Very bad breakfast experience on many levels. We were ignored at our table-waitress couldn't have cared less-food tasted reheated-won't return read more

Nice place! The service was fast and the food was delicious! I had the breakfast burrito with hash browns it was huge! My husband had the cinnamon roll flapjacks and they were very good! Even the hash browns were amazing! read more

First and last time here. I wish I read the reviews here first before going today. We were sat at a crammed table with my back almost touching the booth behind me. The waitstaff and customers had to squeeze passed me to walk by. An older woman kept apologizing to me because I had to get up so she could walk passed with her walker. I felt terrible. Our waitress was polite and apologetic. She may have felt overwhelmed today because we didn't get silverware and she told us to taste our soda because she wasn't sure which cup had what soda in it. She also forgot a side of toast and dropped silverware on one of us. There was plastic in my soup. Gross. The waitress offered to replace it, but I declined. My family member ordered his dish without an ingredient due to his allergy of it. Guess what? It was in there....loaded with it. We were done with our meals when he got a new dish. You would think the manager would have talked to us about the kitchen errors. Nope. We had to ask to speak with him. He said he would talk to his kitchen staff. I'm not sure if there was a recent change in staff, but this place is so disorganized. We heard tables asking for silverware because the hostess didn't bring it, asking for their waiter to order and two people walked out because no one went to their table. The restaurant had two or three hostesses and probably 5 or 6 waiters working today. It's not a big place. Other than the nice waitress, the food presentation was very nice, the food wasn't bad and the prices are decent. However, we will not go back. read more

Best breakfast place- come here almost every Sunday!! Highly recommend the pacific scrambler. And the fresh orange juice is perfect.

First off, no Splenda. I know some restaurants don't keep it on the table but when asked have some. This place, just no. They have a 2 egg meal on their menu, asked for 1 egg instead of 2. The waitress came back and said I could have 1 but I would be charged for 2. Said no thanks, I'll just eat some of my husbands food. Lastly they have cubed potatoes as an option instead of their frozen hash browns but they charge $1.50 extra. Ridiculous. Won't ever return there. read more

This was a terrible experience. Food was cold when delivered after excess waiting. Asked to heat up. Then came back 10 minutes later even colder! No apology or acknowledgement! Was insulted by a 15% off only 1 item! Insulting and no manager to be found! Would give it a minus star if I could!!! Terrible food and service!! Recommend going anywhere else! read more

Came here on a Monday morning and ordered 2 skillets. The service was so slow I could've went home and cooked my own, ate them, and came back to the restaurant before ours came out. When our "skillets" finally came out, I was presented with an omelet, not the skillet I ordered. While the waitress offered to take it back and bring a skillet, I wasn't about to wait for them to cook a new meal, as we already had to wait incredibly long for the wrong food. The waitress then never came back to our table after the food was brought out; we had to get up and find her to get our bill. She then brought the bill to the table and apologized for the wrong order of food and admitted it was her fault, not ours. She said next time the skillet will be free on the house. There will be no next time. I shouldn't have had to pay for the omelet today, or for the nonexistent service during the meal. read more

I was there for breakfast on a Friday morning. I was very impressed. We were greeted right away. Waitress was great, food was delicious. I got the Vegi skillet. I would definitely recommend and order again. Prices were reasonable. It was great! read more

Went for the 1st time. Our food was good, environment was nice, service was good as well. We will go back and support another local Bartlett business doing a good job! read more

best gluten free Belgium waffle i've ever had

The first time I went there was during the week. Service was good and so was the classic crepe. My husband and I went back about a month later. It was on a Sunday, so there was a wait. No problem. The problem was with our waitress, Tiara. She was so RUDE and had the worst attitude!! Had to keep asking the busboy to get her for us. When I said something about her not coming back to us, she said, "I have other tables". Not a good attitude. A sorry would have been nice. I just saw a friend I know and we were talking about your place. She had the same RUDE waitress, Tiara!! Management, if you are reading this you need to get rid of her!! I don't know why I even left her 20%. She was awful!! Not sure if I'll return because of her!! read more

Extreamly greasy food and not the best service. Our waitress had no personality and almost never came to our table.

Today I brought in a party of 18 children and adults. I had made a reservation last week but they didn't have the reservation. They got tables together for us but seemed annoyed that they had to deal with us. We had 13 special need students and school staff. The server tried but things went slow. Food came out slow with many mistakes. The soup never came out before the meal. Then the bill came and we realized that children's drinks were not included at 2.95 each. I talked to server about it and she came back and said the manager said the menu clearly states that drink is not included. I think that the manager should of addressed it herself. I think the manager could have tried to make us feel better but she never asked how anything was or even tried to show she cared .Our kids and staff come from a Bartlett school of 400 children. I think that word of mouth is strong so I hope they learn from this. read more

Service was less than stellar...slow and food came out cold. Did not acknowledge or apologize for the disservice. When asked to compensate for food that wasn't edible, they only took 15% off of that item, not the entire bill or at least the entire item. Very bad business. Will not return. read more

Awesome food selection! The stuffed cinnamon roll French toast was amazing. The proportions are pretty big and everything is $10 for the most part. Service was great, our waitress was really friendly and we always had a full cup of coffee in front of us. We will definitely be back! read more

Service was good. Food was just okay. Eggs a little undercooked, sausage over cooked. French toast ok. Potatoes were good. There are other places in the area I would choose first even if I had to wait. There's no wait here for a reason. read more

I tried this new place this weekend and it was fabulous! It was very busy but the service was excellent! I HIGHLY recommend it!

