Had a technician come out today for our first appointment and I couldn't be more impressed!…read more Our technician explained all the different options and what would be best for our current needs in our area. I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. I'm terrified of scorpions!! He put me at ease. Thank you again Insectek. We look forward to continuing our service in the future and have put in a request to have our same tech that was out today as our regular technician.

Loud Shout-Out to Simply Green Pest Control!…read more Most pests don't bother me. I can handle scorpions, rats, mice, snakes... but, for whatever reason, I am not equipped to handle arachnids. I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so incredibly grateful.

Second service with green magic and our service rep Branton and we are very pleased…read more As with all pest control companies the value is really in the results / product application but the service rep can make or break the experience. And Branton has far exceeded those expectations! His thoroughness is only exceeded by his friendliness. Both inside and outside post control is needed in our home. We have tons of crickets and occasional spotting of scorpions. But so far they have stayed outside. Hard to tell in the photo by my favorite part is how wet and saturated with product he leaves my house property! That's a great thing for lasting results! Lastly, Branton was training a new guy today and I would like to say he's being trained by the best! Highly recommended this company. Ty for taking great care of us.

We have some rental properties, and our own home, and Sonoran comes out almost always same day, or next day when we have a major issue. Most recently, we had a swarm of bees move into our attic through a gap in the corner of our house. I text Jeremy on Sunday, and he had Hunter out here Monday. We have two small kids and some bees got into the house. They took care of the swarm to keep us safe, and we didn't have to wait days or weeks. We also have Sonoran come out to do perimeter sprays to keep crickets, roaches, whatever else, out of our houses and their solution is very effective, and lasts. They are very affordable and well priced. We had a termite issue and they referred us to another company who did great work. Every pest issues we've had, Sonoran has taken care of very quickly and is always available when we need them!
