This store needs help! It's dirty and there's not much staff on duty. They had only 2 people working at the pharmacy. I overheard the pharmacist saying that she didn't have time to take lunch today and several days this week. That must be terrible! I came here for a covid booster shot after making a reservation online. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed and filled out the paperwork online before arriving and it made no difference at all. I wasn't able to check in until about 410 and the tech had a problem with the computer. Then I waited and waited and waited. I got my shot behind a screen and the pharmacist was good at distracting me when she jabbed me. She told me to be sure to drink lots of fluids. I would give the pharmacist five stars for her dedication! This is the second pharmacy I've been to this month that has staffing problems. We all need service and our drugs but let's show some patience. If you have none, visit a different walgreens and don't cause these overworked people any more stress. read more

Store review: Good location, well stocked, friendly staff. I had no issues with visiting this location or even using my coupons for sale items. The 1 star is for the Pharmacy department. The employees acted like I was a nuisance. They were very unfriendly, both the cashier and pharmacist. Would definitely recommend taking a short drive down the road to the country farm location. read more

This is an okay walgreens. I love that the pharmacists are always really nice and they take the time to listen and answer questions. I like that this store is clean and well organized. if you buy from the dry food aisle, be weary of the expiration dates. Things are often sitting on the shelf that are already expired. They will refund or exchange with out any problems, but it is a pain if you are already home. Also their photo department has been on the fritz for a while. Many online same day pick up services are listed as temporarily unavailable at this location. read more

This is the slowest pharmacy! There can be nobody in line and i still spend a good 15 min waiting to be helped. Most of the employees are rude. Changed pharmacy becuase i just cant deal with them. Everytime i went in there was an issue. They even gave me the wrong persons meds once. Be careful! read more

If I could put this location out of business I would. This goes for the pharmacy. Prescriptions that are called in just sit idle for hours at end. Everytime I need to call myself and ask it be filled after 5 hours have passed and it's just sitting unfilled. The wait times in line are beyond ridiculous. Usually don't except to be in and out in under 20 minutes. Unacceptable they have 1 person answering calls, answering questions, verifying insurance, handling insurance issues, taking new prescriptions and checking out those standing online waiting to pickup prescriptions. read more

The worst area of this store is the pharmacy department. There could be 5 or more standing behind the counter working and they all look lost. When there is no line I wait 20 mins and longer. It's mostly due to the pharmacist. She is beyond horrible. She is slow and then confused who needs a consult in order to complete the transaction. Either get a new pharmacist or hire two back there. Preferably hire associates who understand a sense of urgency and multitasking. Also my prescription has been lost many times. They need to get organized. read more

I dropped off my disposable camera 2-3 months ago. i kept calling to ask if they had the pictures ready and they said no. i called today and apparently they never had it in the first place? called 5 different locations to see if they had my pictures and in case i got the location wrong but none of them said they had it. awful service on their part, didn't give me a receipt when i dropped it off either so there's no serial number or anything. also lost my entire damn camera! read more

I've had my prescription filled here one time. I'm not from the area, but figured it would operate like any other normal Walgreens. Wasted my time, the time of others, and made me feel like a criminal or something. They claimed to be short staffed, which is fine, but the amount of time they spent "verifying my address" was completely absurd. read more

The people that work at the pharmacy are really nice to me. I don't really understand why people get mad about waiting because it's not like they're sitting around doing nothing, you just happen to be unlucky and you got stuck in line. I got one of my shots here and I was stuck at work for so long and they were willing to take me in even though they were about to close. I see too many flip out at the workers and it's not even their fault, it could be because of their insurance or whatever. read more

I'm not giving this star rating on the store. This star rating is towards the pharmacy department. They tell you your meds will be ready at a specific time but when you make a trip back over there your meds aren't actually ready so they make you come back. When you come again for the 2nd time and ask if everything is in the bag they say yes but when you get home it actually isn't. So after a long day at work and a long visit at the endocrinologist you get to make a 3rd trip for your much needed meds. In this case the missing meds was my insulin for my insulin pump. And yes, you have to park and get out every time because this location has no drive thru window. This isn't the first time this pharmacy has messed up on my medication either. Problem is its the closest one to my house and is suppose to be convenient. read more

Make the additional drive to go to a different branch of Walgreens if that is your preferred pharmacy. Always a mess trying to get an update on a prescription, you aren't notified if there is a delay. Also, don't be surprised if you are asked personal health questions in front of all of those standing in line, since it seems the pharmacist is over worked and backlogged instead of calling to confirm the information confidentially. read more

This pharmacy is a joke, I have had nothing but problems refilling prescriptions for me and my 1 yr old daughter for the past 2 days, I have had to call multiple times and be told the prescription was put back and I can pick up tomorrow, then for tomorrow to come and be told they have no prescription ready on file they need to put it thru again and it will be another 3 hrs or until tomorrow again, they told me they couldn't flavor a medication for my 1 yr old and it has been nothing but a struggle to get her to take this medication, then I ask another employee and they said it could have been flavored, nobody knows wth they are doing or talking about here... This is ridiculous, i cant believe they allow these people to handle important medications for people. They need a new staff read more

Pharmacy does not follow rules for HIPAA and privacy act. I waited in line, which is far enough away from the counter so as not to hear customer/pharmacist conversation. Then it was my turn...the previous customer stood right next to me as she waited for her rx to be researched. I had to wisper my personal information to the pharm tech. Also, that customer was looking down at my personal info on the verification screen pad, as the pharm tech was discussing my personal information to complete the transaction! There were two other patrons hovering a few feet away at the 2nd checkout at the same counter! So be careful to protect your privacy and personal information when you visit this Walgreens Pharmacy. read more

Horrible pharmacy. Always slow. Always a long line. Never have the prescriptions I need in stock. Say 30 min for a prescription to be filled and takes 2 hours. Just make the drive and go somewhere else. read more
