The last time I came here for the Take Care clinic, I had a negative experience. As fate would have it, I ended up here again (except now it's the Walgreens "Healthcare Clinic") this past week for a TB test and potential physical. The TB test went well -- all the ladies that helped me were patient and friendly. When I came back earlier today for the TB reading (I don't have TB -- which I already knew... yay?), I realized the physical portion wasn't filled out. People at a different location had told me earlier in the week that I didn't need the full physical as there was only one question that needed to be answered. The woman I met today told me I needed the full physical and had to pay the fee for it (something like $70). Although my physical was less than a year ago, my new job needs one within the past 90 days... which sucks. I explained to the woman that I already had a physical earlier this year and was bummed that I'd need to pay again for another physical.Since I needed it for work, I told her to "go ahead and just do the full physical anyway." If I had to pay, I had to pay. She took my papers, went in the back, and came out with the papers signed. She looked up my records and just used the information from the last physical since it was less than a year old. All I needed on paper was documentation within the past 90 days. It was a clever loophole. There was no need for a newer, pricey physical. I was shocked but incredibly pleased and grateful. Now that's customer service! read more

While in the store I viewed Walgreens' shift lead Maggie out on the floor restocking the floor with her nose completely or if her mask. If customers are supposed to be wearing a mask while in the store, then how come Walgreens' shift is only wearing her mask halfway, especially while touching products? When I approached her and asked her why her nose was out of her mask, she stated that her mask had "fallen down". I wear a surgical mask everyday at work and they just don't "fall down". read more

Scheduled for appt for Covid Booster. Arrived before the scheduled time. Filled EVERYTHING out on line. Kasia (tech) hands me a clipboard with all the paperwork.. fill that out..new tech walks up (actually looks up in computer) and low and behold it's there. Kasia alsosays I cant get flu shot. Overall the inventory is okay and if they don't have it on the shelf make sure you ask about checking the back. Most recently my major savings was on huggies diaper 3 which was on sale for 19.99 and they had a coupon for 10 dollar off 30 along with an additional 1.50 off huggies coupon I netted 2 boxes of diapers with each being only .16 which is the lowest. Around September 21 I had called in an appointment to see an immediate care physician as i had an unknown rash on my right arm. The lady on the phone confirmed my appointment and told me to just walk in and ill be taken care of immediately. Upon arriving I ended up waiting at least 30 min with a few people in line which were quick; but as i am waiting next in line the physician very rudely told me to go sign in and wait till my appointed time which the computer told me was another 45 min. That is the first of few things that had me in an unsettled manner; the practicioner and nurse were so leisure in their behavior and instead of taking me had me waiting for who knows what reason. Once i was finally in the room they ran the basic vitals of which came out good and then it was time for the "doc" to see and diagnose me. I explained what i thought was the issue to which this "professional" told me she had "NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE" they very quickly diagnosed me with an allergic reaction and so sure of themselves advised me of a topical steroidal cream and sent me off. Within a few hours of applying the cream, the rash had exponentially spread accompanied with extreme pain deep within my arm and rapid heart palpations; I immediately checked into a proper immediate care to which it was TESTED by a proper doctor that i had come down with a case of shingles AND that the prescribed cream by walgreens physicians was completely a wrong product to take altogether. I already have skeptical views on modern medicine and physicians such as hired by walmart should not be allowed to practice or prescribe medicine as per my experience they have been nothing short of crooks. So quick to throw a diagnosis and quicker yet to charge the consumer and insurance companies. I will NEVER entrust myself to another walgreens clinic again and if there were negative stars i would give these people a negative review. If you have something wrong with yourself please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to any walgreens that claims to have physicians on their premises as these people are nothing more than average with white coats and a demeaning attitude with partial opinions and a lack of care for others wellbeing vs their own pockets. read more

The Pharmacy never has my medication on time. And it's just ridiculous how slow they move.. The time estimates they've given me have been wrong multiple times.. My son needs a lot of medication and we live down the street so I've used them a lot but never again, this is the last of my patience with this pharmacy. read more

Wish I could say that the pharmacy staff was friendly this morning. Unfortutnely they were not and earned a 1 Star. Wish there was an option for a zero star. I asked a couple of questions. It seemed like I was bothering them by even asking. They were more worried with chatting about smoke breaks than seeing if they could help in any way. Poor service. read more

