I came in to pick up the prescription for my wife who had arthroscopic surgery on her leg earlier in the morning. I needed to pick up aspirin for her to relieve possibility of blood clots and a a pain killer prescription. I spend abut 10 minutes looking at the wide variety of aspirins. I went to the counter and asked him and he told me I should select a low dose and something else which I cannot recall at the moment. He also told me the aspirins are included in the prescriptions and explained to me the dossages and frequency of the pain killer and the aspirins. I was very nervous coming from the my wife's surgery and he took time to explain the prescritions and dosages. Thank you so very much. This is why we have been using Walgreens since I was a kid growing up in Chicago, the employees care about their customers.

I came here for a covid booster shot after making a reservation online. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed and filled out the paperwork online before arriving and it made no difference at all. I wasn't able to check in until about 410 and the tech had a problem with the computer. Then I waited and waited and waited. I got my shot behind a screen and the pharmacist was good at distracting me when she jabbed me. She told me to be sure to drink lots of fluids. I would give the pharmacist five stars for her dedication! This is the second pharmacy I've been to this month that has staffing problems. We all need service and our drugs but let's show some patience. If you have none, visit a different walgreens and don't cause these overworked people any more stress.

This location has consistently: Delayed my needed medication due to being out of stock, been rude when I have called to inquire about my medicine, or completely cancelled because of "supply issues". If they were going to cancel it, the least they could have done was inform me so I could get my needed medicine elsewhere. I just find it unacceptable the level of "customer service" I have received as a long time customer. In the past 6 months since switching, I haven't had an issue with my new pharmacy once.
