Quality! We ordered to go on Father's Day around 8 pm and there was no wait. This location is a quick walk up style and it was very clean. You can see them cook and I really liked that the chicken is fried to order. Once we got home we opened up everything and got to work. The highlight was the crack sauce and Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders. Although not that spicy the flavors were sweet and delicious. The quality of the chicken was excellent as well, super juicy and crispy! This was our first time so we wanted to make sure to try all of the flavors and honestly was underwhelmed by the Garlic Parmesan and the "Korean" flavor wasn't that special either. The macaroni was Al denti and had good flavor, but was pretty basic. (Not a bad thing.) I only gave this place 3 stars because of the price point... I think it's a little pricy for what you're getting. And I also would complain about the lack of sauce. Instead of toss the tender in a good amount of sauce, they simply drizzle a small amount on one side of the tender as you can see with the Garlic Parmesan flavor. Overall I might try this place again when I'm craving a good quality chicken tender, however it won't be something I run to due to the price. I would skip the bowl next time and just order a 4 piece tender (half crack half Nashville). I am glad I tried it, I've been curious about is place for a while. Make sure if you go, to get extra of their yummy crack sauce! read more

I came here after driving past it to go to the Regal movie theater nearby. It's located in the Home Depot plaza. I decided to get a spicy FC Banh mi combo ($14.28), the sandwich arrives with jalapenos, asian slaw, cilantro with their crack sauce on a brioche bun. The sandwich was still soft when I brought it home and it was not soggy; the chicken tenders were tender and juicy and the seasoning was not salty. The slaw helped cut the heat and the crack sauce complemented well. The seasoned fries were crispy and soft. The place is clean and the staff is nice. read more

I've never had anything here that hasn't been delicious!! I will say that I would've eaten here about 3 times more than I already have but when I've attempted a mobile order here, I've had the order canceled by the restaurant. Not sure why. Nonetheless the food is always good and staff is friendly as well. Thanks ENB!! read more

It was our first time trying this place and we were pleasantly surprised. The food, atmosphere, and employees were great! Desiree was so kind and helpful when we came in. Ordered Togo. Thick pieces of chicken. Balanced slaw and pickles. Felt like it was missing something tho. Maybe more sauce or too much breading on the tenders. Mac Salad was a tad sweet for my liking but it was good for a couple of bites. Southern mustard style. read more

Was driving to the IE today and needed a breakfast spot. Found Egg N Bird and decided to stop in around 7:30 am. Two guys working were friendly and helpful! We ordered the Egg N Bird Breakfast sandwich and the Island Bird Bowl. Both items came out fairly quickly and were delicious! I especially enjoyed the crunch & sauce on the chicken sandwich- very flavorful! My husband really liked the Island Bird Bowl but found the Mac salad left something to be desired (he's from Hawaii and pretty particular about his Mac salad so keep that in mind). Overall very happy we stopped here & would recommend! read more

Great food and customer service! I always get the island bird bowl with a sunny side egg and it's so good. My little cousin got loaded fries and he also rated it a 10/10! The customer service is always amazing, last time we went Desiree let us try a sample of their banana pudding and it was delicious. Thank you! read more

Been wanting a good chicken sandwich for a while. Didnt know this place was so close to me. Thought everything they sold had egg so I was suprised to see some good looking chicken sandwiches on the menu. Decided to go with the korean hot chicken sandwich. The flavor was good, the chicken was crispy. My only reason really for giving it 3 stars is my food was cold. Yes the coleslaw should be cold but I feel the rest of the sandwich should be pretty hot because of that. So instead of getting hot crispy chicken or even a hot bun, I got a cold chicken sandwich. Willing to try again because the flavors were good, it just would've been so much better had my sandwich been hot and fresh. read more

I had wanted to try Egg n Bird out since I heard about them. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and welcoming. She gave us plenty of recommendations. We ordered the avo-holic which was pretty good, but would've been nice for a couple dollars more to have grilled chicken as an option. The burrito was large and they give plenty of avocado (I added avocado). It was filling, but not very flavorful. The hash browns were okay. Not bad, not good, just okay. Overall for the price point, I don't know if I'd go back. read more

Honestly...I was super underwhelmed. I was very excited when this Egg N Bird opened up because it was super close in proximity but I don't think I'll be coming back. Starting with the food. It was okay. Was it the worst sandwich I ever had? No but it certainly could be better. For a sandwich I was honestly expecting more. If I want a chicken sandwich it should be with a chicken patty, not two chicken tenders between buns. The sauce was flavorful but it definitely wasn't Raising Cane's sauce. They had some interesting looking items that look appealing but after trying the base sandwich, it leaves me with low expectations. The other issue I had was the cost of the food. 8-10 dollars for the sandwiches are actually decent but the cost of the combo adds an additional 5 dollars. That's a very steep up charge for small fries and a drink. When you're offering a combo, you want the customer to feel like they're getting a good deal, not get ripped off. The service was decent. The front hosts were very nice but the speed of pushing out the food was not there. It took us almost 30 minutes to receive our food and it wasn't even that busy to be honest. The inside of the store is actually very small and seating is super limited. My recommendation is to order online and pick up because it seats like 15 people tops. read more

