I'd suggest trying a different location. First time I came here the chicken was dry. Thought I'd give it another shot and it ended up worse than the first time. I was charged for 4 items and only received two, the cashier was grouchy, and there was chicken in one corner of my breakfast burrito. The rest was egg with a small amount of cheese; maybe the rest of it was in the two burritos they forgot to give me.. I think I'll keep away from this location from now on. I've been going here for a bit and I've always had great service here. I've had many of their offerings, my personal favorite is the Bahn Mi. Seen mixed reviews of the place on yelp and thought i'd give it a try anyways. The wait for my food was very long but given it was super bowl sunday i understood. The sandwich, which looked good, was tasteless. Chicken was juicy and crunchy but had zero taste. I added bacon to my sandwich and it came out almost raw on not only mine but another sandwich as well. The fries though well seasoned, were soggy. Employee that made all the employees unload her car in the middle of service was super profesional. Coke slaw was so cold it brought the temperature of the chicken down and drenched the cheap buns so much it fell apart. Chicken was mostly breading. After we were about to leave they finally decided to bring out our "elote fries" which just tasted like honey mustard and Cheeto dust. 3 sandwiches 2 fries 1 elote dry $60 absolute garbage. Chicken was honestly really good I got the Nashville bowl and it was good, what really helped was that avocado sauce!

The Kings Hawaiian is so tasty and moist. The flavors just go so good together with the avocado. The service is quick and the staff is ready to make recommendations. The dining area has 6 tables and it's clean. I would definitely recommend trying this place if you love chicken. read more

Where do I start? First off waited for about 20 minutes. If I hadn't went up to the front I'd still be waiting. Next they got my order wrong giving me the regular chicken sandwich instead of the breakfast sandwich I had ordered. 3rd my daughter found multiple hairs in her food. The price you ask?... so generally i dont order from places like this cause i have nothing but problems with my orders. but my lord the level of customer service i recieved was amazing, they had run out of wings for my order but instead of cancelling my order and refunding me Nicole called me up personally and gave me options for replacements, it was very much appreciated to be able to have a choice instead of just being refunded. on top of that i dont know if it is normal but i was given three little banana pudding samples which were fantastic. its service like this that makes me enjoy eating at a place! so Nicole if you see this your an amazing manager and i hope you get recognized for the above and beyond service you provide. read more

Excellent food. I tried them a few times and made sure to get something different each time and it was all great. I have eaten their Grilled Chicken & Avocado Bowl, Korean Bowl, Loco Bowl, and their chicken tenders with an order of fries. I requested that they put Korean glaze on the chicken tenders when I ate them. I have only been there at night so I'm not sure how busy they get during the day, but I've been able to order pretty quickly when i visited and the food was done fast. The food is actually quite filling; any one of the bowls I had was enough for me; same goes for the 4 chicken tenders along with an order of fries. I plan to eat everything I've ordered again so I really can't put any of them over another; all of the 4 options I listed were excellent in my opinion. read more

I usually order egg in bird and sometimes they forget my sauce more times than not. anyways today I got no sauce even though I paid extra to get an extra sauce instead I got three extra french fries. Thankfully I had an extra ranch from chick Fil a hanging around. When I called to get this fixed, all the person had to say was well I didn't make your order I was on lunch break. I never accused her of making my order. I had to be the one to ask if I need to come in and get this fixed. Just moved to upland and we had come here twice within a week while waiting on our refrigerator delivery because it was so good. Arrive is good, Idk what their crack sauce is but it really made a few of the orders we've tried.
