It has a upscale mom and pop vibe, they have some table games to keep you entertained while you wait for your food (which didn't take long it came out pretty quick) I got the mushroom burger, solid burger very filling. My friends got a burger box combo, real good value for the big backs. Also the onion burger plus onion rings. Very disappointed with the service today. We pulled into the drive-thru and placed our order at the speaker with no issues. After ordering, we waited about 10 minutes with no cars ahead of us. We then pulled up to the payment/pickup window and sat there with no employee in sight. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no request for payment, nothing. After waiting even longer, we eventually drove away without receiving our food. It's frustrating because this location has a great reputation for food, but customer service is a huge part of the experience. Unfortunately, we never even got the chance to try the food today. Tried this place for the first time and I'll never come back. I got down to order and the inside was dirty. The soda machine had soda all over the counter and wasn't wiped down. There was trash all around the trash can and I watched the tables be wiped down with a gross rag. The food was awful. The fries were old and had no seasoning or salt. The cheeseburger was heavily burned and that's all you tasted was a burned burger patty. I asked for no lettuce in my burger and guess what? There was extra lettuce in my burger. Definitely a waste of my money, didn't even finish the food and went somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'll admit I read the reviews prior to ordering and that was my mistake for not listening to others. Showed up last night around 8 to get a 4 piece chicken tender combo. The kid that helped was really nice. After I paid $12.00, an older gentleman came to the window, and asked me to grab my phone so that I could leave a review for them on Google.