DO NOT BY FROM THIS PHARMACY Very very poor experience. I showed up as they opened and was surprised to see the pharmacist walking in late. After he tried to get me not to wait for my prescription (30min quoted) he proceeded to then tell me he could not fill my prescription because I still had 2 days before I was supposed to be out. I asked him if he was sure he wanted to claim that this was Wallgreens policy and I left. THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY A LIE! After going down to the Wallgreens a mile a way, having my prescription filled in less time than the bad pharmacist had quoted me, I called corporate. Don't shop here if you have high blood pressure, because I guarantee you it'll rise, because of their poor service. Every time never fails there is a long wait or things are mixed up. Grrr!!! Today 2 things happened. I called in advance to have a printout of my prescription purchases to avoid having to wait. I gave the person the exact dates. Guess what I had to wait. First he said he misplaced it, then he printed it with the wrong dates. Then the cashier asked me if I had rewards and I said I had some. She didn't apply it. Grrr!!!! read more

We swing through this Walgreens on a regular basis. Most often for cold medicine, a 20 oz. bottle of pop before a lengthy car trip, discounted holiday (Halloween, Easter, Valentine's Day, Christmas) candy, etc. Most recently, I had the unfortunate circumstance of needing a quick doctor's visit. I don't have a primary care physician anymore and when I thought I might have a sinus infection or something similar, a coworker suggested the Walgreens Healthcare Clinic. I quickly made a same day appointment online. I arrived ten minutes before my scheduled appointment time, easily checked in on a touch screen computer and waited. The doctor ran about ten minutes late, but she spend almost a half hour with me. She was thorough and very helpful. She also grabbed the OTC meds I needed, a new thermometer for me and got my prescription over to the pharmacy to fill while I waited. Unfortunately, I walked out with an Influenza strain A diagnosis, but I had everything I needed to head down a path to wellness and was very appreciative of the attention I received at the clinic. read more

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I will never go there again. First off, whenever I go there, there ae usually 2-3 people ahead of me. All of which have some sort of issue. The pharmacists never know the answers. I have literally waited over a half hour in line before. While one of them just stood watching. Second, whenever I would go to pick up medication there was always an issue....it wasn't in stock, it wasn't ready (even though I received a text saying it was). One time I went and they said my script wasn't in stock. I told them I had received a text saying it was ready. They said they didn't have it. I told them I needed it and the girl was liek well we have it, we just haven't unpacked the shipment yet. She then said she could have it ready the next day. When I told her I was going out of town that same day she said well I could have it ready in 2 hours. I was on my way to the airport so that didn't work. I asked why I wasn't notified in the first place about this and she said we don't have your phone number on file. How else would I have gotten a text saying it was ready!??? Never again! Target is so much quicker and professional. read more

I would normally rate this Walgreens a 3 as I often do my connivence shopping here, but the cashier Shakirya definitely made me question doing business here again. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Acted as if I was a bother to her instead of doing her job. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but Walgreens can definitely do without her dry rude attitude. Perhaps a role non customer facing would be more suitable for her as the lack of quality customer service will influence my future purchases here. read more

Out of all the walgreens I have been too...this one is my favorite. There are two close to my house and I choose this one!! I've never encountered an issue with the store their stock or employees. Do I have to give them any starts at all there pharmacy is absolutely the worst!! Never have anything in stock! Every month when I get my pills refilled there we go through the same thing First we start with the insurance doesn't cover it line. Then when I explained to them yes it does and it has for the last 10 years. Meanwhile I'm waiting for them to fill my prescription, The one they're automated system calls me five times a day to tell me it's ready Has never not once been ready at the time they said. The last time I went there pharmacy drive-through is open until 10 PM. I pulled up at 9:50 and they were closed the sign in the window said if I need my prescription to go to the Walgreens 5 miles down the road. Must be nice to leave work early!! Also on one occasion when I was there they were very busy and I was waiting for them again to fill my prescription that was not ready on time, I heard all about Bob's diarrhea and gas problems They really need to keep more privacy when talking to other patients. I'm sure they violated a few hippa laws. I also feel that the pharmacy staff is not very educated which is scary when they're giving you drugs. I have used Walgreens for 20 years and had nothing but 5 star, excellent experiences at the pharmacy. This pharmacy, however, does not have prescriptions ready on time at least 75% of the time, they seem understaffed for such high traffic, and one one the male pharmacists with an accent sometimes is argumentative over the phone (I take lots of meds and often have questions about them, about refills, or my insurance). The girl who services the counter and drive-through most days during peak times is not particularly polite either and also argued with me about medication not being covered due to being uninsured. I insisted that a mistake was being made in the computer 4-5 times before she asked me to step aside for the next customer. When I demanded that a second person take a look, her mistake was fixed, my insurance plan was located in the system, and my medication was covered free of charge. She did not apologize. When picking up meds she often forgets to ask if I have questions for the pharmacist. Great company, terrible pharmacy location... Head elsewhere! read more
