Very disappointed with the service today. We pulled into the drive-thru and placed our order at the speaker with no issues. After ordering, we waited about 10 minutes with no cars ahead of us. We then pulled up to the payment/pickup window and sat there with no employee in sight. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no request for payment, nothing. After waiting even longer, we eventually drove away without receiving our food. It's frustrating because this location has a great reputation for food, but customer service is a huge part of the experience. Unfortunately, we never even got the chance to try the food today. Came on a Saturday morning was not super packed, which is interesting because the food is extremely good. The customer service was on point. I've been to this location before but it didn't go very well. I decided to give it another try, I'm sorry I did! The fries were burnt, cold and old, I told the guy, I'd like some fresh fries please. He came back as if he rewarmed the first order of fries but I took them since I didn't want to ask again. Either that or they haven't changed the oil in the fry bin in a while. The fries are amazing, the ranch for the chicken tenders is perfect, one thing that killed it for me... the chili cheese fries... Decided last minute to grab lunch at Jim's, and honestly, it was a pretty solid choice. They have a huge selection of affordable fast-food options -- I'd say they're actually better than most fast-food spots and less processed. The fries and chicken strips were good, but the burger was bussin! The gyro was also really good and a nice alternative. I ordered a cheese burger combo and the size of the burger was perfect to fill me up for a good amount of the day. I was only able to go thru the drive thru but the staff were very friendly and quick with the service they provided. From what I could tell by looking in the window the inside looked clean and had plenty of places to sit at the time that I came for my food. Showed up last night around 8 to get a 4 piece chicken tender combo. The kid that helped was really nice. After I paid $12.00, an older gentleman came to the window, and asked me to grab my phone so that I could leave a review for them on Google.
