when I walked in and the cashier asked if I've been here before then explained the popular menu items. She was really sweet! It was also a bit empty in there since it was a Tuesday morning so I was able to easily grab a seat. The sausage and egg sandwich: it was okay! Nothing to write home about but the brioche bread made it super filling. Not a ton of flavor but I'd get a different menu item next time. The truffle hash browns: amazing 10/10 no notes. I'll definitely be returning for those hash browns and to try the other menu items!

The customer service was fantastic. The cashier was very nice and welcoming. The service itself took a little bit but it is nice seeing them cook everything to order. The staff appeared happy and looked to get along very well too which is always pleasant to see The inside was pretty empty but very clean. There were a few other people there but nothing crazy. The food! So the orange juice is definitely a must! The hashbrowns were alright. They were nice and crispy and also pretty thick. They kind of lacked some seasoning though, maybe some extra salt and pepper would've made the difference. They were also a little soggy in the inside. The Fairfax sandwich with their Dijon-aise was pretty good. After a few bites however, the "wetness" of the eggs got a little bit too much for me. I'm not sure if it is the Dijon-aise sauce that made them like that or what, but it kind of became a bit overpowering after a while. The eggs themselves were delicious and nicely seasoned, just too soggy for me.

I always wanted to get eggslut to see what the hype was about and was overall not disappointed but not fully satisfied either. We were glad that there is a Glendale location so it was more accessible to us compared to the other location. Service was nice and quick and it wasn't a bad place to eat at. We had the Fairfax and the egg salad sandwich. At the time they didn't have hash browns available. The sandwiches were honestly good, but not having like had browns or fries kinda made it overly simple, or something just felt missing. I realized how much I'm used to it or how much fries or some kind of side and such would complement it well!

I finally made it over to Eggslut and the food was good but not exactly earth-shattering. The sandwich was fine, nothing I'd go chasing across town for, but the potato tots had me weak. Crispy, salty, golden perfection. Honestly they were the Beyoncé of the whole meal, stealing the spotlight from everything else. The service was a rollercoaster. The business was open but the restrooms were mysteriously locked, and then suddenly everything opened right as the crowd started rolling in. Luckily we beat the rush, but it all felt a little chaotic. The saving grace of the whole experience was Sonia at the register. She was warm, she was bubbly, she asked how everything was, and when we said it was good she lit up like she just won an award. If I could rate her separately, she'd get five stars on her own. Overall it was fun to try once, but between the restroom drama and the slightly messy vibe, I don't think I'll be rushing back. Sonia, though, if you're reading this, you're the real MVP.

First off, Sonia was very polite and offered a sample of the orange juice, which was very friendly of her. The Fairfax sandwich was a 9/10. It was creamy, full of flavor, and very savory. The vanilla cold brew coffee was delicious. The cold brew alone without the cold foam was good. Once I mixed the cold foam and coffee, it was a perfect combination. The orange juice was hands squeezed, which as a person who likes natural fruit drinks, was a huge plus. One of the best orange juices I've ever tried. Overall, the service from Sonia was a 10/10, friendly and polite. The food and drinks were a 9/10. The only thing I would change is that I wish they added strips of bacon to the Fairfax. Will return again and order something different to see what other food sandwiches they have! Thank you EGGSLUT!

Every time we go to the Americana, we always try a new sandwich from Eggslut hoping for an amazing breakfast sandwich. This time was no different and we tried the Sausage, Egg and Cheese. We've tried four sandwiches so far and they were all just average. Staff is extremely nice though and the place is very clean. Sadly, I think that was our last sandwich here.

I love the Fairfax so much, I had one delivered to BUR after arriving early for a flight that was then delayed 4hrs.

