It has a upscale mom and pop vibe, they have some table games to keep you entertained while you wait for your food (which didn't take long it came out pretty quick) I got the mushroom burger, solid burger very filling. Came here after seeing this spot on Instagram, but it didn't quite live up to the hype. We went through the drive-thru and it took a really long time just to get our food. When we finally got it, the food itself was solid and tasted fine, but the burritos were way smaller than they looked in the videos online. It was just kind of "eh" overall. Very disappointed with the service today. We pulled into the drive-thru and placed our order at the speaker with no issues. After ordering, we waited about 10 minutes with no cars ahead of us. We then pulled up to the payment/pickup window and sat there with no employee in sight. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no request for payment, nothing. After waiting even longer, we eventually drove away without receiving our food. It's frustrating because this location has a great reputation for food, but customer service is a huge part of the experience. Unfortunately, we never even got the chance to try the food today. I have only been in this area for a few months so I haven't found a lot of the "hidden gems" when it comes to food yet but I would consider this place to be one of them. I ordered a cheese burger combo and the size of the burger was perfect to fill me up for a good amount of the day. I was only able to go thru the drive thru but the staff were very friendly and quick with the service they provided. Tried this place for the first time and I'll never come back. I got down to order and the inside was dirty. The soda machine had soda all over the counter and wasn't wiped down. There was trash all around the trash can and I watched the tables be wiped down with a gross rag. The food was awful. The fries were old and had no seasoning or salt. The cheeseburger was heavily burned and that's all you tasted was a burned burger patty. I asked for no lettuce in my burger and guess what? There was extra lettuce in my burger. Definitely a waste of my money, didn't even finish the food and went somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'll admit I read the reviews prior to ordering and that was my mistake for not listening to others. I hate to give a poor rating but it is what it is. There isn't really anywhere to get a breakfast burrito and now I would include Jims. I think the attendant was very lazy and hard to talk to. Typically you would get a decent breakfast burrito but not anymore. When I tried to find out what they had in their breakfast burrito the attendant was too lazy to say. First off, I was able to garner that there are two Burritos, a regular and a jumbo. The jumbo as bacon, sausage and ham for 15 bucks. There was very little meat in the burrito. So since they didn't tell me what was in the burrito they didn't put Pico De Gallo in the burrito but put it on the side. When I tried to open the burrito it fell apart, not just the wrap but the tortilla came apart as well. She was so lazy when I asked for lots of salsa in the beginning she didn't put it in the end. She gave me one salsa per jumbo burrito. When I tried to confront her to get more, she ducked away out of site. Not very friendly or helpful. The result was messed up burrito. Also, the taste was that good. The ingredient they use are low great. Maybe because there is so little meat you can't taste it. Super bland, so spice in the sausage sage or other, not sure there is bacon even as it is supposed to have sausage ham and bacon. Called in an order for a bacon and egg sandwich. They charged me for a burrito and I didn't notice until I left. I should have checked the bag and seen it was a burrito and not a sandwich. But I decided to try it anyways. It was basically just a hash brown burrito. Bacon and egg was nowhere to be found. It also had no flavor. I tried to save it with the salsa but that made it worse. Their "red salsa" is basically ketchup with some chili powder. Insane. The green salsa was bland but it wasn't as bad as the red. Had a chili cheese dog and it was spectacular! The hot dog is for real-snappy skin, great flavor. Chili is well-spiced-it's real chili, not the hot dog chili gravy you get at other fast food.