Tried this place for the first time today, my wife's second time. always willing to try new places for breakfast. Our server was Morgan she was friendly & fast, the food on the other hand was not up to par for my standards I ordered the B & G, my hash browns were over cooked and tasted like burnt oil.The biscuit & gravy were the worse couldn't even eat them because of the taste they had no sausage flavor and tasted more like a cheap gravy mix that required a water additive, my bacon was over cooked and looked like it was probably cooked twice. eggs were good & my wife's omelette was very good. Don't think I will be going back If they can't make gravy mix from scratch then I wonder how much of their other menu items or processed mixes.. read more

Food was good. I had the country skillet. Great flavor and the biscuits and gravy was so good. Pancakes were ok. They would be much better if the syrup that they served wasn't the cheapest they could find. It had no butter or maple flavor to it. Just sweetness. Great menu lunch and dinner. Togo bags were a brown paper grocery style bag. Needed to have a handle on it. Overall good food just need a little tweaking here and there. read more

Was excited to try a new place. Unfortunately we will not be going again. Service was HORRIBLE! Took 10 minutes just for waitress to get to our table once we were sat.(place was not even busy)Our waitress was clueless. For a simple soup & salad, omelette and 2 very simple kids meals the meal took 45 mins to get to our table. When the soup was set down there were splatter spots all over the bowl. The waitress only checked on us once after our order was taken. No refills on drinks or anything. Just dropped off check. Waste of time and money read more

I visited FLAPPY'S for the first time 4 days ago for breakfast. My friends & I were very pleased with the quality & quantity of the breakfast entrees we ordered. We set up a date to meet here AGAIN! I brought my sister here yesterday for lunch. We both ordered burgers which were huge & very gourmet! Speaking of gourmet, they double fry their French fries! I am NOT a big French fry person, but THESE were outstanding!!!! Julian, our waiter was very friendly, very accommodating. I will continue to be a repeat customer! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! read more

This restaurant just opened in the former location of a great Irish pub. The food was very good. I had a Tex Mex skillet and my wife had crepes. Both were fantastic. The skillet came with cinnamon swirl French toast. Well made with fresh ingredients. The portions were huge. We're not light eaters but we barely ate half. Breakfast for tomorrow I guess. Good service. Too bad they didn't leave the bar from the Irish pub. Would have enjoyed a Bloody Mary or mimosa. read more

Finally tried this place. Ate there for breakfast. Food is really good. I had meat skillet with pancakes as my side. My daughter is a vegan and although she couldn't find a breakfast food she found a sandwich. Server was really knowledgeable about what was in food when asked. I would definitely go back. read more

Food is delicious but you guys have to get a handle on wait times. When you get seated, it is like your servers disappear, let alone to order or get a refill on coffee. Update the service and I will gladly bump up the rating but to wait so long for service, and for food, makes me only come here when I know I have an hour and half to 2 hours to kill. read more

Let me first start with this restaurant is still new at this location. With that said, the server was great, friendly and attentive. The coffee was very good. It looks like it will be too strong but has good flavor. We ordered silver dollar pancakes for our toddler to keep him occupied. They were about 4 inch pancakes. My wife ordered the cinnamon roll French Toast. It was very good and the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. I ordered the Irish Skillet and that's where are experience went south. The menu said homemade corn beef hash and it was the canned stuff. The hash and hash browns had no color and tastes flat and mushy. The eggs, again, were cooked perfectly along with the toast. I spoke to the manager and gave positive feedback to be given to the cook. We will go back to see if they have changed. read more

5-3-17 @ 12:00 noon... I was there today with a large group of people. Many of us ordered salads. I ordered a Mediterranean salad. When I looked at it on the menu it was was close to a Greek salad. The BIG bowl was short on lettuce, no egg, and no anchovies. I like anchovies and am on a diet. I left hungry. When we ALL complained on NO eggs in the salad we were told they ran out....WHAT! Waitress pleasant. I waited for them to boil my egg. And, we all were given a complimentary cup of soup to take home...I didn't spill anything...however, mine was half full. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not my plan to visit again. Was tasty what little I had. read more

This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. We got seated immediately and our server was at our table within one minute of being seated. Our order was out in five minutes and everything was excellent and of a decent proportion side. We had enough to take home and enjoy the next day. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast / lunch place to eat. read more

the way i feel now one star is way to good. my wife and i went there this morning and no one else was waiting we were told it would be just a few minutes while they cleaned a table. after 5-10 minutes another customer walked in and was told the same thing. after watching 5 tables leave while we were standing there and 2 were empty when we got there when the hostess finally came back to the counter i informed her we watched 5 tables get up and leave while we were standing for 15-20 minutes by then and asked when will they clean some. her response was i don't clean tables which made me very angry and i said F--k you and she said the same thing back to me. the other customer waiting got up and left and as he walked by he said to me "what a bitch". we asked to see the manager and she refused so i shouted it at the top of my lungs so the whole restaurant would hear and still nothing. we walked out never to return again. read more
