This company is the best out there of it's kind. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I don't know what I would have done without these people when I had my bedbug problem....I was so freaked out by this that I was literally sleeping on my coffee table. All the companies I called prior to Naturezone wanted to charge me outrageous amounts of money, with no real guarantee that my problem would be fixed. They freaked me out more than I already was. Finally, after much research I found Naturezone (my heros). They were half the price (or more) of the other companies, they immediately alleviated a lot of my fear, they guaranteed that they could completely fix my problem, without potentially ruining my stuff, AND THEY DID EXACTLY THAT. The guy that came to treat my house not only completely got rid of my bedbug problem, but also alleviated all the rest of my fear and anxiety about this horrible nightmare. He also taught me preventative measures to insure i never have this situation again. They even included preventative treatment at my new house almost a full year later in the initial price. If you have a bedbug problem....This is the company to call. You won't find a better price or service out there!!!!!!!!!!!! I am forever grateful to Naturezone Pest Control!!!!! read more

FANTASTIC COMPANY! I recently (unfortunately) discovered that a health care worker brought a bedbug into my home. Called Bill Stewart for an inspection; he arrived at my home on time, and immediately put me completely at ease regarding the situation; his inspection was incredibly thorough (MUCH more thorough than other companies that offer a "free" inspection. Bill looked over all my furniture etc with a fine tooth comb. We scheduled his chemical treatment for 3 days later. He arrived on time, completed the treatment, and provides a 12 MONTH warranty (most valley companies only provide 30 days). He also gave me lots of valuable tips to eliminate this awful pests asap. I GIVE BILL STEWART AND NATURZONE MY HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION. Also his price was extremely reasonable (much lower than another company I had consulted). I did not need the "heat treatment" that another company said I did, at a cost of $3000.! Total cost to me for the treatment and inspection was only $700. Again, I can't recommend this company highly enough. EXCELLENT! read more

Bill Stewart was wonderful, and prices are very reasonable. I called him mid day because I was worried we might have a bed bug problem (we had seen a live one in the room. First, he spent about 20minutes talking to me and explaining allot, had me text a picture of the bug, which he immediately identified as a female. He arranged to get out to my house later that same day, thoroughly inspected all beds and rooms in the house & pushed up mattress and box springs, laid down underneath headboard with flashlight. Told me no signs of infestation. I appreciate the honesty. He did not even charge for the over the phone time he spent consulting with me that day, and when my roommate called him the next day with further questions. I will certainly call him in the future for ANY bug problem. He is professional, knowledgeable and gets right down to business. Highly recommend him. read more

I worked with Bill extensively over the phone to discuss bed bug issues and the different treatment techniques. He was more than willing to spend as much time as necessary to discuss getting rid of the problem. I had talked with 4 other companies and they only wanted to contract me into a job without discussing the issue and solutions. When I had my appointment with the technician, Jeromy, he was extremely professional and was not condescending at all. He showed me techniques for the future and I was more than thrilled to have a 1 year warranty for ANY future issues. We can easily sleep at night knowing that we will not be food for these uninvited pests. I would gladly use them again and refer any of my friends and neighbors. read more

I have been a customer with Naturzone 5 years and I am extremely happy with their service. I have never had any issues with their work. Once, a week after our service, we had a new ant hill pop up. I called to ask them what is best to use to get rid of it and they came right out that day and took care of it! They definitely take pride in their work. My current tech, Jeffrey West, is so friendly and professional. He shows up and services my property in a timely manner and lets me know if he found any new issues or not. I highly recommend Naturzone. read more

I have used Naturezone for more than ten years after switching from another pest control company that was more expensive, toxic, and ineffective. Naturezone's service has always been excellent, and I haven't had any issues with bugs since they took over my monthly pest control treatment. Recently, Naturezone started offering termite treatments, and I switched to them for that as well. After having chronic termite problems, despite a warranty and treatments with another company, I had Naturezone treat my house for termites. Problem solved! read more

We started several years ago when a friend recommended Bill to us because we needed a pest control company that did not use harsh products. We had never met such a knowledgeable technician. They use products that don't trigger any of our allergies and our pets are never sick. They always answer questions with thoroughness and expertise. Chris has been doing a great job at our new home. Customer service is always first rate, with genuine concern and patience. We always recommend Naturezone. read more

11 years of consistency and excellence. Chris Stewart shows up, lets me know he is here, does his service and looks for unusual issues that may need to be treated. He then lets me know he is done and asks if there is anything else I need or want. And he is polite! The company always calls to let me know when he will be here. And Chris emails a copy of his work order so I know what he has done. Plus I appreciate the non-toxic chemicals that do the job and do not affect our dog. Thanks. read more

My niece needed an exterminator ASAP and they spent an hour on the phone giving advice and making sure her needs were met. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and caring. They explained everything in great detail and even assisted her with moving her heavy furniture outside. It's nice to know people are out there not just to make a buck but to make sure you come out better than you first went in and are comfortable with the decisions you make in keeping your home safe. read more

Chris Stewart is fantastic! We have had Naturzone for twelve years and I wouldn't change! Chris will always go above and beyond to meet your needs without hesitation. I have only had a couple of times in all of those years where I needed them to come back and spray again for ants, and they did so without any additional cost. They are also great about being flexible with our work schedules to make sure we are home and can have our garage open and sprayed. read more

Tim treats our property every other month and does a great job taking care of our vacation home. We show up when the weather gets cold and there's not a bug in sight! He also takes care of our rental property in Johnson Ranch and that can be a real challenge because our renter has a dog in the backyard so Tim has to work around her schedule. He schedules early morning or late evening, whatever works for her. I really appreciate that! read more

We have been Naturzone customers for about 4 years. Tim Holliday is our service provider and we could not be happier. He always provides excellent service and is a pleasure to deal with. We are always notified in advance of the treatment and Tim always takes the time to ask us if we're having any problems that need to be addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Naturzone (and Tim) to anyone needing pest control service. read more

Chris Stewart is the best! He makes sure to address any concerning areas we have and is very knowledgeable about plants. He's given us advice and recommendations on how to care for our plants, above and beyond a pest control service! We have been using Naturzone for many years, maybe 8 or so? If we have any issues after our monthly service, they will always come back out for another visit for no extra charge. We love them. read more

I love Chris Stewart! Not only is he friendly and does a great job but he goes out of his way to be helpful. One day just as he was showing up, I was backing out of my driveway and he noticed I had a flat tire. I know he is on a schedule but he offered to change it and put on the spare tire anyway. I live alone so I greatly appreciated it since I don't know how to change a flat. Thank you Chris! Brooke Hanson read more

Extremely satisfied with NaturZone!! Been using them for about 5 years. Previous owner of our home struggled with pests and especially scorpions.