TLDR: vegetarian sandwich is great, order ahead to avoid the wait, the menu is pricey. We stopped by Egg n Bird on our way home. The restaurant is small with limited seating but we were able to snag a table. I ordered the vegetarian Nashville hot sandwich and my partner got the classic egg n bird. As someone who frequently buys beyond and impossible meat, $11 for a small sandwich alone seemed kinda pricey! It also took a really long time to get our food, so I suggest ordering in advance so you don't have the long wait. read more

I went here for breakfast, I like the inside it has a nice little seating section too. We ordered a breakfast platter, original breakfast sandwich and a breakfast platter. My platter was pretty good and I really liked the biscuit too it wasn't expensive either I think it was like 8$. To be honest the chicken could use more flavor, I think they really rely on the person using their sauces which I wasn't really a fan of. But over all it was alright, I'd go again read more

Egg N Bird is one of the places that is worthy of being best breakfast sandwhich in town maybe even best chicken sandwiches. I had their breakfast sandwich that has fried chicken egg and beacon. Portion is nice big sandwhich with lots of flavor. Chicken cooked well and you will probably be convinced to try their many breakfast sandwiches. The other popular breakfast item is their burrito. Our team placed a large group order for lunch, and everyone absolutely loved the food. It was fresh, tasty, and truly unique. We enjoyed it so much that we placed another substantial order just two days later! This time, we explored different menu items, and each one was equally delicious. On both occasions, the restaurant took the extra step to individually box and label each meal. The food was delivered promptly and arrived perfectly warm! Thank you so much! read more

I came here yesterday as a 50th birthday brunch present with my friend Leilani. We were greeted by Josh. Josh was amazing and very thorough when we ordered. A little bit of conversation with him and he still was working hard. Hats off to the cook in the back as well. We ordered the Chicken and Waffles which comes with butter, maple syrup, and the awesome hot honey sauce and Korean Hot Chicken Sandwich. We told Josh we would split everything so they cut the sandwich in half. He made sure he put the vinegar slaw on the side as requested as I am allergic to onions. It was Leilani's first time here so she scored a free banana pudding, which was so good! For checking in on Yelp, we also got the free fries with Crack sauce side as our purchase was well over $5! I love coming here, the restaurant is always clean and the colors of the decor are so lively. I will definitely be back again. Still highly recommend!!! read more

Egg N Bird - Upland location. Not sure if they have more spots or if Cypress is getting one, but either way, this was a solid pick. Stopped by while handling business in Upland before heading back to OC, and it did not disappoint. Went with the **Country Chicken** sandwich and the **Banh Mi Vietnamese-style chicken sandwich**, plus a side of their **house-made fries** and that "crazy sauce" they hype up. The sauce? Tasted like a mashup of mustard and In-N-Out spread--not mad at it. Fries were **crispy, lightly breaded,** and had that perfect crunch. A few stragglers in the batch, but hey, that's life. The sandwiches? **Looked even better in person than on the menu**--not every spot can pull that off. Packaging was thoughtful, which matters in a time where everything's made to go. As for the chicken, flavor was on point, but it was **a tad drier** than I expected. Might've been because I ordered 10-15 minutes before showing up, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Service was great. The staff, especially the server I spoke with, was **super approachable** and down to chat about the restaurant. Definitely a place I'd hit up again. read more

I'm disappointed in one thing and one thing only, not giving a review the first time I came. The chicken sandwiches here mix with there sauce is by far the most delicious and chicken sandwich, I have had. Yesterday I came in with my lady and I was attended with so much enthusiasm, and the inside of the place had a warm yet welcoming feeling. It's been a while, but I came out of Yelp retirement to give Egg N Bird a 5-star review. My wife and two boys decided to visit the place for some good breakfast and chicken. The boys had the ENB burrito which consists of chopped fried chicken, scrambled egg, French fries, cheese, and Crack Sauce. I took a quick bite of a burrito, and it was incredible. The Crack Sauce along with the fried chicken and the various ingredients in the burrito give it a whopping taste and experience. The boys enjoyed the season fries, and I may have taken one for a quick bite, they are full of flavor and crispy. My wife had the Egg N Bird sandwich which comes with fried chicken, an egg, bacon, American cheese, Spicy Honey with Crack Sauce all on a brioche bun. Oh, what a taste of heaven. Trust me your taste buds will love the various flavors and textures of food, oh so good! I went with a healthier option which was the grilled chicken and avocado bowl. This was composed of grilled lemon garlic chicken, sliced fresh avocado, crispy onions and cilantro, a cilantro aioli sauce, all on a bed of rice. The flavors of the cilantro aioli along with the grilled chicken made this bowl a flavor feast for your tastebuds. I had the side salad, and my wife had the hash brown, both which were great options as sides. The service was great with the young talent running the place. They work hard, make great food, and will serve you with a smile. Please be patient with the team because they are a mighty small group doing it all. The location is small, so if it's busy and you can't find a seat, just take the great food to go. The family and I can't wait to come back again soon to try the rest of the menu. Don't forget to check out the pictures with the menu options ;o) read more

This place has unique chicken sandwiches. Do you have options from the Hawaiian chicken sandwich along with the Egg n Bird chicken sandwich which was very delicious. Love how they put the egg on there. The inside is super clean and bright, i like that. They have chicken and waffles which is there for a limited time. I highly recommend that. They have a special sauce on it, also ask for syrup, that will set the waffle off, super good. The waffle was soft and fluffy. The service was A1... Got some really good people working there.
