This is our first time trying Egg N Bird and it was great! The staff is friendly and asked if we were good and if we needed any sauce or napkins. Definitely a cool spot to grab a chicken sandwich or bowl with flair. read more

I've been here twice already and have enjoyed the experience both times. The staff have been nice. The place is clean. The food is good, fresh and is prepared fairly quickly. Big portions. Chicken is flavorful and crispy even after driving and it eating at home. The crack sauce well deserves it's name. It's delicious and addicting. My only complaint is about the rice in the rice bowl. I had it on my last visit and the rice was mushy. Probably cooked with too much water. Might've been a one time thing; it won't stop me from coming back though. read more

Just finished the Island Bird with avocado. Love, love, love this entree! The chicken was crunchy on the outside and so moist, tender, and flavorful on the inside. The combination of the crunchy chicken, rice, mac salad, avocado, and cole slaw was perfect! I got the banana pudding for dessert and it was super yummy - totally hit the spot! I came in right before closing and my food was ready in just a few minutes. The place was clean and Josh gave great customer service! Definitely coming back! read more

Cold food rude staff you take too long and touch food after taking money no gloves yuck

Placed an online order and paid extra for bacon. Once i got home I realized they never gave me the bacon I paid for. So I sent a email asking to refunded for the bacon never heard back. I called the store four times and no answer. read more

The food is excellent! They workers help you out and explain all their menu items especially if it's your first time there. It's pretty small, not much seating area if you're trying to eat there. read more

so generally i dont order from places like this cause i have nothing but problems with my orders. but my lord the level of customer service i recieved was amazing, they had run out of wings for my order but instead of cancelling my order and refunding me Nicole called me up personally and gave me options for replacements, it was very much appreciated to be able to have a choice instead of just being refunded. on top of that i dont know if it is normal but i was given three little banana pudding samples which were fantastic. its service like this that makes me enjoy eating at a place! so Nicole if you see this your an amazing manager and i hope you get recognized for the above and beyond service you provide. read more

First time customer. Tried the mild hot Nashville sandwich, seasoned fries, and the banana pudding. The chicken over all was cooked nicely, the seasoning was on the sweeter side. The fries were probably the best part. The crack sauce just tastes like a sweet honey mustard sauce, not bad, but nothing to write home about. The banana pudding was very disappointing. I asked the cashier before if they make it in house and he assured me they do, so I was excited to try it. When I tried it, no joke it was straight whipped cream with bananas and chunks of bread. Don't try to say that's pudding like that's insulting. Will I go back? Probably not to be honest. I feel like Clyde's was better down the street. The restaurant itself was very clean and the cashier was pleasant. read more

Food is great, have tried about 7-8 different items on the menu & nothing disappoints. Only reason for the 4 is the customer service can be hit or miss. Once they get their employees trained up they will be 5 stars! read more

Great food and excellent customer service. My husband and I have visited this business several times and have not been disappointed. They have consistently served a tasty sandwich and the staff are super friendly. Always a wonderful experience! read more

Great food, great hospitality. Love them sandwiches. It's all around great experience. Hard to find these days

Don't bother calling. They don't take orders over the phone. Apparently giving your order over the phone is too much work and you will need to order online ONLY!! read more

First time here. Came in for breakfast. You can combo your order by adding hash brown and juice or any side and a fountain drink. You order first and they bring your food. They check on you in case you want any condiments or extra crack sauce. We tried the egg and bird and the country bird and added a fried egg. We also tried a side of hot elotes. Very yummy. Just the right combination of flavors. Will have to return and try wings. The chicken pieces were huge. First time I've seen the pictures match what you get. Nice music playing and restaurant was clean. read more