TLDR: Order the Fairfax, thank me later. Consider taking a bite before leaving, and if stale (a complaint I'm seeing in many 1-3star reviews), talk to the employees about a remake -- they want you leaving happy with your order! See my 2023 review for Venice location: https://www.yelp.com/biz/eggslut-los-angeles-8?hrid=hDnCa1RjVF50pbOaad_usg&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct) Longer: I saw a photo on social media years (over a decade??) ago when social media was poor quality photos with weird filters (RIP) and bookmarked in my gMaps to try whenever convenient while in LA. I'm a big fan of breakfast sandwiches, but don't usually bother to eat outside of my house 'cause paying someone else to make something I make really well (at a fraction of the cost) does not usually compute. Eggslut, for whatever reason, felt like it would be different. Boy, oh boy, am I grateful I finally got the chance to try a few years ago, and now make every effort to sink my teeth into a sandwich at least once per trip to LA. Looks like locations in Hong Kong and Singapore recently closed. Since global expansion isn't the move, how about SF? Or is the cost of eggs (half joking) causing friction in the business? Seems plenty of people reviewing this location are new to the club, so the market is not saturated stateside. I can't speak to the ambience nor IRL service, as I've only ordered delivery from this location, but my deliveries have always been packaged perfectly for transit, arriving as if I just walked into the shop and picked it up myself. I can see how a stale brioche would turn the experience sour real quick, but thankfully for once I've landed on the upper side of luck.

The Fairfax, egg salad sandwich and hash brown

If you love eggs you'll love their sandwiches. We tried the Fairfax. It's served on a soft brioche bread and their eggs have a soft fluffy texture with a little kick of spice. We also tried their egg salad sandwich. It was also tasty with their honey mustard aioli. The only complaint I had with our meal was the truffle hash brown. It was a little on the salty side. We went on a Sunday around 11 and there was a small line. We also had to wait around 10 min for our food. Street parking is available around the area. Some seating inside as well as some on the outside as well. Overall a good experience and would visit again.

This was my first time having Eggslut when I've heard about it so much for so long and I was NOT disappointed AT ALL. The service was wonderful, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and friendly conversation. The cashier asked if I had been there before and when I replied no, he kindly went over the menu for me and gave me some recommendations, which answered all the questions I had in my head. He was patient while I took time to choose and made sure anything specific was noted. When my food was ready, another person gave it with another genuine smile and wished me a happy day. The interior looked quaint, we took our order to go but I'd love to stay next time. The food, THE FOOD!!!! It was DELICIOUS!!! Literally mouthwatering, I almost went to get more to take home. I'm going to find any excuse to go back and I really wish I had one nearby. I don't know how I will ever live without it

Truffle hash browns - a bit salty but good!

Pretty good breakfast sandwich with all the goodies that I usually look for in an ideal breakfast sandwich! Personally I still prefer "Muffin can stop us" down the street, but it's still worth a try. For 2 bacon/cheese/egg sandwiches, 2 orange juices, and 2 potato hash browns, I paid $50. I found this to be a bit overpriced, however everything in this city is just sky rocketing in price, so unfortunately this is reality. The staff had an assembly line of sandwiches going simultaneously, so I'm not quite sure why it took 20mins for our meal to be ready. But thankfully I found the meal worth the wait, and enjoyed my (very messy!) sandwich. Adding the avocado (for additional $2.50) was worth it, in my opinion. The orange juice was also really good! I'd recommend it :) Overall this was a nice experience and I'd come back!

I was shopping at the Galleria and I really needed a good breakfast to tide me over. Eggslut was right around the corner so we had to try it. We got their breakfast sandwiches (turkey, egg & cheese) and we also tried the French toast sticks served with maple custard. It's kind've the ideal breakfast sandwich. The brioche bun is so soft. The eggs are perfectly cooked, not over or under. And the cheese and honey mustard sauce bring it all together. My biggest qualm was that I could probably have eaten a second one, it was over for me in about 4 bites. The French toast sticks were equally awesome. Every edge of the brioche bread was crispy fried, the bread inside was soft, every millimeter was coated in cinnamon sugar, and it went great with the sweet and creamy custard. That is worth splurging on. It does get crowded, you should mostly just come here for a quick breakfast or take it to go somewhere. They do have some seating but it gets busy and can be limited. If you're nearby, and craving quick but delicious breakfast food, this is a great choice.

Best breakfast sandwich place. The lineup was huge and had to wait around 15 minutes for the food but it was definitely worth it. The eggs are so soft and perfectly seasoned. Along with the bun made an excellent and satisfying sandwich experience. It is fun to see the staff churning out dozens of sandwiches at a time.

