Networking event with the Bartlett Area Chamber.
Mel C.

My first experience at The Boss's Signature will definitely not be my last. I came here for a networking event and ended up ordering dinner and staying for a while. Since I read other reviews raving about the vodka cream sauce, I had to try it. I was so glad I did! The sauce tasted smooth, creamy, and homemade with just the right amount of seasoning. The pasta was cooked exactly how I like it, not too soft but al dente perfection. The garlic butter toast was great for dipping in the extra generous helping of sauce. I had a rum and coke, which was closer to clear colored than dark, so they were generous with the rum. The renovations look nice, and the flooring is very unique and felt non-slip. The owners are a lovely couple and very accommodating. I am looking forward to trying more menu items on my next visit.

Is this medium rare? We are hungry at this point and eating family style. HB to my brother.

We came on a busy night, I get that but to totally forget orders... fail to put shrimp on the pasta, and I never got my food. The food is good ... but to wait hours in a crowded room. Is torture. Our reservation was at 6:15 and we didn't get a hint of food until 7:30. Then it pieced out, some of it not even correct. It's also very very loud, and the wine list... meh... idk if I'll even come back. 2 hours for dinner, is a lot to ask. And I had to ask mine to go because it never came. We had been there 2.5 hours. I'm not trying to live there. And to think on my brothers birthday....

Pot Roast

We went on Sunday evening, my daughter and I had the Chicken Parm and son in law had the Pot roast. Onion rings for appetizer and a side salad with their famous Ranch dressing. Everything was fantastic! The owner was our server, she was very nice and cares about her business! Highly recommend!

Second time there. We tried something new and it was delicious!! The portions were big and reasonably priced. There is one person running the entire front of the house (bartender/server/food runner) and she works her tail off! She was super friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The Boss's Signature is a hidden gem in Bartlett!!

Love the chopped salad. The spaghetti is also good! Relaxing atmosphere. I thought the portion sizes were pretty good too.

We…read morenormally aren't in the area, so we decided to come here based on high ratings on Google and Yelp based on our location at the time. Walking in, the place itself is pretty plain. There is not much to it, and it looks like a typical Irish divey bar with wooden furniture. We sat ourselves at a high table next to the bar, and our waitress came by right away to take our drink order. We had great service, and she consistently asked us if everything was okay and gave us water refills. There are many different menu options; I decided to try their Grilled Cheese Sandwich ($15) for lunch. The sandwich came with white cheddar, pepper jack, and American cheeses on it, and it also had bacon on sourdough bread. The sandwich was pretty good, but it tasted dry. I wish the sandwich had some aioli or sauce to keep it more flavorful and moist, but the cheeses all mixed well, and the bacon was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad ($15). He enjoyed his salad and thought that the chicken was cooked and seasoned well. Overall, I would come back here because it was clean, we had good service, and the food was good. I would like to order either a Reuben or Mac and Cheese next time.

We ordered the bruschetta and chips and salsa for our appetizer. Salsa was great and had just the right amount of spice. Bruschetta was a big hit- it had a lot of garlic, which we loved! I ordered the wings with Thai chili sauce and they were excellent. Their drink menu is pretty good and they offer some nice beers, including Two Brothers. I will definitely come back for the beer and wings! Our server, Danielle, was so sweet and attentive! She took very good care of us. Overall, this is a fun spot to hangout, have a few drinks, and eat good food at a reasonable price!

I don't eat fries often but I love fresh cut fries, so I also got a large fry. My wife got the shack salad, which kinda sounded like a portillos chopped salad. It's really nice inside, very cute and bigger than I expected, they also have a drive through that i didn't know about. We did take out and while waiting for our food I watched the care that the employees took in packing and double checking the order accuracy, it wasn't all rush rush. I really appreciated that. The burger was really good, like really good, and had to be towards the top of fast food burgers, more like a burger restaurant burger than fast food. Well charred burger, great flavor, good toppings, and big! They have a great bun that really held up well. The fresh cut fries were good, not great, they definitely could have cooked longer and the large is a ridiculous size, more than enough to share. My wife liked her salad, could have used a bit more toppings, it had a lot of lettuce but she still enjoyed it. They have a lot of special days, for which we will be back for, the hot dogs look great and I can't wait to try them. All and all very good, bummed it took us so long to try it, I will definitely be back for the burgers

Basically, you're comparing a Suburban to an Explore, for the same price.

We waited a long time to get our appetizer, but it was worth it. Since the Italian beef egg rolls were new since we had been there last we tried them. We have had them a few different places and these were the best, not greasy at all, large pieces of meat, and great flavor. A great start! I wanted to try something I don't think I had had before so I got the Nashville Hot Chicken and my wife got one of her favorites the MBC wrap. The Nashville Hot chicken may have been the best version outside of Memphis I have had. Good heat not crazy, I'm sure a bit mild for some. Great crunch, and very impressive looking with good slaw. I love slaw in sandwiches... very underrated. The thick briny pickles also really compliment the sandwich. I'm not one usually for wraps but the MBC wrap is again impressive and huge. Lots of chicken. cheese, bacon and avocado. Heat food, and great beer. I love their sours.

However, as luck would have it, I was running errands so returning to The Original Nana's had to be added to my list. The location is very easy to find. I actually missed the turn into the location but I had to do a quick U-turn. I arrived shortly after they opened but parking was no issue. They also have a drive thru if that is a better option for you. I entered the building and I am glad to see nothing big has changed since I attended almost 10 years ago. I ordered the combo of two hot dogs and a drink. This location does serve the depression hot dog, and not your traditional hot dog. However, I am sure they can build one for you with the optional toppings. Here.. their "Everything on it" is only onions, mustard and relish...and a fist or two full of fries which is all wrapped up. The fries tasted as good as I remember. They do allow ketchup and there were a few bottles around the place to get some. The hot dogs were also as delicious as I remember. It still has the amazing snap and I am glad to see nothing has changed. I wish I lived closed to this location as I would attend more often, but I am happy to see this place has changed nothing since the last 10 years.

Nana's Hot Dogs is one of those places that's been part of my life since I was a kid, and to this…read moreday it still stands as my favorite spot for a hot dog and fries. There's a real sense of nostalgia every time I go, and luckily, the food still lives up to that memory. The hot dogs are honestly the best I've had--perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and exactly what you want from a classic Chicago-style dog. Everything just tastes right, like they haven't tried to overcomplicate anything. And the fries are on another level. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned just right--they're easily some of the best fries on the planet in my opinion. Now, the service... that's where things fall off a bit. It's not great. Staff can come off as rushed or uninterested, and it's not the kind of place where you feel particularly welcomed. Orders can feel a little chaotic at times, and overall it's just not a strong point of the experience. But honestly, the food makes up for it. Even with the lackluster service, I keep coming back because the quality of the hot dogs and fries is just that good. It's one of those spots where you don't go for the experience--you go because you know you're getting some of the best comfort food around. For me, it'll always be a favorite.