I had heard about Egg N Bird for the first time on Instagram a few months back and had totally intended to try them once they opened but completely forgot until I found myself in the same shopping center they were in while running errands for work so I decided to stop in for lunch. I was totally excited because I'd see all the hype on social media and the photos of the food looked amazing so I figured it was meant to be. When I got inside the decor was great, the whole place very clean but what I immediately noticed was that I, aside from two other customers wrapping up to leave, was the only person in there. It was a few minutes before an employee finally popped her head out from the back and then quickly rushed to the front to take my order. They're menu while all chicken had a lot of options that looked really good. The offered breakfast options, lots of sandwiches, salads and sides that included things like coleslaw, Mac and cheese and French fries. After reviewing the menu I decided on a Nashville chicken sandwich, mild because anything too hot for me just doesn't taste good and French friends fries. I really appreciated this was the kind of place where they had the option to make your meal a combo or not but they didn't force you to buy everything separately like at other places. I got my food relatively quickly and was on my way. My first thought when I pulled my food out of the bag was the fries looked like they'd been there all day. They were barely room temp and looked a little sparse. To be fair they open at 8 and I was there at 12 so it's a possibility that I was getting the end of the last batch before they made new ones but still my first impression was off to a bad start. Moving onto the chicken sandwich all I can say was it was a mess. The paper it as wrapped in was greasy and soaked, I took my first bite and the bread being as soft and saturated as it was made the whole sandwich fall apart. For what it's worth the chicken itself was good and the mild sauce had decent flavor but for the price tag it just didn't give what I had expected it to. Im not sure that I'll be back, but set your expectations appropriately should you decide to stop in. read more

It's a simply menu with mouth watering choices. Came to convention center wanted delicious food and this place delivered. I had the Buff and usually eat 1/2 the sandwiches but I could not put it down. Service was above and beyond. Clean place. read more

This place went down hill quick. Which is sad, I really liked this place. The workers always seem clueless now. The food is messy and not great anymore. Their system is always down when we go, so I can never use my rewards. read more

Love the food im going there when im in the area for sure!!! The salad and spice chicken sand were delicious!!

Very good. I had this yesterday. I had the street corn, which was DELISH and the chicken sandwich with a fried egg , bacon, cheese, and "crack" sauce. That was one of the best chicken sandwiches that I've had in a long time. Most place over salt their chicken, but this is one place that didn't overuse salt for seasoning. Finally. A place that realizes that a lot of salt does not season food or make it taste good. I will be going back for a breakfast burrito. I've heard that they are delish as well. You have to at least try this place, and you will understand. read more

Food is great when they get your order correct. Also the service is getting bad. Asked for a cup of water as I picked up my order. The cashier said they were out of cups for water but had some on the counter behind him. When I pointed and asked about them, he said that I had to pay for them. Made no sense cashier has no energy and doesn't seem like he wants to work their. read more

As soon as we entered, we were promptly greeted by a man named MJ. At least that is what my receipt shows as the employee who helped my husband and I out. Our first impression was with how clean and modern the decor in the restaurant was. It was also very busy for only being 9:30 in the morning. MJ was very helpful and attentive. He was also very friendly and helped us in getting in the right direction for the best possible experience as first timers. My husband and I both decided on the Nashville Hot Sandwich. We both got the "hot" level, but I got mine without pickles. This was the best chicken sandwich my husband and I have both ever tried! It was packed with flavor, and the chicken was crispy. I am also typically not a fan of coleslaw, but I enjoyed it immensely. The sides of "crack sauce" was also a wonderful touch to our meals. I would recommend eating this at the restaurant or maybe in your car, because the bread does soak up all the flavors of the sauce and may get soggy if you must travel with it. read more

New place and good service. Nashville Hot is excellent. Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've tried and a large serving. Korean Hot bowl is very good as well. read more

The food we ordered when I got home was half right I ordered bahnme and Korean sandwiches and only got bahnme and a regular sandwich did not get extra sauce I paid for and it took almost 40 minutes to get my order. The sandwich I ordered that they got right was very good but service is terrible. I hope they fix it cause the sandwich was good. Don't know if I will return I was there on a Saturday around 2pm not a lot of people. So don't know why the service was so bad. read more
