As fate would have…read moreit, I ended up here again (except now it's the Walgreens "Healthcare Clinic") this past week for a TB test and potential physical. The TB test went well -- all the ladies that helped me were patient and friendly. When I came back earlier today for the TB reading (I don't have TB -- which I already knew... yay?), I realized the physical portion wasn't filled out. People at a different location had told me earlier in the week that I didn't need the full physical as there was only one question that needed to be answered. The woman I met today told me I needed the full physical and had to pay the fee for it (something like $70). Although my physical was less than a year ago, my new job needs one within the past 90 days... which sucks. I explained to the woman that I already had a physical earlier this year and was bummed that I'd need to pay again for another physical.Since I needed it for work, I told her to "go ahead and just do the full physical anyway." If I had to pay, I had to pay. She took my papers, went in the back, and came out with the papers signed. She looked up my records and just used the information from the last physical since it was less than a year old. All I needed on paper was documentation within the past 90 days. It was a clever loophole. There was no need for a newer, pricey physical. I was shocked but incredibly pleased and grateful. Now that's customer service!

The employee checking me out was super friendly without pushing any upsell. She told me about similar eyeliner brands - I forgot why, but it was something related to a common issue with the one I buy. She also complimented the clothes of two customers who had just walked in. I like how she added such a personal touch to the "proceedings."

She grabbed it, but while trying to push me to open an Ulta credit card, she must've thrown the item away. I didn't realize until I got home that it wasn't in my bag. I rushed back before closing, and she insisted she put it in my bag. Claimed to check the cameras and told another worker the same. I checked my car still nothing. When I came back and pointed to the trash bin by the register, she pulled my order right out of it and tried to act like it wasn't a big deal. When I asked for a manager, she told me she was the manager (she wasn't). Thankfully another employee went and got the real supervisor. Whether this was an "accident" or not, I don't know how many customers this has happened to but it felt shady. Stacey should not be in that position, and Ulta needs to do better.

When I did my initial research and consultation, I was very impressed by Dr Dillion's level of professionalism, knowledge and expertise. His team (especially Elizabeth, who worked with my case almost exclusively) was responsive and helpful from start to finish with just about every need I had. Elizabeth is AH-MAZING at taking care of client needs. She has a great disposition, she was available at all times for questions/concerns even via her personal cell. Elizabeth is a great asset to the team. My procedures and recovery were a lot tougher than I'd ever imagined; but they helped me through. Follow-up care from their team is superb. The pandemic hit in Feb 2020 and it closed the lines of communication. I continued progress by developing healthier eating & fitness goals. Today I look at my body with a confidence I never had before my procedures with Dr Paul Dillion!. His work has been a stepping stone to living a healthier, fit lifestyle and I love it. I'm grateful I found their team to service the changes I wanted to see in my body.
