The broccoli in the broccoli and cheese was pulverized and you could barely taste the cheese. The buffalo chicken, and crab rangoon were phenomenal. I would normally give three stars for an underwhelmingly average experience (it wasn't a bad experience) but the price came to over $10 per person for what was ultimately fast-food-level stuff. Me and my cousin used to go here all the time. They had Open Mic nights, in which we would go there and sing up a storm. The managers were always polite, accommodating, and really help make the atmosphere feel liberated. Good times. Secondly the food wasn't all that bad. Nothing I'd want from a higher scale location, but very good for the type of eatery it was. I have no complaints. Bento boxes are especially good. The Smoothies; awesome. Great eggroll platters! The crowd is always in favor of the famous platter from eggroll cafe when I bring them to parties. I like to mix it up sometimes. My favorites are the crab rangoon, cheeseburger and southwest. The owners are super friendly. The drinks are really tasty and I love the sealed lid for the bubble teas. Tried this place when I took a few summer courses at Umass Lowell. My classmates insisted that I tried taco filled eggroll. What? An eggroll that is taco flavored?? uhh... ok! WOW, I love eggrolls. Been going here since my college years. This is the only place i get my honeydew blended bubble tea. You can't taste the powder, and the amount of sweetness in it is how i like it. Also try out their taro bubble tea! I can't ever decide between taro and honeydew. Their bubble teas are all powder base but some of them taste better made with powder than with real fruit IMO. Their eggrolls are a bit pricey but hey we pay for convenience right? My all-time favorites are the Singapore, crab rangoon, and samosa.
