To the point now, you get your food in pieces and often incomplete. I cant say for certain if this was done maliciously or intentionally, but the person working the drive-thru is incredibly rude and gets triggered when you ask for a stopper, bag or napkins. That was the case today, we asked for a stopper , got a major attitude for it and then noticed when we got home, bagel looks like this. (see picture) Whether he crumbled it in his hand or they bake and serve it like this. Service is absolutely terrible!! Unbelievable!

Le P'tit was the first to pop up on my feed and immediately caught my attention due to its unique menu, historic building, and secluded outdoor oasis for the fair weather seasons. When asked where I wanted to have dinner on my birthday, the answer was easy, L'ptit! We were greeted by the Chef Chopra outside, who welcomed us and asked us to choose the seat that suited us best in or outdoors. We chose a seat outside as it seemed most guests were enjoying the nice weather in the garden. Chef Chopra introduced himself and explained the complimentary montadito, and presented the current specials. We loved that he took time to ask what brought us in, and when we said that we were building a new home in Bartlett only minutes away, he shared that although he has been all over the world he always misses good old Bartlett, IL. This is the kind of connection and service you won't find at franchise restaurants! We enjoyed cocktails, myself a dirty tini with bleu cheese stuffed olives, and my husband the traditional old fashioned and the P'tit old fashioned - both of which he enjoyed. We ordered the hummus for an appetizer - my husband never orders humus. Not a drop was left. It was so flavorful, and since I am intolerant to gluten we loved that it was served with cucumber "chips". We will definitely order this again! Our entrees were both specials - mine the steak and shrimp tower and my husband's the Birria. We could t decide whose was better. The shrimp and steak were so flavorful and beautifully cooked, and the beef and consommé of my husband's was out of this world. My takeaways from Le P'tit: We will be there - regularly, before we move into our home, and after! Have a cocktail, they are fabulous. Talk to Chef Chopra any chance you get. He has seen the world and loves to see his guests enjoying his menu and the atmosphere of his establishment. This is what supporting local is about! Enjoy your time at Le P'tit. Savor. Take a moment to slow down, disconnect from the outside and connect with the ones around you and enjoy the wonderfully and thoughtfully prepared dishes on the menu. We can't wait to be back!

They allow you to sample some of the flavors, and my friends did that, but once I saw the "S'more to Love" flavor of ice cream, I just had to order it. Like any other ice cream shoppe, this one offers different types of cones. They have waffle, sugar, and dipped cones, as well as bowls and waffle bowls. There are plenty of toppings you can choose from, too! For those who are not fans of traditional ice cream, the shoppe has plenty of other menu options: shakes, malts, coffee, popcorn, sundaes, chillers, cotton candy, cannolis, tiramisu, edible cookie dough, and rootbeer floats. Only some ice cream places offer those things, so I like that this place has unique options. When we arrived, they were closing in about 30 minutes; however, the two teenage workers didn't seem to mind and allowed us to take our time with choosing our flavors. They also didn't kick us out as the time got closer to closing time, but we felt bad and left before that anyway. Price-wise, it's comparable to other places: $3.99 for a kids' scoop, $4.99 for one scoop, $6.49 for two scoops, and $7.99 for three scoops. A plain waffle bowl or cone is $1 extra, specialty waffle cones that are dipped and have peanuts are $1.75 extra, and chocolate-dipped waffle cones are $1.50 extra. Cake cones are not extra. Overall, I would definitely come back here, and my friends agreed that they would, too. The ice cream is fresh and delicious, they have many unique options, the service is friendly and quick, and they have a cute seating area.
