I never have written a review but I had such a bad experience I need to warn people. I have been having this company spray for insects monthly for past 5 years and they have done an annual termite inspection. This is the second time I have had a termite problem and they never caught it. I had them come out to treat area. I still had the problem and when they came out again they only wanted to do an inspection. I already had the termite problem. They knew they needed to treat the area but they really don't want to take care of a problem just charge to do inspections! read more

They hired someone they thought had a good work ethic...they were wrong. He has since been let go from the company. After the second treatment from this ex agent, we were ready to find another company. Minding, we have been with A-Agent since it was SunTech and before that, part of Strike Force. A loooong time! In comes John. Who had actually done our treatments in the past before A-Agents bought from SunTech. First and foremost, John's knowledge of pests and their behaviors is truly impressive. He takes the time to thoroughly inspect my property, identifying the root cause of the pest problem and assessing the extent of the infestation if any. He patiently explains the situation to me, answering all of my questions with clarity and expertise. His ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner is greatly appreciated. Called A-Agents for an inspection and estimate for termites. Tony arrived 2 days later and did an inspection and within 2 hours had sent an email with an estimate for treating the problem. Called the next day to schedule a time for the work to be performed, and left a voice message for the owner to call back so as to schedule the service. No return phone call. Sent an email asking A-Agents to call me to schedule work. No answer. Called the next day (3rd attempt to schedule the work, left a message again. No return phone call. 3 strikes and you're out. Don't bother, if they're too busy to return a phone(s)call after they've inspected and written a work estimate, then they're too unreliable to do my work. Find another service. Very disappointing as I had used them a few years ago for a spot termite treatment. Whoever is handling the phone work and follow-up for scheduling has let us and their other workers down. read more

Our condo complex uses A-Agents for all of the common areas and I use them for my condo. Well, I should say I use him. John is our A-Agent rep and he is fantastic. He calls every month the day before to remind me and confirm the time. He always shows up and is always careful to be quick, thorough and extremely professional. He works the entire area alone and is never late, never rushed, always professional and a pleasure to do business with. I have never had any major bug problems except for a stray scorpion once in a while but given how our property is infested with those ugly suckers the fact that I may find one or two a year on a wall is something I can handle.