Not bold, not nuanced, just lacking flavor altogether. For a restaurant positioning itself as elevated Korean-inspired food, the actual taste felt forgettable. The portions also felt wildly overpriced for what you get. Small plates are one thing when the flavor delivers, but paying premium prices for tiny servings that don't leave an impression is another. It honestly felt more like paying for branding and neon lighting than for quality food. And the biggest red flag? The restaurant was nearly empty at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night. In Highland Park where good spots are packed on weekends, that tells you a lot. Atmosphere and cocktails can only carry a restaurant so far if the food itself isn't giving people a reason to come back. I already know the response will probably mention "modern interpretations," or "playful experimentation," but none of those things excuse bland food and poor value. Reinventing a cuisine is fine but .... it still has to taste good.

We've never had trouble getting a table which is always shocking given the high quality experience. The atmosphere is lovely with exceptional service. But the real highlight is the food and drink! Every drink comes out looking photo ready and delicious. And the food... wow. Everytime we visit (most recently for Mother's Day but we've been 6 times in just 6 months) we discover something new we love. You MUST order either or both of the Pancakes and French Toast. Mostly because of the butterscotch sauce they. One with in the side, the pancakes are really just vehicles for the decadent sauce so good even our friends who don't like sweets insist it's the best. Our preference leans pancakes (a surprise as we also are obsessed with the French toast) because the pancakes are perfect crisp on outside and fluffy inside. The American Breakfast is a perfect compliment to the sweet with everything from the toast, eggs, bacon, and sausage each tasting like miraculous perfection. Other favorites include the Little Corner Cassoulet, and Omelette, but we'd be hard pressed not to admit you can't go wrong with anything to eat or drink here. No doubt our go to place to bring everyone we know who hasn't tried it yet, we'll be back many more times, especially hoping to try their lunch/dinner options soon because if they're even half as delicious as breakfast, we may just have to eat every meal here. Promise this is not hyperbole, give it s try and thank me later!

Some friends have had their eye on Relentless for a while, and lucky us, they asked us to join! And…read moreso glad they did. My hubs and I really enjoyed every aspect of our time at Relentless. Our two servers were fantastic! It was fun talking custom cocktails with one, and food with the other. Both servers, as well as food runners, were ON IT! Very friendly, attentive to each table, and efficient. Our drinks were delicious! The spirits on their shelves are high quality, so drinks were top notch. The bartenders definitely make well balanced, delicious concoctions. And then our food came: Mmm! So many vibrant flavors! Fresh, popping zings of ginger and garlic on the noods, delectable brisket with brightness from the red onion and cilantro wrapped in a comfort blanket of bao, break a sweet sweat from chilis on the spicy tofu noodles, green, bright, and lip smacking umami on the brussels, and bbq perfection on the meat. Everything was taste-bud pleasing in a unique and unexpected ways. Plenary of fans here for the game! Happy Hour after workers, families - everyone welcome. Room at the bar, tables for 2, 4, or 6 - lucky us again - to sit along the large open wall-window that let in the evening breeze. If you want a tiki style cozier vibe, head upstairs to the lift area. Parking is a commodity, and there's no lot here. Street parking in front or on residential side streets. All around great experience! If I were a local, this would definitely be on high rotation!

Very friendly and they provide great service. Their brews menu is TOP NOTCH! The first time I had a P.O.G. cider (not theirs,) and this last time I had their own branded "Resolution Juice" hard seltzer. Honestly I expected something similar to a White Claw or other canned hard seltzer, but this was completely different. The menu stated it had notes of mango, prickly pear, and key lime and I was able to taste all of those flavors. One of the best brews I've had in a while! Their food menu is also awesome. They have a variety of vegan, veg, and non-veg dishes, and everything is soooo reasonably priced. Their vegan lumpia is great, vegan chicken sandwich is great, and this last time I had their wonton chicken salad which was super flavorful and rich. We also got the fried pickles this time which were not my favorite but not necessarily bad either. Highly recommend stopping by here for a casual drink or lunch, you wont regret it!
